Mononuclear [Ce(pztza)2(H2O)6](pztza)·H2O (1) (pztza = 5-(2-pyrazinyl)tetrazole-2-acetato) has been prepared and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. PEG-5000 (poly(ethyleneglycol-5000)) coated [Ce(pztza)2(H2O)6](pztza)·H2O nanoparticles (NPs) can disperse into distilled water. In vitro study on Hela cells shows that Hpztza is nontoxic while [Ce(pztza)2(H2O)6](pztza)·H2O NPs show high toxicity with half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 17 μg/mL (1.93 × 10?5 M). In addition, such NPs can inhibit the migration of Hela cells effectively.  相似文献

A thorough phytochemical investigation of the whole plant of Saxifraga montana H. afforded a new glucoside, methyl 6″‐O‐(E)‐p‐hydroxycinnamoxyl‐glucosyringate ( 1 ), and seventeen known natural products, 3‐methyl‐6‐methoxy‐3,4‐dihydroisocoumarin‐8‐O‐β‐D‐glucospyranoside ( 2 ), gallic acid ( 3 ), glucosyringic acid ( 4 ), daphnoretin ( 5 ), chamaejasmoside ( 6 ), myricetin ( 7 ), quercetin ( 8 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐galactopyranoside ( 9 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐α‐L‐arabinoside ( 10 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucospyranoside ( 11 ), rutin ( 12 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl (6‐1) glucopyranoside ( 13 ), ursolic acid ( 14 ), 5,28‐stigmastadien‐3β‐ol ( 15 ), β‐sitosterol ( 16 ), β‐daucosterin ( 17 ), 6′‐palmitoxyl‐β‐daucosterin ( 18 ). On the basis of various spectroscopic methods, especially intensive 2D‐NMR (COSY, HMQC and HMBC), FAB‐MS and HR‐ESI‐MS techniques, their structures were elucidated.  相似文献

A novel core–shell magnetic nano‐adsorbent with surface molecularly imprinted polymer coating was fabricated and then applied to dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction followed by determination of rhodamine 6G using high‐performance liquid chromatography. The molecularly imprinted polymer coating was prepared by copolymerization of dopamine and m‐aminophenylboronic acid (functional monomers), in the presence of rhodamine 6G (template). The selection of the suitable functional monomers was based on the interaction between different monomers and the template using the density functional theory. The ratios of the monomers to template were further optimized by an OA9 (34) orthogonal array design. The binding performances of the adsorbent were evaluated by static, kinetic, and selective adsorption experiments. The results reveal that the adsorbent possesses remarkable affinity and binding specificity for rhodamine 6G because of the enhanced Lewis acid‐base interaction between the B(Ш) embedded in the imprinted cavities and the template. The nano‐adsorbent was successfully applied to dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction coupled to high‐performance liquid chromatography for the trace determination of rhodamine 6G in samples with a detection limit of 2.7 nmol/L. Spiked recoveries ranged from 93.0–99.1, 89.5–92.7, and 86.9–105% in river water, matrimony vine and paprika samples, respectively, with relative standard deviations of less than 4.3%.  相似文献

Bridged indoline derivatives were synthesized by an intermolecular Pd‐catalyzed allylic dearomatization reaction of substituted indoles. The reaction between indoles and allyl carbonates bearing a nucleophilic alcohol side‐chain proceeds in a cascade fashion, providing bridged indolines in excellent enantioselectivity.  相似文献

The subgrid-scale dynamics of stratified flows is studied in a horizontally introduced turbulent jet with coexistence of stable and unstable stratification of a low Richardson number case and a high Richardson number case. The positive production of subgrid-scale kinetic energy and the production of scalar variance suggest the forward energy cascade. The subgrid-scale buoyant destruction plays a role as a sink of subgrid-scale kinetic energy in the stable stratification while holds a role of turbulent generation in the unstable stratification. The role-switch of buoyant destruction in the stable stratification of high-Ri case implies the occurrence of a destabilising process triggered by the coupled instability mechanisms. The energy balance assumption related to the production of and the dissipation of subgrid-scale kinetic energy as well as the subgrid-scale buoyant destruction may fail. The a-priori test suggests the scale-invariant dynamic and standard Smagorinsky models not to work properly here, while the scale-dependent dynamic model gives a decent performance but with restrictions of the ratio between two testing filter scales.  相似文献

基于栅控脉冲发射X射线源与单光子探测技术的X射线通信已经实现了实验室语音通信验证,并对通信系统的误码率性能进行了分析,为探索未来X射线深空应用打下了坚实的基础.针对目前X射线通信面临的信号发散角大、通信距离短、难以实现工程化应用的情况,迫切需要对X射线通信天线系统进行深入研究.为了提高信号增益、增大X射线通信的距离,提出了多层嵌套式X射线聚焦光学作为X射线通信的"收发天线",理论分析了X射线聚焦光学用于X射线通信"收发天线"的可行性,分析了X射线聚焦光学的理论基础与结构设计,对"发射天线"发散角、"接收天线"有效面积与焦斑尺寸、信号增益等性能做了探讨.结果表明:在信号发射端,"天线"的发散角为3 mrad左右,发射增益23 d B;在信号接收端,"接收天线"的有效面积5700 mm2@1.5 keV,焦斑直径为4.5 mm,接收增益为25 d B,通信系统总的增益可达48 d B.  相似文献

通过高温煅烧和油浴的方法构筑二维/三维(2D/3D) ZnIn2S4/TiO2异质结, 应用于光催化降解罗丹明B (RhB)和四环素(TC), 来研究异质结的构筑对TiO2可见光响应范围和光生载流子对分离效率的影响. 结果表明, TiO2维持了MOFs的形貌, 显示窄的可见光响应范围和高的光生电荷复合率, 与ZnIn2S4纳米片复合后, TiO2的比表面积增大, 光催化活性位点增多. 带隙宽度也由TiO2的3.23 eV减小到ZnIn2S4/TiO2-II的2.52 eV, 从而获得了更宽的可见光响应范围. 能带结构表明ZnIn2S4/TiO2是type II型异质结, 提高了光生载流子对的分离与转移效率. 在可见光照射下, ZnIn2S4/TiO2-II显示了最高的RhB光催化降解效率(93%), 分别是TiO2和ZnIn2S4的18和2倍. 同时, ZnIn2S4/TiO2-II也显示出比TiO2和ZnIn2S4更高的TC降解效率(90%). 循环实验表明ZnIn2S4/TiO2-II能保持良好的稳定性, 经5次循环实验后仍能降解83%的RhB. 研究表明基于MOFs衍生的TiO2构筑2D/3D ZnIn2S4/TiO2异质结是提高TiO2光催化性能的一条有效途径.  相似文献

电化学传感器在用于细胞实时监测过程中,电极界面污染严重影响其检测性能.通过将纳米光催化剂与电化学传感材料复合,构建光致清洁电化学传感器,为电极界面的高效及无损更新提供了新思路.然而光催化产生的活性氧自由基导致细胞损伤,限制了细胞培养及检测过程中电极界面的实时更新.为此,我们在PEDOT@CdS/TiO2/ITO可见光致更新电极表面旋涂明胶薄层,在保持电极良好的光致清洁和电化学传感性能同时,利用明胶薄层阻碍光催化产生的活性氧自由基扩散至细胞表面,显著降低了细胞损伤.此外,明胶优良的生物相容性有利于细胞的黏附及增殖.利用该电极,我们实现了人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)培养过程中,电极的在线更新以及细胞释放一氧化氮的实时监测.  相似文献

A series of novel coumarin glycoside esters(1―9) was synthesized through the acylation reaction of 4-methylcoumarin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(11) with different long chain fatty acids catalyzed by lipase in organic medium. The acylation occurred regioselectively at the 6'-OH of glycosyl moiety. The enzymatic synthesis was optimized to achieve 54%―70% yield using immobilized lipase(Novozym 435, 10 mg/mL) as catalyst and acetone and pyridine(9:1, volume ratio, water content<1%) as solvent with an acyl donor/coumarin glycoside molar ratio of 10:1 at a temperature of 40―50 ℃ for 96 h.
