Population of Unstable Nuclides and Nuclear Temperature Extraction in 46.7MeV/u 12C Induced Reaction

The experiment results of unstable nucliaes decay by using the light charged particle correlation function obtained in ¹²C 46.7MeV/u+⁵⁸Ni experiment are reported.Under the assumption of statistical equilibrium,the nuclear temperatures are extracted,and the influence of the reaction mechanism on the nuclear temperature are also investigated.     

金属羰基化合物的氧原子转移反应——取代亚碘酰苯存在下Cr(CO)6的CO取代反应动力学研究

在取代亚碘酰苯存在下,研究了Cr(CO)₆与外来配体L(L=CH₃CN、PPh₃)间的羰基取代反应动力学.结果表明,该试剂的空间效应加快了反应速度,其活性顺序为:邻位取代>间位取代>对位取代>未取代;不同基团的对位取代亚碘酰苯的电子效应与氧原子转移速度之间呈良好的线性关系.吸电子基促进反应,在位阻相近的情况下,取代亚碘酰苯的活性随I-O键强减小而增大.     

Application of Hadron-Hadron Nuclear Interaction Parametrization Model in the Study of Superhigh Energy Cosmic Rays

Under the assumption of mixed primary cosmic ray composition and using a hadron-hadron interaction parametrization model to describe hadron-hadron nuclear interaction,the behavior of superhigh energy cosmic ray particles in the atmosphere is simulated,and the simulated results compared with experimental data of Mt.emulsion chamber in details.The influences from the mean transverse momentum value of secondary particles in fragmentation region on simulated results are discussed also in details.     

A Class of Multistep Method Containing Second Order Derivatives for Solving Stiff Ordinary Differential Equations

In this paper a general k-step k-order multistep method containing derivatives of second order is given. In particular, a class of k-step (k+1)th-order stiff stable multistep methods for k=3-9 is constructed. Under the same accuracy, these methods are possessed of a larger absolute stability region than those of Gear's [1] and Enright's [2]. Hence they are suitable for solving stiff initial value problems in ordinary differential equations.     

Momentum of Φ Field and Inflation

With quantum mechanical method, we discuss the metastable states of the quantum universe, and give two eigenstates corresponding to nonzero and zero conjugate momenta P_Φ under the assumption of p=-5, where p is the ordering factor. Analyaea for their classical evolution are made, and there comes a conclusion: The mom-entum of the scalar field of quantum state has very little effect on its later classical evolution. This gives a favourable support to the classical theory of inflation.     

交流电方法用于单晶n-CdTe光电极性能的研究

本文应用循环伏安法研究了n型碲化镉单晶电极的光致腐蚀行为; 并运用PAR M368电化学阻抗系统测得了此电极在不同电位下的交流复阻抗图, 估算了此电极表面态密度及其它参数。实验结果表明, n-CdTe/液体结具有Sehottky结的特征, 此电极的Fermi能级可能有"钉扎"现象。

New Representation for Tensor Product of a Kind of Squeeze Operators

Using the IWOP (integration within ordered product) technique, we construct a new state vector representation in two-mode Fock space. The tensor product of a kind of squeeze operators can then be well identified in the new representation, which manifestly shows that these squeeze operators are quantum maps imaged by certain symplectic transformation in classical phase space.     

静电场边值问题的矩量法解

本文采用修正格林函数积分方程的矩量法数值解技术求解静电场边值问题。这种方法具有较边界积分法积分域小的特点,不仅有高的计算效率和精度,尤其适用于有无限延伸导体边界的边值问题。本文着重讨论与传输线问题等效的边值问题,这是典型的二维静电场问题,对高频和微波技术有重要的实用价值。本文方法也适用于三维静电场问题和交变电磁场问题。
