Based on Jacobson's molecular free length theory in liquids and the relationship between ultrasonic velocity and the molecular free length in organic liquids, this paper deduces the equations for pressure coefficient and temperature coefficient of ultrasonic velocity and nonlinear acoustic parameter B/A in both of organic liquid and organic liquid binary mixtures. These nonlinear acoustic parameters are evaluated against the measured results and data from other sources. The equations reveal the connections between the nonlinear acoustic parameters and some internal structural of the medium or mixtures e.g. the sizes of molecule, several thermodynamic physical parameters and outside status e.g. condition of pressure and temperature of the liquid or liquid mixture. With the equations the nonlinear acoustic parameter B/A of organic liquid binary mixtures, which is impossible to know without the nonlinear acoustic parameter B/A of the tow components before, can be calculated based on the structural and physical parameters of organic liquid and organic liquid binary mixtures.  相似文献

A dual-stage L-band gain-clamped erbium-doped fiber amplifier (GC-EDFA) by using backward C-band amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) is proposed. Compared with other similar GC-EDFAs, the proposed structure has higher and flatter clamped gain in L-band because of its optimal pump power and EDF length. The flatness from 1570 nm to 1600 nm arrives 0.77 dB, the bandwidth of 3 dB is more than 35 nm and the maximal input signal power arrives −15 dBm.  相似文献

A Q-switched mode-locking femtosecond all-fiber laser based on a 2 cm long homemade Er3+/Yb3+ codoped phosphate glass fiber has been reported. By using the nonlinear polarization evolution technique, a nearly 100% modulation depth of mode-locking pulse train is achieved. At a pump power of 410 mW, the energy of each Q-switched envelope, whose width is about 220 μs, is 10 μJ, while the duration of mode-locking pulse within the Q-switched envelope is 318-fs.  相似文献

MgO:Eu3+ nanocrystals with average diameter around 15 nm were prepared via a facile combustion method under a weak reductive atmosphere at temperature as low as 300°C. The photoluminescence spectra showed that the MgO:Eu3+ nanocrystals emit white light, the hypersensitive transition (5 D 07 F j of Eu3+) emission was prominent in the emission spectra resulting from the noinversion symmetry local site at which Eu3+ ions were located. Two kinds of luminescence sites of Eu3+ are identified by means of the fluorescence decay and site-selective spectroscopy. The excitation and absorption spectra indicated that the absorption of surface state decreased with the increase of Eu3+ concentration, meaning that the surface defect decreased through Eu3+ doping for some of them located at the disordered sites near the surface or absorbed at the surface of MgO host. Meanwhile, absorptivity and CIE chromaticity coordinates of all samples were measured; the results were in accordance with the excitation and absorption spectra and photoluminescence spectra, respectively.  相似文献

ZnO:Fe array thin films were prepared by the hydrothermal method using the sol-gel grown film as a seed layer. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet/visible absorption spectra (UV-vis) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The photocatalytic activities of the prepared samples were investigated for the photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) under sunlight irradiation. The results show that the lattice constant a and the cell volume of ZnO:Fe film increase due to the substitution of Fe for Zn. The absorption edge of Fe-doped ZnO displays a red shift with a significant absorption between 600 and 700 nm. The ZnO:Fe array film is composed of disk particles with uniformity and compactness. Doping Fe ions enhances the photodegradation rate of ZnO array film for MB. 1.5% Fe doped ZnO sample exhibits the highest activity under irradiation time of 4 h. Its degradation rate increases about 1.6 times compared to the undoped ZnO.  相似文献

Nanozymes can be used as favorable substitutes for natural enzymes because of their strong catalytic activity and good stability. At the same time, research on single-atom catalysts (SACs) with isolated metal atoms as active centers is also in full swing, showing excellent performance in a variety of catalytic reactions. With the in-depth study of SACs, people have a comprehensive understanding of them and put forward the concept of single-atom nanozymes (SAzymes) by combining nanozymes with SACs. As a new type of nanomaterial, SAzymes have attracted great interest due to their remarkable catalytic activity and rapid energy conversion. However, most applications of SAzymes are mainly in the fields of biomedicine and biosensing, and less research has been done in the field of the environment. Based on the amazing ability of nanozymes to detect and degrade pollutants, SAzymes are also used in the environmental field, and even they will show better capabilities. This review mainly analyses common transition metal-based SAzymes and describes their applications in the field of environmental pollutants.  相似文献

To get high output power with good beam quality, a tapered section is introduced to large-mode-area (LMA) Yb-doped fiber laser. Output characteristics of the fiber laser without tapered section and with tapered section are compared experimentally. When the launched pump power is 119.1 W, 77.9 W with M2 3.08 and 56.4 W with M2 1.14 can be obtained, respectively. The corresponding slope efficiencies are 71.8% and 54.1%, respectively. Although output power of the tapered fiber laser has 30.6% penalty, brightness of it is as much as 5.28 times of the fiber laser without tapered section. Moreover, spectra of them are measured. It is found that tapered section makes lasing wavelength of the fiber laser shorter.  相似文献
