To achieve a highly efficient, dual-state emission platform for picric acid (PA) detection and latent fingerprint (LFP) visualization, flexible alkyl chains have been facilely attached to the commercial organic dye 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride to provide the target perylenetetracarboxylate molecules PTCA-C4, PTCA-C6, and PTCA-C12. Interestingly, all these molecules exhibited impressive fluorescence characteristics with high photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) of around 93.0 % in dilute solution. Also, emissive features were observed in the solid state because close molecular packing is prevented by the alkyl chains, especially for PTCA-C6, which has a high PLQY value of 49.0 %. Benefiting from its impressive fluorescence performance in both solution and as aggregates, PTCA-C6 was used as a dual-state emission platform for PA detection and also LFP visualization. For example, double-responsive fluorescence quenching in solution was observed in PA detection studies, resulting in high quenching constants (KSV) and also low limit-of-detection values. Furthermore, the fingerprint powder based on PTCA-C6 also presented an impressive performance on various substrates in terms of fluorescence intensity and resolution, clearly providing the specific fine details of latent fingerprints. These results demonstrate that the facilely synthesized PTCA-C6 with efficient dual-state emission exhibits great potential in the real-world applications of PA detection and LFP visualization. 相似文献

The development of novel photosensitizing agents with aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) properties has fueled significant advances in the field of photodynamic therapy (PDT). An electroporation method was used to prepare tumor‐exocytosed exosome/AIE luminogen (AIEgen) hybrid nanovesicles (DES) that could facilitate efficient tumor penetration. Dexamethasone was then used to normalize vascular function within the tumor microenvironment (TME) to reduce local hypoxia, thereby significantly enhancing the PDT efficacy of DES nanovesicles, and allowing them to effectively inhibit tumor growth. The hybridization of AIEgen and biological tumor‐exocytosed exosomes was achieved for the first time, and combined with PDT approaches by normalizing the intratumoral vasculature as a means of reducing local tissue hypoxia. This work highlights a new approach to the design of AIEgen‐based PDT systems and underscores the potential clinical value of AIEgens. 相似文献

Electrostatic self-assembled Ag(2)O/TiO(2) nanobelts heterostructure was synthesized via simple physical mixing of Ag(2)O nanoparticles and TiO(2) nanobelts. The morphologies and microstructures of Ag(2)O/TiO(2) nanobelt heterostructure were characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The interface dominated high UV photocatalytic activity and degraded photoluminescence strength of composite catalyst confirmed the heterostructure effect between Ag(2)O nanoparticles and TiO(2) nanobelts. X-ray photoelectron spectroscope provided direct evidence of charge transfer on the heterostructures between them. 相似文献

A method of ultra-performance liquid chromatography combined with electrospray ionization triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS/MS) has been established for simultaneous determination of major disialoganglioside 3 (GD3) and monosialoganglioside 3 (GM3) in infant formulas and whey protein concentrates. Gangliosides were extracted by using the technique of Svennerholm and Fredman and then cleaned up with OASIS HLB solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridges. The various molecular species of gangliosides were separated on an Acquity UPLC BEH C8 column and analyzed under the negative ion mode. GD3 and GM3 were rapidly quantified using internal standard (IS) method. The developed method was further validated by determining the linearity, average recovery, sensitivity (limit of quantification), and precision. The results presented high correlation coefficients (R(2) > 0.993) of the selected 16 gangliosides molecular species and provided the respective linear ranges. The limit of quantification was 0.325-0.734 mg/100 g for eight molecular species of GD3 and 0.008-0.312 mg/100 g for eight molecular species of GM3, respectively. The reasonable average recoveries (81-95%) and precision (relative standard deviation [RSD] ≤15%) were also demonstrated in three different spiked levels. Biodegradable porous nanocomposite scaffolds of poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) and L-lactic acid(LAc) oligomer surface-grafted hydroxyapatite nanoparticles(op-HA) with a honeycomb monolith structure were fabricated with the single-phase solution freeze-drying method.The effects of different freezing temperatures on the properties of the scaffolds,such as microstructures,compressive strength,cell penetration and cell proliferation were studied.The highly porous and well interconnected scaffolds with a tunable pore structure were obtained.The effect of different freezing temperature(4℃,-20℃,-80℃and -196℃) was investigated in relation to the scaffold morphology,the porosity varied from 91.2%to 83.0%and the average pore diameter varied from(167.2±62.6)μm to(11.9±4.2)μm while theσ10 increased significantly.The cell proliferation were decreased and associated with the above-mentioned properties.Uniform distribution of op-HA particles and homogeneous roughness of pore wall surfaces were found in the 4℃frozen scaffold.The 4℃frozen scaffold exhibited better cell penetration and increased cell proliferation because of its larger pore size,higher porosity and interconnection.The microstructures described here provide a new approach for the design and fabrication of op-HA/PLGA based scaffold materials with potentially broad applicability for replacement of bone defects. 相似文献

A novel palladium catalyst supported on shell powder has been prepared, and its application to the Heck reaction of aryl iodides with olefins has been reported. The results showed that the novel catalyst had extremely high activities for the reactions with the average yield over 90%. Also, this catalyst showed excellent stability in Heck reactions, being reused three times. The catalyst was characterized by X‐ray powder diffraction and field‐emission scanned electron microscopy images, and the energy dispersive X‐ray analyzer.
