We study spin collective modes in paramagnetic systems using a sum rule approach. We give a simple and analytical expression for the static magnetic polarizability of finite size systems in terms of their radii and of the magnetic susceptibility of a uniform system. A systematics for the mean excitation energy of spin modes in clusters and shells is given. In metal spheres, the hydrodynamical model is solved and compared with the sum rule approach. An estimate for the mean excitation energy of the spin dipole collective state in fullerene is given.  相似文献

The effect of doping with CdS nanoparticles of recording medium films for the thermoplastic holographic recording process, which are based on photosemiconductors (oligomers and cooligomers of glycidylcarbazole) and a dielectric (a styrene copolymer with octyl methacrylate) containing a photoconductivity sensitizer, on their photosensitivity was studied. The enhancement of photosensitivity of films by doping with nanoparticles is associated with the appearance of an additional channel for transport of electrons generated from sensitizer molecules. A difference in informational properties between the oligomer and the polymer films was revealed.  相似文献

The dependence of the rate of a photochemical reaction of XeO4with H2on the concentrations of H2and the diluent gases He and CO2is studied at room temperature. The results are compared with the data for the dark reaction. A mechanism with the elementary energetic branched-chain reaction OH (v) + XeO4OH + O + XeO3is proposed to explain the results of the study.  相似文献

Results are reported for the kinetics of the anionic polymerization of ethylene oxide in hexamethylphosphoramide using the caesium alkoxide of the monoethylether of diethylene glycol as initiator at 40·0°.The reactions were found to be first order in monomer and 0·5 in initiator; rates are depressed by adding caesium tetraphenyl boride. These results indicate that propagation takes place by free ions and ion pairs; the respective propagation rate constants are k(?) = 22 and k(±) = 0·2 M 'sec.  相似文献

Coupling of gradient capillary electrochromatography (gradient CEC) and capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) with nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) was performed using a recently developed capillary NMR interface. This technique was applied for the analysis of pharmaceuticals and food. An analgesic was investigated using isocratic and gradient continuous-flow CEC-NMR. Comparison of the results demonstrated the superiority of gradient CEC over isocratic CEC. Aspartame and caffeine, both ingredients of soft beverages, were separated and analyzed by continuous flow CZE-NMR. The order of elution could be reversed by altering the pH. This reversal led to an increased sample concentration in the NMR detection cell, thus allowing the acquisition of a totally correlated spectroscopy (TOCSY) two-dimensional (2-D) spectrum of the synthetic peptide aspartame.  相似文献

Powder X-ray diffraction study of sodium salts of 1-hydroxyethane-1'1-diphosphonic acid (H4L)of the compositions NaH3L·H2O, Na2H2L·4H2O, Na3HL·5.5H2O showed that these compounds aresingle-phase. The adsorption of surfactant and cosurfactant on the surface of the globules decreases the interfacial tension between oil and water to very low values. In addition, the decrease of the bulk concentrations of the surfactant and cosurfactant decreases their chemical potential both in the bulk and at the interface, thus decreasing the free energy of the system (dilution effect). The thermodynamic stability of microemulsions is due to the fact that the total free energy change caused by these effects can become negative. The theory can explain the occurence of stable microemulsions for both non-ionic and ionic surfactants.  相似文献
