Three novel dithienylethenes bearing azole derivatives were synthesized and found to undergo reversible photocyclization of the dithienylethene units upon alternate irradiation with UV and visible light. Among them, the dithienylethene-linked imidazole and N-phenylimidazole exhibited a relatively high organocatalytic activity for the acylation of 2-decanol with acetic anhydride, and the catalytic activity of the dithienylethene-linked imidazole could be switched by reversible photoinduced cyclization/cycloreversion of the dithienylethene unit. 相似文献

We report on the oligosaccharide recognition through noncovalent interactions in water based on a unique supramolecular homoduplex-to-heteroduplex transformation of the oligoresorcinol nonamer as a fully artificial receptor. The oligoresorcinol forms a double helix in water, which unravels and entwines upon complexation with specific oligosaccharides with a particular chain length and glucosidic linkage pattern, thus generating the heteroduplex with an excess one-handed helical conformation that can be readily monitored and further quantified by absorption, circular dichroism, and NMR spectroscopies. 相似文献

Magnetic properties of quasi-one-dimensional S=1/2 Heisenberg antiferromagnet Sr2Cu(PO4)2 were investigated by temperature and field dependence of AC susceptibility down to 0.03 K. A sharp peak was observed at on the temperature dependence of AC susceptibility indicating long-range magnetic ordering. Taking into account the exchange constant, (Hamiltonian =J∑SiSi+1), the ratio kBTN/J is 0.06%. Sr2Cu(PO4)2 is, therefore, one of the best one-dimensional Heisenberg antiferromagnet known so far. 相似文献

The effect of the anionic surfactant SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) on the adsorption behavior of cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose (Polymer JR-400) and hydrophobically modified cationic cellulose (Quatrisoft LM-200) at hydrophobized silica has been investigated by null ellipsometry and compared with the previous data for adsorption onto hydrophilic silica surfaces. The adsorbed amount of LM-200 is found to be considerably larger than the adsorbed amount of JR-400 at both surfaces. Both polymers had higher affinity toward hydrophobized silica than to silica. The effect of SDS on polymer adsorption was studied under two different conditions: adsorption of polymer/SDS complexes from premixed solutions and addition of SDS to preadsorbed polymer layers. Association of the surfactant to the polymer seems to control the interfacial behavior, which depends on the surfactant concentration. For the JR-400/SDS complex, the adsorbed amount on hydrophobized silica started to increase progressively from much lower SDS concentrations, while the adsorbed amount on silica increased sharply only slightly below the phase separation region. For the LM-200/SDS complex, the adsorbed amounts increased progressively from very low SDS concentrations at both surfaces, and no large difference in the adsorption behavior was observed between two surfaces below the phase separation region. The complex desorbed from the surface at high SDS concentrations above the critical micelle concentration. The reversibility of the adsorption of polymer/SDS complexes upon rinsing was also investigated. When the premixed polymer/SDS solutions at high SDS concentrations (>5 mM) were diluted by adding water, the adsorbed amount increased due to the precipitation of the complex. The effect of the rinsing process on the adsorbed layer was determined by the hydrophobicity of the polymer and the surface. 相似文献

All-solid-state phosphate symmetric cells using Li3V2(PO4)3 for both the positive and negative electrodes with the phosphate Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3 as the solid electrolyte were proposed. Amorphous Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3 was added into the electrode to increase the interface area between the active materials and the electrolyte. Any other phases were not formed at the electrode/electrolyte interface even after hot pressing at 600 °C. The discharge capacity was 92 mAh g? 1 at 22 µA cm? 2 at 80 °C, and 38 mAh g? 1 at 25 °C, respectively. The incommensurate modulated crystal structure of the new misfit-layer calcium cobalt oxide (Ca0.85OH)2alphaCoO2 was investigated using a superspace-group formalism with synchrotron X-ray diffraction data. The compound is a kind of composite crystal that consists of two interpenetrating subsystems, [CoO2]infinity layers containing triangular lattices formed by edge-sharing CoO6 octahedra, separated from each other by [2Ca0.85OH]infinity double-layered rock-salt-type slabs. Both the subsystems are monoclinic lattices with the unit cell parameters, a1 = 2.8180(4) A, b = 4.8938(6) A, c = 8.810(1) A, alpha0 = 95.75(3) degrees , and alpha(=|q|=a1/a2) = 0.57822(8), viz., a2 = 4.8736 A, with Z = 2. A possible superspace group is C2/m(alpha10)s0-C21/m(alpha(-1)10) for the respective subsystems. The atomic positions deviate from the average positions of the fundamental structure due to the incommensurable periodic interaction between the subsystems. A significant structural modulation was found in the [2Ca0.85OH] subsystem, whereas the modulation in the [CoO2] subsystem is less than in [2Ca0.85OH], due to the tight bonding of the close-packed CoO6 octahedra. The degree of modulation in the CoO2 layers, i.e., the potential modulation, is almost the same as those of other compounds of the misfit-layer cobalt oxides. Flattened CoO6 octahedra indicate hole doping into the CoO2 layers. The [2Ca0.85OH] blocks act as the charge reservoir layers, and the defect Ca ions are presumably the source of the holes. 相似文献

Poly[(4-carboxyphenyl)acetylene] (poly-1) exhibits an intense induced circular dichroism (ICD) in the UV-visible region upon complexation with excess (R)-1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamine ((R)-2), owing to the formation of a predominantly single-handed helical conformation of the polymer backbone. In the presence of a small amount of (R)-2, poly-1 showed a very weak ICD due to the lack of a single-handed helical conformation. However, we have found that the co-addition of the excess bulky, achiral 1-naphthylmethylamine (5) with a small amount of (R)-2 caused a dramatic increase in the ICD magnitude, comparable to the full ICD induced by excess (R)-2. This indicates that an almost single-handed helix can be induced on poly-1 upon complexation with a small amount of (R)-2 assisted by achiral 5. Furthermore, the induced single-handed helical poly-1 could be successfully memorized by the replacement of (R)-2 and 5 with achiral 2-aminoethanol or n-butylamine. 相似文献

A novel 2,6‐anthrylene‐linked bis(m‐terphenylcarboxylic acid) strand ( 1 ) self‐associates into a racemic double‐helix. In the presence of chiral mono‐ and diamines, either a right‐ or left‐handed double‐helix was predominantly induced by chiral amines sandwiched between the carboxylic acid strands with accompanying stacking of the two prochiral anthracene linker units in an enantiotopic face‐selective way, as revealed by circular dichroism and NMR spectral analyses. The photoirradiation of the optically active double helices complexed with chiral amines proceeded in a diastereo‐ (anti or syn) and enantiodifferentiating way to afford the chiral anti‐photodimer with up to 98 % enantiomeric excess when (R)‐phenylethylamine was used as a chiral double‐helix inducer. The resulting optically active anti‐photodimer can recognize the chirality of amines and diastereoselectively complex with chiral amines. 相似文献
