一种微穿孔板消声器

本文根据马大猷教授提出的“微穿孔板吸声体精确理论”，在对微穿孔板消声器结构参数与吸声特性之间的相互影响进行了分析的基础上，设计了微穿孔板消声器并将其应用在新舟60飞机APU(辅助动力装置)降噪的实际工程中，并通过编写的噪音数据采集分析程序，对降噪效果进行了测试和分析，验证出微穿孔板消声器对消除飞机的APU的排气噪声具有良好的消声效果，平均降噪7．16dB。     

A fast method to measure the thickness of removed layer from etching of SSNTD based on EDXRF

Solid state nuclear track detectors are commonly used for measurements of concentrations of radon gas and/or radon progeny. All these measurements depend critically on the thickness of the removed layer during etching. However, the thickness of removed layer calculated using the etching period does not necessarily provide a sufficiently accurate measure of the thickness. For example, the bulk etch rate depends on the strength of stirring during etching for the LR 115 detector. We propose here to measure the thickness of the removed layer by using energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. In the present work, a reference silver nitrate pellet is placed beneath the LR 115 detector, and the fluorescence X-ray intensity for silver is then measured. We have found a linear relationship between the X-ray intensity and the thickness of the removed layer for LR 115 detector. This provides a fast method to measure the thickness of removed layer from etching of LR 115 detector. However, this method was found to be inapplicable for the CR-39 detector. Therefore, alternative methods have yet to be explored for the CR-39 detector.     

碱蓝6B共振光散射法检测DNA

研究了碱蓝 6B与脱氧核糖核酸在酸性条件下共振光散射特征 ,考察了影响因素和最佳反应条件 ,建立了一种测定纳克级DNA的方法。在四硼酸钠 盐酸 (pH =2 90 )缓冲溶液中 ,线性范围为 10～ 10 0 4 μg·L- 1 ,相关系数为 0 9913,检出限为 4 2 μg·L- 1 ,用于合成样品的测定结果令人满意。     

Volumetric and infrared measurements on amorphous ice structure

We have simultaneously used adsorption isotherm volumetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy in order to take the investigations on amorphous ice structure a step further, especially concerning porosity and annealing-induced modifications. We have studied surface reorganization during annealing and found that the number of surface sites decreases before crystallization, their relative ratios being different for amorphous and crystalline ice. We also present results confirming that ice can have a large specific surface area and nevertheless be non-microporous.     

Mid-infrared generation based on a periodically poled LiNbO3 optical parametric oscillator

We report a nanosecond Nd:YVO_4-pumped optical parametric oscillator (OPO) based on periodically poled LiNbO_3 (PPLN). Tuning is achieved in this experiment by varying the temperature and period of the PPLN. The design of double-pass singly resonant oscillator (DSRO) and confocal cavity enables the OPO threshold to be lowered considerably, resulting in a simple, compact, all-solid-state configuration with the mid-infrared idler powers of up to 466mW at 3.41μm.     

Characterizations of Tb:Zn2SiO4 films on silicon wafer prepared by sol-gel dip-coating and solid-phase reaction

Terbium-doped Zn_2SiO_4 films were successfully prepared on Si wafers by a simple sol-gel dip-coating and solid-phase reaction method of ZnO and SiO_2. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV－Vis absorption results revealed that films processed below 850℃ were ZnO in wurzite structure, and films processed above 850℃ were Zn_2SiO_4 in wellimite structure. Photoluminescence measurements of the Tb-doped Zn_2SiO_4 films showed two strong emission bands at 490 and 545nm. The photoluminescence lifetime was 4.6ms.     

具有可调紫外滤光性能的富勒烯胺/壳聚糖共混膜的研究

通过溶液共混及流涎成膜法制备了一系列不同C60乙醇胺含量的壳聚糖共混膜。以及含Cu（Ⅱ）的C60乙醇胺/壳聚糖共混膜。研究表明，C60乙醇胺/壳聚糖共混膜具有优异的可调紫外滤光性能，随着C60乙醇胺含量的增加，其紫外滤光波长从200nm红移至400nm左右。在该复合体系中引入Cu（Ⅱ）能有效改善膜的紫外光学性能，同时还初步探讨了这类复合材料的紫外滤光机制。     

半导体激光器发射光谱实验仪

设计了一种半导体激光器发射光谱实验仪 ,可以用来观测LD发射的荧光光谱、激光光谱 ,以及了解光栅外腔选取单纵模、压窄线宽、波长调谐的机理 .该实验仪结构紧凑 ,物理概念清晰 ,适用于大专院校的光学实验教学     

抽指加权宽带扇形叉指声表面波滤波器的等效电路分析

扇形换能器可以看成若干个沿孔径方向划分的均匀孔径换能器电端并联而成，根据梅森(Mason)等效电路模型以及由其延伸的混合场等效电路模型，推导出整个扇形换能器的导纳矩阵和频率响应，其中采用复阻抗模型考虑了叉指电极与自由表面的阻抗不连续的因素。本方法能够模拟指间反射、三次行程、指条寄生阻抗以及外围电路等对器件性能的影响；理论模拟与实验结果吻合。
