Triterpenoid Constituents of Huperzia miyoshiana

Thirteen triterpenoids, including three new ones, miyoshianois A (1), B (2) and C (3), were isolated from Huperzia miyoshiana. The structures of these new compounds were established as 3-O-dihydroferuloyltohogenol (1), 16-oxo-3β,21β-dihydrox-y-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (2) and 16-oxo-3a, 21β-dihydroxy-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (3), respectively, on the basis of their spectroscopic analysis.     

Possible triggering of solar activity to big earthquakes (Ms ≥ 8) in faults with near west-east strike in China

A big earthquake (Ms = 8.1) occurred at western Kunlun Mts gap on November 14, 2001. 半参数回归模型中小波估计的随机加权逼近速度

把小波光滑方法和随机加权方法结合在一起，获得了半参数回归模型中参数分量的小波估计的随机加权逼近速度为σ(n^-1/2)。因此，从大样本意义上说，小波光滑方法和随机加权方法对半参数回归模型是可用的。     

有机化合物电子光谱中的助色基及其作用机理探讨(Ⅰ)

本文就电子光谱中助色基的作用进行了讨论 ,认为不能一概地认为助色基能使与之相连的生色基最大吸收波长统统发生红移 ,而应具体问题具体分析 :对于n→π 来说 ,一方面助色基的p轨道和生色基的最低π 反键空轨道相互作用 ,使π 反键轨道能量上升 ,另一方面助色基的p轨道和生色基的n轨道正交 ,n轨道能量基本保持不变 ,因此n→π 跃迁能增加 ,吸收波长发生蓝移。对于π→π 跃迁来说 ,助色基的p轨道和生色基的最高π成键轨道相互作用生成的新的最高π成键轨道 ,能量虽然有所升高 ,但升高的程度与π 反键轨道升高的程度相比 ,在一些化合物中π轨道升高程度较大 ,因而π→π 跃迁能减小 ,吸收波长发生红移 ;在另一些化合物中π轨道升高程度较小 ,因而π→π 跃迁能增加 ,吸收波长发生蓝移。

O～3岁儿童微量元素检测及纠正150例观察与体会

对西安地区150例0～3岁儿童进行了六种微量元素：钙、锌、铜、铁、镁、硒的检测，发现微量元素缺乏可导致急慢性感染、免疫力低下、小儿营养不良、贫血、发育迟缓等症状。并对小儿营养不良、喂养不当进行矫正。其中铁、钙、锌同时缺乏占50％。     

静压下半导体微腔内激子与光子行为的研究

由于腔模与激子对压力的依赖关系不同,所以可以选择不同的压力使激子和光场处于不同的耦合状态,从而实现对耦合的调谐。利用这种办法,我们观测到了代表激子与光场强耦合作用的Rabi分裂。由于在我们现有样品结构中压力对激子本征行为的影响很小,与以前报道的温度、电场等调谐方式相比,这种调谐方法不仅可以有效地调谐半导体微腔内激子与腔模的耦合程度,而且能够保持激子的本征性质在整个调谐过程中基本不变。这有助于研究在强耦合过程中激子极化激元的本征性质。将实验结果与压力下激子与腔模耦合理论进行拟合,得出了正确的Rabi分裂值。     

激光水下偏振特性用于目标图像探测

利用激光水下偏振特性获得偏振差分图像(PDI),并运用PDI技术,从理论和实验上对水下目标探测进行了研究.介绍了PDI基本概念和实验系统原理,然后比较分析了不同条件下普通图像与PDI在辨别目标距离及其纹理上的差别和PDI中背景偏振光的影响,得出利用目标和背景偏振光的差异区分二者,从而提高探测距离的结论,并取得了较好的效果.在此基础上提出了通过处理有关PDI偏振参量来进一步辨别目标与背景的设想.     

Apparatus for High-Resolution Solid Hydrogen Matrix Isolation Spectroscopy and Its Application

Apparatus integrating a Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer and a mid-infrared difference frequency generation (DFG) laser spectrometer was built for the study of the matrix isolation spectrum in solid molecular hydrogen. A 3-cm-long molecular hydrogen crystal was grown in a liquid-helium Dewar, and its infrared absorption spectrum in the 1-5 μm region was recorded to test the system. The W₀(0) (ν=0←0, J=6←0) line around 2410 cm⁻¹ of solid hydrogen was investigated with the DFG laser spectroscopy. High-resolution matrix isolation spectrum of CO² co-deposited with hydrogen on a BaF₂ cold plate at liquid-helium temperature was studied.     

丝瓜种子萌芽及子叶生长过程中谷氨酰胺合成酶同工酶的变化

测定了丝瓜种子萌芽及子叶不同生长阶段的谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)的活性及其同工酶的变化．除了发育上的变化外，光和外源氮对GS活性及其同工酶影响也是显著的．无论外源氮(N)是否存在，GS活性在种子萌芽和子叶生长初期是逐渐升高的，于第6天达到最大，其后活性逐步降低．在光照下，外源氮对GS1诱导作用大于GS2；在无氮下，光对GS2的刺激大于GS1；在暗处，外源氮对GS1和GS2两者都有诱导作用．
