大肠杆菌有限生长的微量热及非线性动力学研究

The finite growth of Escherichia coli was studied by using a LKB 2277 BioActivity Mollitor. We found that the finite growth is a nonliear dynamic process. The nonlinear dynamic behaviour in the finite growth process and the nonlinear dynamic models describing the process were discovered and established. The curve of logistic map corresponding to the finite growth thermogram of Escherichia coli was obtained and the nonlinear dynamic parameters were calculated by means of a computer. Moreover, we also discussed the nonlinear dynamic characters of Escherichia colt in its finite growth process.     

Geometry,stability and aromaticity of β-diketiminate-coordinated alkaline-earth compounds

Alkaline-earth (Ae) metals have attracted a wealth of interdependent research from synthetic chemists. In Ae-catalyzed organometallic reactions, β-diketiminate is a typical ligand used to stabilize Ae catalysts by forming six-membered rings comprising Ae metals. Herein, studies focusing on the configuration of β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds observed that the CC and CN bonds are homogeneous and unchanged. Furthermore, energetic studies observed that the formation of the Ae-incorporated six-membered rings results in enhanced stability of >20 kcal/mol. The nucleus-independent chemical shifts, anisotropy of the induced current density, and molecular orbital analyses demonstrated the non-aromaticity of the β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds. The improved stability of these compounds can be explained by the delocalization of the π electrons derived from the β-diketiminate moiety.

单分散纳米InVO4(正交相)的低温合成

InVO₄ is a new developed visible light responding photocatalyst for water decomposition, which is obtained by a solid-state reaction at high temperature traditionally. In this paper, pure InVO₄ nano-crystalline powder has been prepared by a hydrothermal process at low temperature and was characterized by TEM, IR, and X-ray diffraction. Many factors such as pH value, reaction time and temperature have been investigated. It is found that the optimal conditions for the preparation is: n_InCl3∶n_NaVO3=1∶2; temperature : 150 ℃; Reaction time: 4～8 h; pH=7.9～8.0. And the experimental result shows that it is a convenient way to get single dispersing InVO₄ nano-crystalline powder by flux in alkyl alcohol.     

无水醋酸镍与水杨醛肟固相配位反应的热化学研究

用新型的具有恒定温度环境的反应热量计，以６ｍｏｌ·ｄｍ－３ＨＣｌ溶液为量热溶剂，分别测定了ＨＳＡＯ，Ｎｉ（Ａｃ）２和Ｎｉ（ＳＡＯ）２，ＨＡｃ先后溶于该溶剂的溶解焓．设计了一个新的热化学循环，计算得到该配位反应的反应焓ΔｒＨ＝－８６．０７５ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ－１，并估算出了ΔｆＨ［Ｎｉ（ＳＡＯ）２，２９８Ｋ］＝－４０１．３３６ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ－１．     

Imidazole Coordinated Sandwich-type Antimony Polyoxotungstates Na9[ {Na（H=O2}3{M（C3H4N2）}3（ Sb W9O33）2]·xH=O（M=Ni^Ⅱ, Co^Ⅱ, Zn^Ⅱ, Mn^Ⅱ）

The imidazole covalently coordinated sandwich-type heteropolymngstates Na9[ {Na（H=O2}3{M（C3H4N2）}3（ Sb W9O33）2]·xH=O（M=Ni^Ⅱ, Co^Ⅱ, Zn^Ⅱ, Mn^Ⅱ） were obtained by the reaction of Na2WO4·2H2O, SbCl3·6H2O, NiCl2·6H2O [MnSO4·H2O, Co（NO3）2·6H2O, ZnSO4·7H2O] and imidazole at pH≈7.5. The structure of Na9[{Na（H2O）2}3{Ni（C3H4N2）}3（SbW9O33）2]·32H2O was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Polyanion [{Na（H2O）2}3{Ni（C3H4N2）}3（SbW9O33）2}3]^9- has approximate C3v symmetry, imidazole coordinated six-nuclear duster [{Na（H2O）2}3{Ni（C3H4N2）}3]^9＋ is encapsulated between two （α-SbW9O33）^9-, the three rings of imidazole in the polyanion are perpendicular to the horizontal plane formed by six metals （Na-Ni-Na-Ni-Na-Ni） in the central belt, and x-stacking interactions exist between imidazoles of neighboring polyanions with dihedral angel of 60%. The compounds were also characterized by IR, UV-Vis spectra, TG and DSC, and the thermal decomposition mechanism of the four compounds was suggested by TG curves.     

Crystal structure and magnetic structure of TbOOH

The monoclinic modification of terbium oxide hydroxide, TbOOH, was prepared using hydrothermal technique. The crystal structure was investigated by three-dimensional single-crystal X-ray analysis and was refined to a conventional R-value of 8.1%. The space group is $\text{P2}{}_1\text{m}$, No. 11, with a = 6.04 Å, b = 3.69 Å, c = 4.33 Å, and β = 109.0°. The terbium atom is seven coordinated with oxygen atoms, and the structure is not hydrogen bonded.The compound is antiferromagnetic with a Néel temperature of 10°K. Neutron diffraction powder patterns were measured at 300°K and 4.2°K. The magnetic super lattice reflections were indexed on the basis of a monoclinic unit cell with the dimensions a_M = 2a, b_M = b, c_M = c, and β_M = β, where a, b, c, and β are the dimensions of the chemical unit cell. The structure contains two independent magnetic atoms. A nonclinear antiferromagnetic arrangement of the spins describes the magnetic structure. The spin at one atom has an angle of 43° with the ac plane and the projection of the spin on the ac plane has an angle of 59° with the a axis. The spin on the other atom has an angle of ?43° with the ac plane, the projection having the same angle of 59° with the a axis.     

安培检测芯片毛细管电泳及其初步应用

An end-channel amperometric detector with a guide tube for working electrode was designed and integrated on a home-made glass microchip. The guide tube was directly patterned and fabricated at the end of the detection reservoir, which made the fixation and alignment of working electrode relatively easy. The fabrication was carried out in a two-step etching process. A 30 μm carbon fiber microdisk electrode and Pt cathode were also integrated onto the amperometric detector. The baseline separation of dopamine (DA), catechol (CA) and epinephrine (EP) was achieved within 80 s. Relative standard deviations of not more than 5.2% were obtained for both peak currents and migration times of DA and CA (n=5). Using standard adding method, DA in tLrine and plasma samples was detected. The recoveries were in the range of 83%—103%.     

氢部分选择性催化还原NO反应研究

在低钯含量活性非均布Pd/Al2O3催化剂上，实现了富氧条件下，氢部分选择性催化还原NO过程，低温、富氧条件下NO的转化率高达80％－100％。NO直接分解实验表明，600℃，NO分解转化率在无氧时为17．3％，有0．5％氧存在时接近于0。氢非选择性还原NO条件下，100℃以下，NO转化率为100％。根据实验结果及文献，推测了氢部分选择性还原NO过程中可能存在的反应，不同的反应温度下，NO脱除反应有所不同。在115℃以下，NO还原产物为NH3；115℃－155℃，NO还原产物为NH3、N2O和N2；155℃以上，NO还原产物中无NH3存在。NO还原反应与氢氧反应是平行的竞争反应。     

FTIR-ATR技术研究聚氨酯类文物保护材料的光降解

Polyurethanes are one kind of relic protection materials commonly used. During artificial photo-ageing, three polyurethanes, HDI-based polyurethane, MDI-based polyurethane and TDI-based polyurethane, have been considered to undergo UV radiation. Photochemical degradation of the polyurethanes has been monitored by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy with attenuated total reflection accessory （FTIR-ATR）. It was proved that the mechanism of the photochemical degradation of polyurethanes might be the scissions of carbamate （urethane） groups and the re-reactions of radical groups formed in the scission reactions. From the experiment results HDI-based polyurethane, an aliphatic diisocyanate, could be considered to be more suitably used as relic protection materials among these three polyurethanes for its ageing products with less color.
