Synthesis and applications of photochromic fulgides in optical information storages

A pyrryl substituted photocbromic fulgide, (1-p-methoxyphenyl-2-methyl-5-phenyl)-3-pyrryl-ethylidene (isopropylidene) succinic anhydride, was synthesized. Its chemical structure was identified by IR, 1H NMR MS and elemental analysis. The title compound was used to prepare the optical disks by the spin coating method and the vacuum evaporation method. The results of the static state examination show that the optical disks prepared with this kind of molecules possess excellent thermal stability and fatigue resistance, i.e. over 450 writing-erasing recycles, the relative contrast between writing state and erasing state remains at 40%.     

DETECTION OF T_g BY MODULATED DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIMETRY

The glassy transition of the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sampleswhich have been subjected to solvent induced crystallization (SINC) was investigated bymodulated differential scanning calorimetry (MDSC) and density measurement. The dif-ferential of heat capacity signal, d C_p/dT from MDSC, was used to monitor the SINCprocess. It reveals that the T_g temperature shifts to higher value with the advancement ofSINC. When the toluene-immersing time was longer (168h), the detection of T_g becomemore difficult, because some smaller peaks emerged at the lower temperatures and theseare explained as the movement of small segments in the amorphous region. These observedresults are due to the morphology and structure introduced by the SINC process.     

Photochromism of cis(z)-1,2-bispyrryl-substituted ethene derivatives

Photochromism of two bispyrryl-substituted ethenes, 2, 3-bis-(1-p-methoxyphenyl-5-phenyl-2-methyl-3-pyrryl)-2-butene (BPE1) and 2,3-bis(1-p-bromophenyl-4-phenyl-2-methyl-3-pyrryl)-2-butene (BPE2), was studied by laser flash photolysis technique. The results indicate that photocyclization of these compounds proceeds mainly via the excited triplet state, and the cis-trans isomerization proceeds mainly via the excited singlet state. After UV laser pulse irradiation, both photocylization and cis-trans isomerization of BPEl occur, but photocydization is the main reaction. On the other hand, laser photolysis of BPE2 leads mainly to photocydization. The effects of the substituents on the photochromic mechanism are also discussed.     

SYNTHESIS OF THE POLYSTYRENE-TYPE ADSORBENTS CONTAINING POLAR GROUPS AND THEIR CAPACITIES IN THE ADSORPTION OF STEVIOSIDE AND GYPENOSIDES

Seven polystyrene-type adsorbents (Ⅰ—Ⅶ) were synthesized by the modification of styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer respectively with hydroxymethyl, aminomethyl, methoxymethyl, phenoxymethyl, (4-hydroxy phenoxy)methyl, (4-acetylphenoxy)methyl, and acetyl groups. Their structures were characterized with chemical methods and physical techniques. The adsorption capacities of the adsorbents to stevioside and gypenosides were determined via batch test in which the HPLC method was used for the analysis of Saponin concentration of solution. The results showed that all the adsorbents could adsorb these saponins to a certain extent, but Ⅵ and Ⅶ had large capacities owing to their moderate polarities.     

联苯甲酰双缩氨基脲硫氰酸根硝酸根混合阴离子配位钕(Ⅲ)配合物的合成与结构

合成了联苯甲酰双缩氨基脲硫氰酸根、硝酸根混合配位的钕(Ⅲ)配合物。在此配合物中只有1个链状配体,另有2个硫氰酸根、1个硝酸根和1个水分子参与配位。总配位数是9。晶体结构分析表明,该配合物晶体属三斜晶系,P空间群。晶胞参数a=10。866(2),b=13.687(3),c=15.433(3),α=98.75(4)°,β=107.64(5)°,γ=112.14(5)°。最终偏差因子R=0.075。用INDO方法计算结果表明:NCS对Nd(Ⅲ)的配位比=C基对Nd(Ⅲ)的配位强。     

流动注射在线共沉淀HG-AFS测定痕量铅

建立了流动注射在线共沉淀HG-AFS测定痕量铅的分析方法。方法基于铅在碱性介质中与氢氧化镁共沉淀，沉淀收集在锥形沉淀腔中，用HCl溶洗沉淀和NaBH4反应，产生的氢化物被载气引入原子化器中进行测定。测定铅的RSD为3％(5ng/mL，n=10)，检出限为0．01ng。检出限较直接进样降低了11倍。对国家标准物质中铅的测定结果与标准值相符。     

高效液相色谱法拆分雷喏嗪

用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)在正相条件下,用自制的涂敷直链淀粉-三(3,5-基苯基氨基甲酸酯)(ADMPC)手性固定相直接拆分了高效低毒的抗心绞痛药物雷喏嗪外消旋体(Ranolazine),并考察了二元及三元流动相体系对样品分离的影响,结果表明,三元流动相中的拆分结果远远好于二元流动相,流动相中不同种类醇改性剂及含量对样品保留时间和立体选择性有不同程度的影响．     

主链含膦酸酯的聚酸酐药物控制释放材料研究

通过二氯膦甲（乙）酸乙酯与对羟乙氧基苯甲酸反应，制备了二羧苯氧乙氧基膦甲（乙）酸乙酯，并其转化成混合醋酐并通过熔融缩聚，合成了主链含膦甲（乙）酸乙酯的聚酸酐，以二羧苯氧乙氧基膦甲（乙）酸乙酯，分别与１，３－双（４－羧基苯氧基）丙烷（ＣＰＰ）及癸二酸（ＳＡ）共聚，得到相应的共聚酸酐，对所合成的单体和聚合物的结构进行了表征，研究了它们的体外降解，酶促降解及其对抗肿瘤药物５－氟尿嘧啶和氨甲喋蛉的释放性能     

A New Brominated Phenylpropylaldehyde and its Dimethyl Acetal from Red Alga Rhodomela confervoides

A new brominated phenylpropylaldehyde and its dimethyl acetal together with a new natural brominated phenol were isolated from Rhodomela confervoides. Their structrues were elucidated as 2-methyl-3-(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl)propylaldehyde, 2-methyl-3-(2,3-di-bromo-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl) propylaldehyde dimethyl acetal and 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester by spectroscopic techniques including IR, HRFABMS, 1D and 2DNMR experiments.     

A Novel Green Synthesis of Quinolines through Acid-catalyzed Friedlander Reaction in Ionic Liquids

Quinoline derivatives were efficiently prepared through acid-catalyzed Friedlander reaction in ionic liquid ([bmim] [BF4]). It is shown that the proposed method is operationally simple and environmentally benign in that the reaction media and the catalyst can be recovered and be reused effectively for at least four times.
