Wild jujube “Ziziphus lotus (L.) Desf.” belongs to the Rhamnaceae family and is a traditionally herbaceous medicinal plant. It is very common in arid and semi-arid regions and is currently used for its antidiabetic, sedative, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic activities. The aim of the present work was to characterize the physico-chemical properties and the phytochemical profile of wild jujube sample collected from the Guercif region, in order to determine the polyphenolic compounds and the antioxidant ability Analyses were carried out directly after the harvest for the determination of pH, refractive index, total soluble solid (°Brix), dry matter, sugar/acidity, total sugars, reducing sugars, as well as lipid and protein content. Results showed that the investigated fruit is acidic (pH 4.9 ± 0.23) and rich in sugars (80.2 g/100 g ± 3.81). The GC-MS analysis of the fruit revealed a number of volatile compounds, as many as 97, belonging to different chemical classes. The HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS analysis showed the presence of a total of 20 polyphenolic compounds in both EtOAc and MeOH-water extracts. Among them, p-Hydroxybenzoic acid was the most abundant in the EtOAc extract (185.68 µg/100 mg ± 0.5) whereas Quercetin 3-O-rhamnoside-7-O-glucoside was found in higher amounts in the MeOH-water extract (25.40 µg/100 mg ± 0.5). These components have medical interest, notably for human nutrition, as well as health benefits and therapeutic effects. Therefore, Moroccan jujube “Zizyphus lotus (L.)” fruit may have potential industrial applications for food formulations.  相似文献

Using 13C NMR techniques, the 12C/13C kinetic isotope effects (KIEs) for the polymerization of 1-hexene catalyzed by rac-(C2H4(1-indenyl)2)ZrMe2 in the presence of four different cocatalysts (tris(pentfluorophenyl)borane, tris(pentafluorophenyl)alane, anilinium tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)borate, and methylalumoxane) have been determined. All cocatalysts yield similar KIEs within experimental uncertainty, with values of 1.009(1) and 1.017(2) at C1 and C2, respectively. Ab initio DFT computational modeling of the polymerization KIE indicates that alkene binding to the catalyst must be reversible, with the majority of the KIE developing in the subsequent migratory insertion reaction.  相似文献

NiO and CuO nanostructures were synthesized successfully via simple and fast microwave approach. Olive oil was chose as surfactant for stabilizing nanostructures. Different parameters such as microwave time and power and olive oil concentration were investigated on product size and morphology. A method is proposed for the simultaneous determination of the pesticides carbaryl (CBL) and azinphos-methyl (AZM) in water by first-derivative synchronous spectrofluorimetry. It is based on the alkaline hydrolysis of both pesticides to their metabolites 1-naphthol (from CBL) and anthranilic acid (from AZM). The constant wavelength difference chosen to optimize the determination is Δλ=λemex=103 nm. CBL is measured at 302/405 nm and AZM at 333/436 nm. The calibration graphs are linear between 2.0 and 500.0 ng/ml for CBL and between 1.2 and 500.0 ng/ml for AZM with detection limits of 0.62 ng/ml and 0.35 ng/ml, respectively. The precision of the method (RSD) is 2.4% at the 80.0 ng/ml level for CBL and 2.5% at the 80.0 ng/ml level for AZM. The method is applied to the determination of both analytes in samples of natural waters.  相似文献

A simple reverse phase liquid chromatographic method was developed for the quantitative determination of desipramine hydrochloride and its related impurities in bulk drugs which is also stability-indicating. During the forced degradation at hydrolysis, oxidative, photolytic and thermal stressed conditions, the degradation results were only observed in the oxidative stress condition. The blend of the degradation product and potential impurities were used to optimize the method by an YMC Pack Pro C18 stationary phase. The LC method employs a linear gradient elution with the water–acetonitrile–trifluoroacetic acid as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL min?1 and the detection wavelength 215 nm. The stressed samples were quantified against a qualified reference standard and the mass balance was found close to 99.0% (w/w) when the response of the degradant was considered to be equal to the analyte (i.e. desipramine). The developed RP-LC method was validated in agreement with ICH requirements.  相似文献

Self-assembly of coordination frameworks exhibiting original architectures is an active area of research. Generally, such assemblies are constructed from organic spacers and transition metals of different geometrical structures. Herein, we report a novel class of supramolecular coordination assemblies with organometallic linkers based on metalated quinonoid and thioquinonoid complexes that serve as spacers. The organometallic ligands are stable and have the general formula [Cp*M(eta(4)-benzoquinone)] (o- and p-benzoquinone, Cp*=C(5)Me(5), M=Rh, Ir) and [Cp*Ir(eta(4)-thiobenzoquinone)] (o- and p-thiobenzoquinone). These units bind through both oxygen or sulfur atoms to metal ions of different coordination geometry, such as Cu(I), Ag(I), and Pt(II), to generate supramolecular coordination networks, with the metalated quinonoid or thioquinonoid linkers acting as backbones and the metal centers as nodes. This novel family of supramolecular assemblies exhibits short pi-pi and MM interactions. These results illustrate successfully the role of the organometallic linkers to produce an impressive range of novel supramolecular architectures that hold promise for the development of functional materials.  相似文献

Kinetics of the oxidation of tris(2,2′-bipyridine)iron(II) sulfate by ceric sulfate was spectrophotometrically studied in an aqueous sulfuric acid medium. Different methods, including isolation, integration and half-life, were employed to determine the reaction order. The redox reaction was found to be first-order with respect to the reductant, tris(2,2′-bipyridine)iron(II) sulfate, and the oxidant, ceric sulfate. Complex kinetics was observed with an increase in the initial concentration of the oxidant. The influence of the dielectric constant, [H+] and [SO4 2-] on the rate was also investigated. The increase in the dielectric constant and H+ ion concentration of the medium retard the rate, while an increase in the SO4 2- ion concentration first accelerates the rate, and then retards the reaction. The effect of each factor, i.e., the dielectric constant, H+ ions and SO4 2- ions, suggests that Ce(SO4)3 2- is the active species of cerium(IV). A highly efficient enantioselective C-H insertion of azavinyl carbenes into unactivated alkanes has been developed. These transition metal carbenes are directly generated from readily available and stable 1-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles in the presence of chiral Rh(II) carboxylates and are used for C-H functionalization of alkanes to access a variety of β-chiral sulfonamides.  相似文献
