采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的总体能量平面波超软赝势法,对Mg,Zn,Cd掺杂InN的32原子超原胞体系进行了几何结构优化,从理论上给出了掺杂和非掺杂体系的晶体结构参数,其中非掺杂体系的理论值与实验值符合很好. 计算了掺杂InN晶体的结合能,总体态密度、集居数,差分电荷密度,并对此做了细致的分析. 计算结果表明,相对于Zn和Cd,MgIn在InN中的溶解度会更大,并能提供更多的空穴态,非常有利于InN的p型掺杂.

Toward improving the selective adsorption performance of molecularly imprinted polymers in strong polar solvents, in this work, a new ionic liquid functional monomer, 1‐butyl‐3‐vinylimidazolium bromide, was used to synthesize sulfamethoxazole imprinted polymer in methanol. The resulting molecularly imprinted polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra and scanning electron microscopy, and the rebinding mechanism of the molecularly imprinted polymer for sulfonamides was studied. A static equilibrium experiment revealed that the as‐obtained molecularly imprinted polymer had higher molecular recognition for sulfonamides (e.g., sulfamethoxazole, sulfamonomethoxine, and sulfadiazine) in methanol; however, its adsorption of interferent (e.g., diphenylamine, metronidazole, 2,4‐dichlorophenol, and m‐dihydroxybenzene) was quite low. 1H NMR spectroscopy indicated that the excellent recognition performance of the imprinted polymer was based primarily on hydrogen bond, electrostatic and π‐π interactions. Furthermore, the molecularly imprinted polymer can be employed as a solid phase extraction sorbent to effectively extract sulfamethoxazole from a mixed solution. Combined with high‐performance liquid chromatography analysis, a valid molecularly imprinted polymer‐solid phase extraction protocol was established for extraction and detection of trace sulfamethoxazole in spiked soil and sediment samples, and with a recovery that ranged from 93–107%, and a relative standard deviation of lower than 9.7%. 相似文献

Thin film morphology of a symmetric semicrystalline oxyethylene/oxybutylene diblock copolymer (E76B38) on silicon was investigated by tapping mode atomic force microscopy (AFM). It is found that the nascent thin film is composed of multiple polymer layers having mixed thicknesses of L ≈ L0 and L ≈ L0/2 (L0 is the long period of the block copolymer in bulk) besides the first layer near the substrate. This shows that the crystalline domain in the block copolymer consists of double poly(oxyethylene) layers. Annealing leads to disappearance of the polymer layers with thickness L ≈L0/2, indicating that such polymer layers are metastable. 相似文献

A novel CE-based enzyme immunoassay (CE-EIA) method was developed in o-aminophenol (OAP)-H(2)O(2)-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) system and applied to benign liver disease and hyperthyroidism research in the clinical practical field. In the presented method, after the enzyme immunoreaction, the HRP-labeled antibody or HRP-labeled antigen catalyzed the enzyme substrate OAP and H(2)O(2). The product of the enzymatic catalysis reaction 2-aminophenoxazine-3-one (AP) was determined using electrochemical detection on a Pt electrode at the outlet of the reaction capillary. Factors influencing the performance, including running buffer concentration, separation, and detection voltage, were investigated to the optimum conditions. Noncompetitive and competitive models were utilized to detect alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and thyroxine (T(4)) in human sera, respectively. The linear ranges and the detection limits (S/N = 3) were from 1.5 to 66.6 ng/mL and 0.48 ng/mL for AFP, and from 1.7 to 260.0 ng/mL and 1.0 ng/mL for T(4). The results of this method were linear proportional to those of spectrophotometric ELISA method, giving a good prospect for a new clinical diagnostic instrument. 相似文献

Electric fields inside guided-mode resonance filters (GMRFs) may be intensified by resonance effects. The electric field enhancement is investigated in two GMRFs: one is resonant at normal incidence, the other at oblique incidence. It is shown that the two GMRFs exhibit different behaviors in their electric enhancement. Differences between the electric field distributions of the two GMRFs arise because coupling between counterpropagating modes occurs in the first case. It is also shown that the order of the electric field of maximum amplitude can be controlled by modulation of the dielectric constant of the grating. 相似文献

本文中基于弹流润滑分析和次表面应力建立了渐开线直齿轮多轴疲劳寿命计算模型.相对于传统的单轴疲劳模型,考虑了齿轮固定点的应力历史和材料属性对疲劳寿命的影响,并可以得到齿轮在完整啮合过程中的寿命分布.首先建立齿轮的有限长弹流计算模型,得到齿轮啮合过程中的油膜压力和油膜厚度,再根据油膜压力计算出次表面的应力分布;通过分析齿轮计算区域随啮合过程移动的关系,得到固定点的应力历史,再根据基于应力历史的多轴疲劳寿命模型对齿轮的完整啮合过程进行寿命预估.计算分析了不同粗糙度幅值对轮齿各点寿命大小和分布的影响.研究表明:齿面粗糙度对疲劳寿命的影响显著,随着粗糙度幅值的增大,表层下最大应力向齿面移动,导致低疲劳寿命区向齿面发展且逐步扩展到整个单齿啮合区;而表面粗糙度降低到一定程度则对疲劳寿命的影响变得不明显. 相似文献

本文通过对不同晶体结构Re_3W样品的点接触测量和对比研究,证实具有中心对称结构和非中心对称结构的Re_3W都是弱耦合Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer超导体,同时发现在两个相表面都可以形成很理想的点接触结,即电子通过界面时受到的非弹性散射很弱.将Re_3W样品置于大气环境近六个月后重新进行测量,仍然能够得到类似的结果,表明Re_3W具有很好的稳定性. Re_3W的这种优良特性,不仅可通过点接触实验得到的参数推算出Re_3W两个相的费米速度,而且提供了一种简单的方法,可以在点接触实验中利用Re_3W来印证针尖材料的费米速度和测量其自旋极化率等.作为尝试,本文用Re_3W/Ni点接触结测量了铁磁性金属Ni的自旋极化率,得到了与前人报道一致的结果. 相似文献
