New (diamine)platinum(II) complexes A(2)PtX(2) (A(2) = trans-(+/-)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane (DACH), tetrahydro-4H-pyran-4,4-diylbis(methylamine)(THPDMA); X(2) = 9-fluorenylidenemalonate(FM), benzhydrylidenemalonate(BHM)) have been synthesized and characterized by means of multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. (DACH)Pt(FM) crystallizes in space group P2(1)/c with eight formula units in a cell of dimensions a = 20.071(7) ?, b = 12.717(3) ?, c = 24.512(6) ?, beta = 103.25(2) degrees, and V = 6090(3) ?.(3) (DACH)Pt(BHM) crystallizes in space group P&onemacr; with four molecular units in a cell of dimensions a = 11.048(3) ?, b = 13.639(3) ?, c = 14.043(6) ?, alpha = 90.17(3) degrees, beta = 91.31(4) degrees, gamma = 89.98(3) degrees, and V = 2116(1) ?(3). The platinum atom in both complexes adopts a typical square planar arrangement with two nitrogen atoms in cis position. The 9-fluorenylidene and benzhydrylidene groups of the amine ligands chelated to platinum are strikingly bent up by 88.8(3) and 80.8(2) degrees, respectively, from the platinum square plane in the solid state. Variable temperature (1)H NMR spectra of the title complexes in dimethyl sulfoxide solution reveals that the amine proton resonances are sensitive to the fluxional motion of the remote arylidene groups, and suggests that interconversion occurs between two "bent-up" and "bent-down" forms. The prominent difference between the FM and BHM complexes is observed in solution, due to the presence or absence of the angle constraint of the anionic coligands.  相似文献

Hexacyanoferrate(II)-sensing electrodes were prepared by mixing Ag2S and Ag4Fe (CN)6. The 6:1 Ag2S/Ag4Fe (CN)6 provided the best potentiometric response and speed of response. The log concentration vs. potential curves were linear with Nernstian slope (14.8 mV/decade) over the range 10?1-10?6 M hexacyanoferrate (II) at pH 7.00 with constant ionic strength. Interferences included iodide, sulfide and bromide. This electrode was used as indicator in potentiometric titrations of hexacyanoferrate (II).  相似文献

A simple and efficient aerobic oxidative dehydrogenation reaction method for the conversion of 2-(alkylthio)-1,4-dihydropyrimidines to 2-(alkylthio)pyrimidines using copper catalyst with no additives, such as an oxidant, acid, or base, has been developed. The reaction was successful with a wide range of 2-(alkylthio)-1,4-dihydropyrimidine substrates.  相似文献

Although numerous morphologies of MnO nanostructures have been reported, an exact structural analysis and mechanistic study has been lacking. In the present study, the formation of regular MnO octapods was demonstrated in a simple procedure, comprising the thermal decomposition of manganese oleate. Because of their structural uniformity, an ideal three‐dimensional model was successfully constructed. The eight arms protruded from the cubic center with tip angles of 38° and surface facets of {311} and {533} with rounded edges. The concentrations of oleate and chloride ions were the determining factors for the octapod formation. Selective coordination of the oleate ions to the {100} faces led to edge growth along the <111> direction, which was then limited by the chloride ions bound to the high‐index surface facets. These structural and mechanistic analyses should be helpful for understanding the complex nanostructures and for tuning their structure‐related properties.  相似文献

Direct evidence for the blue luminescence of gold nanoclusters encapsulated inside hydroxyl‐terminated polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers was provided by spectroscopic studies as well as by theoretical calculations. Steady‐state and time‐resolved spectroscopic studies showed that the luminescence of the gold nanoclusters consisted largely of two electronic transitions. Theoretical calculations indicate that the two transitions are attributed to the different sizes of the gold nanoclusters (Au8 and Au13). The luminescence of the gold nanoclusters was clearly distinguished from that of the dendrimers.  相似文献

The scanning laser source (SLS) technique is a promising new laser ultrasonic tool for the detection of small surface-breaking defects. The SLS approach is based on monitoring the changes in laser generated ultrasound as a laser source is scanned over a defect. Changes in amplitude and frequency content have been observed for ultrasound generated by the laser over uniform and defective areas. In this paper, the SLS technique is simulated numerically using the mass spring lattice model. Thermoelastic laser generation of ultrasound in an elastic material is modeled using a shear dipole distribution. The spatial and temporal energy distribution profiles of typical pulsed laser sources are used to model the laser source. The amplitude and spectral variations in the laser generated ultrasound as the SLS scans over a large aluminum block containing a small surface-breaking crack are observed. The experimentally observed SLS amplitude and spectral signatures are shown to be captured very well by the model. In addition, the possibility of utilizing the SLS technique to size surface-breaking cracks that are sub-wavelength in depth is explored.  相似文献

The total synthesis and evaluation of three key ramoplanin aglycon analogues are detailed. The first (5a) represents replacement of the labile depsipeptide ester with a stable amide (HAsn2 --> Dap2) with removal of the HAsn pendant carboxamide, and it was found to be slightly more potent than the natural aglycon in antimicrobial assays providing a new lead structure with an improved profile and a more stable and accessible macrocyclic template on which to conduct structure-function studies. In contrast, a second amide analogue 5b which contains a single additional methylene relative to 5a (HAsn2 --> Dab2) was found to be inactive in antimicrobial assays (>100-fold loss in activity). The third key analogue 5c in which the Asn1 lipid side chain was replaced with an acetyl group revealed that it contributes significantly to the antimicrobial activity (16-fold) of the ramoplanins, but is not essential.  相似文献

This study was carried out to develop a cost-, labor- and efficiency-effective elimination method of pesticide residues in ginseng extract. A two-phase partition method between soybean oil and distilled water or aqueous ginseng extract was employed for the elimination of pesticide residues. Content of the pesticides was determined by gas chromatography with electron capture or nitrogen phosphorus detector. A total of 15 pesticides representing four categories (organochlorine, organophosphorus, carbamate, pyrethroid) were spiked (ca. 2 ppm) to 2 ml soybean oil in a test tube and the oil was mixed with 6 ml distilled water or 10% aqueous ginseng extract. The test tubes were then vortexed (2 min) and centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 15 min to separate the oil and aqueous layers. Each layer was harvested and subjected to quantitative analysis of pesticides. The average distribution ratio of the pesticides to the oil layer was 94.4 +/- 6.7% in the mixture of the oil and distilled water, and 105.5 +/- 6.6% in the mixture of the oil and ginseng extract. No significant qualitative and quantitative change of ginsenosides, the active ingredients of Panax ginseng, was observed in the ginseng extract before and after the oil treatment. These results suggest that two-phase partition chromatography between soybean oil and the aqueous phase is a cost-, labor- and efficiency-effective reliable method for the elimination of pesticide residues in ginseng extract.  相似文献
