Immobilization of a Monolayer of Bovine Serum Albumin on Gold Nanoparticles for Stereo‐specified Recognition of Dansyl‐norvaline

The assembly strategy to prepare a monolayer of bovine serum albumin on the surface of silica gel supported gold nanoparticles is described. The stereo‐specific recognition ability of this material was evaluated by enantioresolution of Dansyl‐norvaline. For enantiomeric separation, the influences of buffer concentration and the concentration of organic modifier on the separation performance were investigated. A better separation in terms of enantioresolution and peak shape was found with the phosphate concentration at 30 mM. Moreover, the peak shape and resolution can be improved by the addition of methanol solution. Enantioresolution of Dansyl‐norvaline was obtained from this material at optimized conditions. It appears that the immobilization of a monolayer of bovine serum albumin on gold nanoparticles as the chiral selector of Dansyl‐derivative amino acid is promising.     

The Synthesis of Third—order Optical Nonlinear Organic Polyheterocyclic Materials

Synthesis of the third-order nonlinear materials:bis (1,4-dihydroxynaphthalene) tetrathiafulvalene and bis (1,4-dialkoxylnaphthalene) tetrathiafulvalene has been achieved in four steps, starting from 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthaquinone. The materials exhibit larger third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities χ.     

四(三苯基氧膦)高氯酸钕合乙醇配合物的合成及结构测定

合成了Nd(ClO_4)_3·4phP=O·C_2H_5OH配合物,用四园衍射仪测定了它的分子及晶体结构,此晶体属三斜晶系P1空间群,晶胞参数为:a=13.475(61)A;b=15.003(15)A;c=18.697(15)A;α=85.44(7);β=78.49(24)°;γ=83.13(26)°;V=3671.2A,分子由99个非氢原子组成,实际上分子可分为三个部分即:配阳离子[Nd(ClO_4)_2·4phPO]~+;阴离子ClO_4和溶剂合分子C_2H_5OH配阳离子的钕与八个氧配位,四个氧来自双齿配位的ClO_4,四个氧来自四个ph_3PO,八个配位氧组成三角十二面体。 中性膦(磷)类化合物包括(RO)_3P=O和R_3P=O是一类重要的萃取剂。工业上已应用的TBP和TOPO都属于这一类。为了研究这类萃取剂在不同底液中萃取行为之所以不同的内在因素,我们制备了不同希土盐类与三苯基氧膦的配合物,并对它们进行了结构测定。已知的中性氧膦希土配合物中进行过结构测定的有Ce(NO)·2phP=O、Nd(NO)_2·2php=O·C_2HOH、La(NO_3)_3·3php=O·C_2H_5OH·CHCl_3和Nd(NCS)·4php=O。这些配合物晶体及分子结构各异,这表明了三苯基氧膦在形成配合物时的复杂性。本文报导的Nd(ClO_4)·4phP=O·C_2H_5OH实际上是由三部分组成;即[Nd(ClO_4)_2·4phP=O]~+外界的ClO_4和溶剂合分子。这在中性配体与高氯酸希土形成的配合物中时有发现。已知结构的     

河豚鱼脂肪酸的气相色谱—质谱分析

采用ＧＣ／ＭＳ技术对２种河豚鱼（黄鳍、红鳍）脂肪提取物中的脂肪酸进行定性定量分析，共鉴别出２４种脂肪酸。多不饱和脂肪酸尤其是二十二碳六烯酸（ＤＨＡ）的含量很高，在黄猪中相对含量达３２．３２％，在红鳍中达２４．１１％。检出了在其它海产品中较少发现的１５－二十四烯酸（神经酸），是人体生长发育不可缺少的一种脂肪酸。对鱼肉脂肪提取方法及不同极性毛细管柱分离情况进行了讨论。     

2020 Roadmap on two-dimensional nanomaterials for environmental catalysis

This roadmap demonstrates a series of two-dimensional nanomaterials, such as graphene, black phosphorus, oxides, layered double hydroxides, chalcogenides, bismuth-based layered compounds, MXenes, metal organic frameworks, covalent organic frameworks, and others, for environmental catalysis.     

Controlling the framework formation of silver(I) coordination polymers with 1,4-bis(phenylthio)butane by varying the solvents,metal-to-ligand ratio,and counteranions

The reactions of 1,4-bis(phenylthio)butane (L) with Ag(I) salts in varied conditions (varying the solvents, metal-to-ligand ratios, and counteranions) lead to the formation of four new two-dimensional (2D) coordination polymers with different network structures: [Ag(2)L(3)(ClO(4))(2)](infinity) 1, [Ag(2)L(3)(ClO(4))(2) x CH(3)OH](infinity) 2, [[AgL(2)](ClO(4))](infinity) 3, and [AgLNO(3)](infinity) 4. All the structures were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 1: triclinic, P-1, a = 11.0253(9) A, b = 11.3455(9) A, c = 11.5231(9) A, alpha = 93.931(2) degrees, beta = 92.689(2) degrees, gamma = 112.9810(10) degrees, Z = 2. 2: triclinic, P-1, a = 11.9147(13) A, b = 16.1534(17) A, c = 16.2259(17) A, alpha = 74.977(2) degrees, beta = 69.030(2) degrees, gamma = 69.986(2) degrees, Z = 2. 3: triclinic, P-1, a = 12.1617(9) A, b = 12.5054(10) A, c = 13.1547(10) A, alpha = 64.3370(10) degrees, beta =85.938 (2) degrees, gamma = 69.3010(10) degrees, Z = 2. 4: monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 5.4032(17) A, b = 16.974(6) A, c = 19.489(6) A, beta = 94.234(6) degrees, Z = 4. In all four complexes, each Ag(I) center has a tetracoordination geometry, and the 2D networks consist of fused large macrometallacyclic ring systems. The "hexagonal" 42-membered rings, Ag(6)L(6), observed in 1 and 2 are nearly identical, which could be considered as unique examples of self-sustaining noninterpenetrated frameworks formed with flexible ligands. The repeating rectangular 28-membered macrometallacycle, Ag(4)L(4), is the basis for the network of 3, in which the perchlorate anions occupy the voids to prevent the ring from collapsing. In 4, columns of the fused rectangular 22-membered rings, Ag(4)L(2)(NO(3))(2), are cross-linked through the L ligands to form a unique 2D network consisting of two types of 22-membered repeating units.     

An unmediated hydrogen peroxide biosensor based on hemoglobin incorporated in a montmorillonite membrane

Hemoglobin was incorporated in a montmorillonite membrane. Electrochemical and spectroscopic studies revealed that the electron transfer reactivity and peroxidase activity of the protein were both enhanced. Nevertheless, its structure was still maintained native-like in the membrane. An unmediated hydrogen peroxide biosensor was accordingly prepared. The calibration plot of this H202 sensor was linear in the range of 1.0 x 10(-6)-6.0 x 10(-4) mol L(-1). The relative standard deviation was 3.1% for six successive determinations at a concentration of 1.0 x 10(-4) mol L(-1). The detection limit was 6.0 x 10(-7) mol L(-1). Possible interferences in real sample analyses are discussed.     

优化几何构型对高级别从头算能量的影响

Titanium(IV) isopropoxide mediated solution phase reductive amination on an automated platform: application in the generation of urea and amide libraries

Amine libraries and their derivatives are important targets for high throughput synthesis because of their versatility as medicinal agents and agrochemicals. As a part of our efforts towards automated chemical library synthesis, a titanium(IV) isopropoxide mediated solution phase reductive amination protocol was successfully translated to automation on the Trident(TM) library synthesizer of Argonaut Technologies. An array of 24 secondary amines was prepared in high yield and purity from 4 primary amines and 6 carbonyl compounds. These secondary amines were further utilized in a split synthesis to generate libraries of ureas, amides and sulfonamides in solution phase on the Trident(TM). The automated runs included 192 reactions to synthesize 96 ureas in duplicate and 96 reactions to synthesize 48 amides and 48 sulfonamides. A number of polymer-assisted solution phase protocols were employed for parallel work-up and purification of the products in each step.
