[reaction: see text] The preparation of phosphorus-containing trienes featuring two diastereotopic vinyl moieties followed by a diastereoselective ring-closing metathesis is described. This methodology allowed for the synthesis of novel highly functionalized P-stereogenic heterocycles featuring both an exo- and an endocyclic double bond. An investigation into the factors influencing the diastereochemical outcome of the ring-closing metathesis is also presented, revealing that the geometry of the double bonds conjugated to phosphorus is important and that 1,3-stereoinduction is superior to 1,4-stereoinduction for these reactions.  相似文献

A series of six new dyads consisting of a zinc or magnesium porphyrin appended to a platinum terpyridine acetylide complex via a para-phenylene bisacetylene spacer are described. Different substituents on the 4' position of the terpyridinyl ligand were explored (OC7H15, PO3Et2, and H). The ground-state electronic properties of the dyads are studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy and electrochemistry, and they indicate some electronic interactions between the porphyrin subunit and the platinum complex. The photophysical properties of these dyads were investigated by steady-state, time-resolved, and femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy in N,N-dimethylformamide solution. Excitation of the porphyrin unit leads to a very rapid electron transfer (2-20 ps) to the nearby platinum complex followed by an ultrafast charge recombination, thus preventing any observation of the charge separated state. The variation in the rate of the photoinduced electron transfer in the series of dyads is consistent with Marcus theory. The results underscore the potential of the para-phenylene bisacetylene bridge to mediate a rapid electron transfer over a long donor-acceptor distance.  相似文献

In this paper, the synthesis of a crosslinkable co-polymer containing new push-pull arylethynyl zinc porphyrins is described. The synthesis of porphyrin chromophores, analogous to Therien's porphyrin (J. Am. Chem. Soc.1996, 118, 1497-1503) functionalized with a methacrylic polymerizable group and a carboxylic acid crosslinking group was achieved with a new synthetic procedure leading to a higher overall yield compared to what was previously reported in the literature for similar and simpler structures. Radical copolymerization of the porphyrin chromophore with glycidyl methacrylate has then been carried out with success. This work opens a perspective on the possibility to integrate porphyrinic chromophore with high first-order molecular quadratic hyperpolarizability coefficient in opto-electronic devices.  相似文献

The synthesis of new β-aminovinyl chloro-difluoromethylated ketones 1 and 2 is presented. In some of them the activation of the C-Cl bond was achieved, under mild conditions, using indium powder. The corresponding difluoro-enolates were trapped with a series of aromatic and heterocyclic aldehydes, to furnish the corresponding difluoromethylene aldol products 3 and 4, in moderate to good yields. The present synthetic methodology provides a convenient approach for the preparation of novel difluoromethylene functionalized enaminone derivatives.  相似文献

Car lubricant additives are added to mineral or synthetic base stocks to improve viscosity and resistance to oxidation of the lubricant and to limit wear of engines. Their total amount in the commercial lubricant varies from a few percents to 20-25%. As they belong to various chemical classes and are added to a very complex medium, the base stock, their detailed chromatographic analysis is very difficult and time consuming as it should involve sample treatment and preparative scale separations in order to simplify the sample. The aim of this work is to determine the feasibility of the separation of low molecular weight lubricant additives using various packed columns with pure CO(2) as a mobile phase to enable implementation of flame ionisation detection as universal detector. This is part of a hypernated system including more sophisticated specific detectors, such as AED, FTIR or MS to obtain detailed structural information of compounds. This paper is devoted to the comparison of some stationary phases supposed to provide hydrocarbon group type separation (silica and normal phase) or separations on alkyl-bonded silica in non-aqueous mode of some selected classes of additives in test mixtures or in base stocks. Adsorption chromatography allows partial separation of additives from the base stocks while the direct elution of test additives can only be obtained on reversed phase supports having a very efficient silanol group protection so the interaction of the more polar compounds is much reduced. A two-dimensional scheme of analysis is also described. It combines adsorption chromatography to separate most of the polar additives from the base stock and alkyl-bonded silica for more detailed separation of the additives. However, overlapping between groups of compounds and the lack of resolution between some additives and the base stock should be addressed by the implementing of selective detectors.  相似文献

The excess adsorption isotherms of methanol, ethanol, 2-propanol, acetonitrile, and tetrahydrofuran from water were measured on five different silica-based packing materials by the minor disturbance method. These materials were prepared with the same lot of 5-microm particles (average pore size 90 A), all endcapped with trimethylchlorosilane (TMS), and bonded to octadecyl chains with different surface coverages (0, 0.42, 1.01, 2.03, and 3.15 micromol/m2). The relative adsorption of one eluent by respect to a second one informs on the heterogeneity of the material (alkyl-bonded and bare silica regions) and on the accessibility of the unreacted silanol groups to the mobile phase. It is shown that the total surface area of the adsorbent decreases with increasing degree of surface coverage with octadecyl chains and that the relative surface area of the regions occupied by accessible silanol groups to the regions occupied by alkyl-bonded groups decreases. For the five columns, an average of 10% of the adsorbent surface area is covered of bare silica accessible to the liquid phase, with a minimum of 5% with tetrahydrofuran and a maximum of 12% with ethanol or 2-propanol. Increasing the surface coverage by the C18 chains causes a significant increase of the attraction potential of the hydrophobic surface toward the organic solvent. This result is confirmed by the increase of the number of adsorbate monolayers with increasing bonding density of the octadecyl chains. This number is twice larger for the 315C18 column than for the C1 column.  相似文献
