We have investigated the inverted poly (3-hexylthiophene):methano-fullerene [6,6]-phenyl C71-butyric acid methyl ester (P3HT:PC71BM) bulk heterojunction (IBHJ) solar cell with various n-type metal oxide nano particle layers on ITO and MoO3 anode buffer layer underneath Al. The IBHJ solar cell with a tin oxide nano particle layer shows the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 3.1% and better stability compared to conventional BHJ solar cell. The PCE of this cell decreases by 3% after 2 months in ambient air while the other cells show more degradation.  相似文献

The axial resolution of optical coherence tomography (OCT) is closely related to the light source spectrum width. Unfortunately, most basic sources providing the required power for decent OCT image have narrow spectra, which generate a resolution loss. Assuming the OCT system is linear shift-invariant, we can consider the system output as the convolution of the theoretical signal with a system impulse response due to this spectrum narrowness. It becomes then possible to enhance this resolution through iterative deconvolution methods (IDM). However those methods have a significant drawback, as they usually significantly enhance speckle, which is another consequence of the source spectrum narrowness. To compensate this, we rely on preliminary speckle filtering, and especially the adaptative ones, which allow tackling the speckle without blurring the image. We first studied enhancement proposed by most popular IDMs on OCT images, and then the effect of preliminary adaptive speckle filtering (ASF) by different common adaptive methods. Then, among those methods, we combined Frost filter and Richardson-Lucy deconvolution in the appropriated way; this way we both enhanced resolution by 2 and reduced speckle (raising CNR from 0.7 to 1.3)  相似文献

We have studied the algorithm for the automatic chromatic dispersion compensation using bit error rate (BER) and Q-factor optimization for realization of dynamically reconfigurable all-optical network. Li[NixLi(1/3−2x/3)Mn(2/3−x/3)]O2 (X=0.17, 0.25, 0.33, 0.5) compounds are prepared by a simple combustion method. The Rietvelt analysis shows that these compounds could be classified as having the α-NaFeO2 structure. The initial charge-discharge and irreversible capacity increases with the decrease of x in Li[NixLi(1/3−2x/3)Mn(2/3−x/3)]O2. Indeed, Li[Ni0.50Mn0.50]O2 compound shows relatively low initial discharge capacity of 200 mAh/g and large capacity loss during cycling, with Li[Ni0.17Li0.22Mn0.61]O2 and Li[Ni0.25Li0.17Mn0.58]O2 compounds exhibit high initial discharge capacity over 245 mAh/g and stable cycle performance in the voltage range of 4.8 -2.0 V. On the other hand, XANES analysis shows that the oxidation state of Ni ion reversibly changes between Ni2+ and about Ni3+, while the oxidation state of Mn ion sustains Mn4+ during charge-discharge process. This result does not agree with the previously reported ‘electrochemistry model’ of Li[NixLi(1/3−2x/3)Mn(2/3−x/3)]O2, in which Ni ion changes between Ni2+ and NI4+. Based on these results, we modified oxidation-state change of Mn and Ni ion during charge-discharge process.  相似文献

It has been known since the early days of plasma physics research that superthermal electrons are generated during beam-plasma laboratory experiments. Superthermal electrons (the kappa distribution) are also ubiquitously observed in space. To explain such a feature, various particle acceleration mechanisms have been proposed. However, self-consistent acceleration of electrons in the context of plasma kinetic theory has not been demonstrated to date. This Letter reports such a demonstration. It is shown that the collisionality, defined via the "plasma parameter" g=1/n(lambda(D)(3), plays a pivotal role. It is found that a small but moderately finite value of is necessary for the superthermal tail to be generated, implying that purely collisionless (g=0) Vlasov theory cannot produce a superthermal population.  相似文献

The spin magnetic moment $\mu^{\overline{p}}_{s}$ of the antiproton can be determined by comparing the measured transition frequencies in $\overline{p}^4$ He?+? with three-body QED calculations. A comparison between the proton and antiproton can then be used as a test of CPT invariance. The highest measurement precision of the difference between the proton and the antiproton spin magnetic moments to date is 0.3%. A new experimental value of the spin magnetic moment of the antiproton was obtained as $\mu^{\overline{p}}_{s} = -2.7862(83)\mu_{N}$ , slightly better than the previously best measurement. This agrees with $\mu^{p}_{s}$ within 0.24%. In 2009, a new measurement with antiprotonic 3He has been started. A comparison between the theoretical calculations and experimental results would lead to a stronger test of the theory and address systematic errors therein. A measurement of this state will be the first HF measurement on $\overline{p}^3$ He?+?. We report here on the new experimental setup and the first tests.  相似文献

BaTiO3+MgFe2O4 material system was synthesized by hybrid chemical process using chlorides and nitrates of barium, titanium, iron, and magnesium. Magnetic properties of the composite samples measured as a function of annealing conditions indicated soft magnetic behavior. Saturation specific magnetization from 8 21 emu/g was observed for samples annealed at temperature between 950 and 1150 °C. Variation of specific saturation magnetization with respect to annealing temperature was related with the distribution of Fe cations in the tetrahedral and octahedral sites of MgFe2O4. Electrical properties of the samples annealed at different temperatures were measured to analyze the coexistence of ferroelectric phase. Dielectric constant varying from 15 to 200 with respect to frequency was observed for samples annealed from 950 to 1150 °C.  相似文献

The (relative) energies of symmetric tilt grain boundaries in a strongly segregated lamellar block copolymer are determined by analysis of the dihedral angles at grain-boundary triple junctions. The analysis reveals two regimes: at low and intermediate misorientations (corresponding to a tilt-angle range 0≤θ≤85°) the grain-boundary energy is found to depend on the tilt angle as E(θ)~θ(x), with 2.5>x≥0. At large misorientations the grain-boundary energy is found to be independent (within the experimental uncertainty) of the angle of tilt. The transition between the two scaling regimes is accompanied by the transition of the grain-boundary structure from the chevron to the omega morphology. Grain-boundary energy and frequency are found to be inversely related, thus suggesting boundary energy to be an important parameter during grain coarsening in block-copolymer microstructures, as it is in inorganic polycrystalline microstructures.  相似文献
