牛血清白蛋白在NVP/HEMA无规共聚物水凝胶上的吸附研究

合成了不同含水量的N-乙烯吡咯烷酮(NVP)／甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA)共聚物水凝胶．研究了温度、pH值，蛋白质初浓度及离子强度等因素对牛血清白蛋白吸附性能的影响．采用紫外分光光度法测定BSA的吸附量．结果表明，蛋白质初浓度越高．温度越高，离子强度越大；蛋白质内部更多的疏水性氧基酸残基暴露于外部．吸附量增加：在等电点pH=4．7附近蛋白质沉积量最大．     

超高感彩卷乳剂微晶体电镜研究

应用物理和化学相结合的方法，将超高感彩卷分层剥离，离心沉降，水洗除胶，电镜观测各层乳剂的微晶体结构。揭示了超高感彩卷各乳剂层的结构情况，披露了超高感彩剂制造技术。     

The Surface Imprinted Polystyrene Beads Prepared via Emulsion Templates

In this paper, the surface imprinted cross-linked polystyrene beads were prepared via suspension polymerization with styrene (St), divinylbezene (DVB), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA1788),the mixture of Span 85 and xylene or the mixture of Span 85 and paraffin as monomer,cross-linking agent, dispersion stabilizer and templates, respectively. The results indicate that there are dense cavities on the surface of beads, and the diameter and density of cavity are related with the composition and amount of emulsion template. The forming mechanism of cavity from thermodynamics and dynamics was proposed.     

The Adsorption of NOx on Magnesium Aluminium Hydrotalcite

Magnesium aluminium hydrotalcite (Mg-Al-HT) with molar ratio of Mg-to-Al of 3 to 1 was prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectra (IR). The performances of Mg-Al-HT for the adsorption and desorption of NOx were studied. The results indicated that the adsorption capacity of the hydrotalcite for NOx was 1398.2mg/g, and it was higher than the acticarbon‘s. The adsorption capacities depended on adsorption time and temperature.Mg-Al-HT could be regenerated by thermal decomposition, and the adsorption efficiency had not changed markedly after three cycles.     

Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Biomaterial： Maleic Anhydride-modified Poly（dl-lactic acid）

A novel modified poly(dl-lactic acid) (PDLLA) was obtained by covalently grafting of maleic anhydride onto the backbone of PDLLA, attempting to improve PDLLA‘s hydrophilicity and cell affinity and to provide reactive groups for further chemical modification. FTIR, ^13 C NMR and DSC were used to characterize the maleic anhydride-modified PDLLA.     

离子交换树脂纯化酪蛋白磷酸肽研究

通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了使用D-201型大孔强碱性阴离子交换树脂纯化酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPPs)的操作条件为：洗脱温度40℃、洗脱酸(HCI)浓度0．2mol／L、洗脱速度2．3ml／min、进样浓度2％(w／v)，进一步应用HPSEC技术分析考察了离子交换树脂纯化后含磷洗脱峰分子量分布情况，并计算了产品氮磷比与纯化收率．     

D072型树脂脱除过氧化氢中金属阳离子的工艺研究

实验考察D072型阳离子交换树脂在交换柱中脱除过氧化氢中微量金属阳离子的动态行为．通过改变料液流速、高径比、料液中交换离子浓度及料液组成等参数，绘制不同条件下的透过曲线，以此考察D072型树脂对过氧化氢中金属阳离子的动态交换性能，从而确定适宜的工艺条件，为工业化生产提供科学依据．     

气固吸附等温线的研究进展

综述了近些年来在气固吸附理论研究领域对吸附等温线的研究进展。论述了从早期的BDDT的5种类型吸附等温线，到IUPAC的6种类型吸附等温线，再到基于Ono-kondo晶格模型的Gibbs吸附分类的5种类型吸附等温线．讨论了与各种类型吸附等温线类型相对应的吸附机理，并对滞留回环现象进行了解释和分析。     

NAK-12树脂脱除蚕蛹复合氨基酸异味及褐变物质的研究

本文研究了用NAK－12吸附树脂脱除蚕蛹复合氨基酸异味及褐变色素的条件，初步分析了蚕蛹复合氨基酸异味产生的原因，实验结果表明：当流速为3BV／h时，1ml NAK-12吸附树脂能吸附1．75g蚕蛹复合氨基酸中的异味物质；能吸附1．45g蚕蛹复合氨基酸中的褐变物质。甲醇是异味物质和褐变物质的良好洗脱剂，用pH1．0的甲醇以1BV／h流速洗脱，仅用3．5BV的洗脱剂即可完全洗脱异味物质和褐变物质，蚕蛹复合氨基酸异味产生的可能机理是：加热蚕蛹复合氨基酸液时，其苯丙氨酸，蛋氨酸，蛋氨酸，异亮氨酸，亮氨酸，苏氨酸被氧化脱氨，生成挥发性醛，而其褐变则是赖氨酸，精氨酸与还原糖发生Maillard反应生成褐变物质引起的。     

One Novel Vanadium-Phosphate Cluster [PV_(2.5)O_(8.5)]-3.83{H_2O} with Three-Dimensional Architecture

A novel vanadium-phosphate compound [PV_2.5O_8.5]·3.83{H_2O}(1)was obtained from the hydrothermal reac-tion and structurally characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction,which exhibited thatthe title complex crystallized in cubic space group I-43m with crystal data:a=1.6115(1)nm,V=4.1848(1)nm~3,Z=12,D_c=1.783 g/cm~3,F(000)=2278,R_1=0.0528,and wR_2=0.1329[I>2σ(I)](all data).The basic unit of{PV_2.5O_8.5}symmetrically extended to closed sphere-like structure of{P_4V_(10)O_(34)},which was further linked to in-terleaving three-dimensional network via sharing four phosphate through μ_3-oxygen atoms around the closedsphere-like structures.
