退火温度对6H-SiC衬底上ZnO薄膜发光性质的影响

采用溶胶-凝胶方法,在6H-SiC衬底上制备ZnO薄膜.X射线衍射结果表明薄膜是c轴取向的,具有六方纤锌矿多晶结构.研究了退火温度对ZnO薄膜发光特性的影响.发现在650℃退火温度下,观察到近带边紫外发射和可见光发射并且紫外发光强度大于可见光发射.随着退火温度的提高,紫外峰强度减弱直至消失,而绿光发射强度先增加而后降低.对退火温度引起ZnO薄膜发光性质改变的机制进行了探讨.     

Intensity Moments of Hermite-Cosh-Gaussian Laser Beams

In this paper,attention is focused on the intensity moments of the Hermite-Cosh-Gaussian (HChG) laser beams from the zero-order to the fourth-order.The frequently used parameters such as the power in bucket (PIB),the beam width,the curvature radius,the far field divergence,the M2-factor,the Rayleigh length and the kurtosis are calculated in terms of the intensity moments.Figures show the influence of the mode index and the decentered parameter,which are the critical parameters of the HChG beams.Moreover,the center of the gravity of the radiation field and the symmetry are discussed along with the propagation axis.Finally,the power fraction within the beam width defined by the second moments is illustrated with numerical method.     

Does Shadowing Relate to Nuclear Radius?

The A-dependence of nuclear shadowing in the partonic shadowing model is analysed. We point out that the nuclear shadowing is related to the average number of shadowed nucleons rather than the nuclear radius.     

Analysis on Patterns of Globally Coupled Phase Oscillators with Attractive and Repulsive Interactions

The Hong-Strogatz (HS) model of globally coupled phase oscillators with attractive and repulsive interactions reflects the fact that each individual (oscillator) has its own attitude (attractive or repulsive) to the same environment (mean field). Previous studies on HS model focused mainly on the stable states on Ott-Antonsen (OA) manifold. In this paper, the eigenvalues of the Jacobi matrix of each fixed point in HS model are explicitly derived, with the aim to understand the local dynamics around each fixed point. Phase transitions are described according to relative population and coupling strength. Besides, the dynamics off OA manifold is studied.

A new tuning procedure for the DTL RF field pattern

The DTL tank is a multi-cell cavity.In a fabricated tank,the measured average axial field E0 for each cell may obviously deviate from the designed value.It is generally thought the deviation is due to the errors in fabrication and assembly.But it is not always true.In this paper,it is shown that the deviation may already exist before fabrication in some cases.It is partly due to the imperfection of the current design procedures.A new design method is introduced to reduce the deviation in the design stage.     

Large transverse momentum dilepton Production in heavy ion collisions with two-photon processes

The cold component of large transverse momentum dilepton production via semi-coherent two-photon interaction is calculated.The cold contribution is essential to the dilepton spectra in the soft region for different mass bins.The results are compared with the PHENIX experimental data at RHIC,and we find that the modification of semi-coherent two-photon processes is more evident with the rising dilepton mass bins.     

Au-Au碰撞中大横动量双轻子对的产生(英文)

运用微扰QCD讨论了重离子碰撞中大横动量轻子对的分布, 计算了Au-Au碰撞中两个部分子产生的轻子对的贡献。引入了轻子对产生的直接单光子过程和分解单光子过程。大横动量情况下的所有过程都包括在内, 而且考虑了核遮蔽效应和同位旋效应, 作为QGP背景的双轻子信号有了一个好的修正。The large transverse momentum distribution of lepton pairs produced in heavy-ion collisions has been studied, making use of the perturbative QCD. The contribution of the two parton production process into lepton pairs in Au Au collisions is calculated. Lepton pair production with the direct single photon process and the resolved single photon process are introduced. We believe that the photon processes are significant. The complete processes at large transverse momentum are included, and moreover, the effect of shadowing and isospin of nucleus are also considered in heavy ion collisions. Dilepton signals to regard the background of QGP have a good correction.     

First-Principle Calculations for Elastic and Thermodynamic Properties of Diamond

The elastic constants and thermodynamic properties of diamond are investigated by using the CRYSTAL03 program. The lattice parameters, the bulk modulus, the heat capacity, the Grüneisen parameter, and the Debye temperature are obtained. The results are in good agreement with the available experimental and theoretical data. Moreover, the relationship between V/V₀ and pressure, the elastic constants underhigh pressure are successfully obtained. Especially, the elastic constants of diamond under high pressure are firstly obtained theoretically. At the same time, the variations of the thermal expansion α with pressure P and temperature T are obtained systematically in the ranges of 0-870 GPa and 0-1600 K.     

基于标志点识别的自主车视觉导航

提出了一种基于室内标志点识别的单目视觉导航的方法。在地面上有规律地旋转一些标志点,采用辅助先验知识对标志点进行识别和分割,利用透视投影变换得到标志点与摄像机之间的相对距离,达到通过单目摄像机获得景物深度信息的目的。整个算法结构简单,易于实现,对由照明不均匀和地面反光所引起的各种干扰有较好地抑制作用。
