本文利用拉曼光谱分析技术,对纯化后的螺旋藻C藻蓝蛋白(CPC)分子,在0075mol/L盐溶液中的空间结构进行了分析。本文认为CPC的脱辅蛋白空间构象在此溶液和10℃条件下是α螺旋与β回转结构。“暴露的”酪氨酸占44%;色氨酸也处于部份“暴露”状态;β111的半胱氨酸不参与硫醚键的形成,有自由的CS单键伸缩振动模;谱中没有二硫键的存在。  相似文献

Most technologies provide three-dimensional (3D) display in the front of screens which are in parallel with the walls, and the sense of immersion is decreased. To get the right ground based 3D imaging, cameras’ imaging planes should be parallel to the public focus plane, and the cameras’ optical axes should be shifted to the center of the public focus plane in both vertical and horizontal directions. Virtual cameras are used to display 3D model in computer system. Two virtually capturing methods for ground based 3D display are presented. The position of virtual camera is determined by the observer's eye positions in the real world. When the observer stands in the displayed circumcircle on the ground, off-axis perspective projection virtual cameras are used. If the observer stands out the circumcircle, offset perspective projection virtual cameras and the orthogonal projection virtual cameras are adopted. An experimental system for ground based 360° 3D display is demonstrated for viewing horizontally, which provides high-immersion 3D visualization. The displayed heights are compared with the measured results.  相似文献

The CdII ion in the title complex, [Cd(SCN)2{SC(NH2)2}2], is situated at a centre of symmetry, and is bound to two N atoms belonging to thio­cyanate groups and to four S atoms of bridging thio­urea ligands. The structure consists of infinite chains of slightly distorted edge‐shared Cd‐centred octahedra. The bridging S atoms of two thio­urea ligands comprise the common edge. Among the proteinogenic amino acids, only proline is a secondary amine and only proline has a saturated ring. Electronegative substituents on C-4 (that is, C(gamma)) have a substantial effect on the trans/cis ratio of the prolyl peptide bond and the pucker of the pyrrolidine ring. 2-Azabicyclo[2.1.1]hexane is, in essence, a proline analogue with two C(gamma) atoms, one in each of the two prevalent ring puckers of proline. Here, 2-azabicyclo[2.1.1]hexane analogues of 2S-proline, (2S,4S)-4-hydroxyproline, and (2S,4S)-4-fluoroproline residues were synthesized, and their trans/cis ratios were shown to be invariant in a particular solvent. Thus, the substitution of a proline residue on C-4 affects the trans/cis ratio by altering the pucker of its pyrrolidine ring. This finding has implications for the conformation of collagen, which has an abundance of 2S-proline and (2S,4R)-4-hydroxyproline residues, and can be stabilized by (2S,4R)-4-fluoroproline and (2S,4S)-4-fluoroproline residues.  相似文献

N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan (NOCC) composite nanofiltration membranes having a polysulfone (PS) UF membrane as the substrate were prepared using a method of coating and cross-linking, in which a glutaraldehyde (GA) aqueous solution was used as the cross-linking agent. Attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy (ATR-IR) was employed to characterize the resulting membrane. The effects of the composition of the casting solution of the active layer, the concentration of the cross-linking agent, and the membrane preparation techniques on the performance of the composite membrane were investigated. At 13–15 °C and 0.40 MPa the rejections of the resulting membrane to Na2SO4 and NaCl solutions (1000 mg L−1) were 92.7 and 30.2%, respectively, and the permeate fluxes were 3.0 and 5.1 kg m−2 h−1, respectively. The rejection of this kind of membrane to the electrolyte solutions decreased in the order of Na2SO4, NaCl, MgSO4, and MgCl2. This suggests that the membrane active layer acquires a negative surface charge distribution by the adsorption of anions from the electrolyte solution and this charge distribution mainly determines the membrane performance.  相似文献

In this paper, Dy3+ -doped ZnO nanocrystals have been synthesized via a simple combustion method. The as-prepared cuboid-like ZnO nanocrystals appear to be single hexagonal crystalline phase with an average diameter of 20 nm. The characteristic luminescence of doped Dy3+ ions has been evaluated, and the highly enhanced photoluminescence of Dy3+ ions can be obtained by Li+ doping.  相似文献

In support of a research program aimed at discovering orally bioavailable thrombin inhibitors, 13C‐ labeled 3‐aminopyrazinone acetamide thrombin inhibitors have been prepared to aid in the structural elucidation of key metabolites during preclinical and clinical studies. A method for the 13C‐labeling of pyrazinones utilizing 13C‐glycine as a building block has been developed in a good overall yield. Two targets with labels at different positions have been prepared. NMR Studies not only led to the structure of a major metabolite, but also revealed a likely metabolic pathway, which will provide structural guidance for the design and synthesis of future thrombin inhibitors as well as other pyrazinone‐containing compounds.  相似文献

Mass pathogen screening is critical to preventing the outbreaks and spread of infectious diseases. The large-scale epidemic of COVID-19 and the rapid mutation of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus have put forward new requirements for virus detection and identification techniques. Here, we report a CRISPR-based Amplification-free Viral RNA Electrical Detection platform (CAVRED) for the rapid detection and identification of SARS-CoV-2 variants. A series of CRISPR RNA assays were designed to amplify the CRISPR-Cas system‘s ability to discriminate between mutant and wild RNA genomes with a single-nucleotide difference. The identified viral RNA information was converted into readable electrical signals through field-effect transistor biosensors for the achievement of highly sensitive detection of single-base mutations. CAVRED can detect the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome as low as 1 cp μL−1 within 20 mins without amplification, and this value is comparable to the detection limit of real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Based on the excellent RNA mutation detection ability, an 8-in-1 CAVRED array was constructed and realized the rapid identification of 40 simulated throat swab samples of SARS-CoV-2 variants with a 95.0 % accuracy. The advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, and fast speed of CAVRED promise its application in rapid and large-scale epidemic screening.  相似文献
