通过引入位移函数,成功地研究了薄球壳在可压缩流体中的自由振动。发现存在两类自由振动:第一类与外界流体无关;第二类则受到流体性质的影响.证明了第二类振动的频率方程具有多项式形式并只存在复频率(除n=1时有Ω=0).求解n=0,1和2时的频率方程,并讨论参数的影响及给出根轨迹图。最后就小阻尼系数法作了对比分析。  相似文献

实验制备了单元尺寸在微米量级的开口谐振环周期阵列样品,测试了其在0.1~2 THz频段的散射系数,验证了不同极化方向的垂直入射可产生单独的电谐振或同时产生磁谐振的传输特性,验证了材料电导率对样品的谐振频率的影响。结合仿真计算结果,得到了等效的负介电常数和负磁导率随频率的变化关系,及其电、磁谐振频率与谐振环单元尺寸增大倍数k的关系曲线。实验和仿真均表明,样品的电谐振频率与1/k线性相关,而磁谐振频率与1/k成正比关系。  相似文献

本文建立了毛细模型, 采用微流动两相流水平集法计算了熔融态硅液与壁面的润湿角, 以人造金刚石作为壁面材料的计算结果与实验结果进行比较, 验证了该模型和计算方法的正确性. 在此基础上, 分别选用碳化硅、石墨和人造金刚石作为壁面材料, 探讨了不同壁面材料表面张力和壁面黏附力对润湿角的影响规律. 结果发现, 相同温度下的毛细力作用使得熔融硅液出现起伏上升现象; 润湿角均有不同程度的减小然后增大, 最终趋于稳定; 初始阶段, 由于气/熔融硅液表面张力与气/壁面表面张力之差变化较大, 液面起伏波动较大; 随后趋于稳定上升. 同时发现石墨作为壁面材料时, 以上变化更易趋于稳定. 该研究为熔体中生长晶体硅获得更稳定的生长环境提供了理论依据.  相似文献

A room temperature ionic liquid (IL) composed of a quaternary alkylphosphonium (trihexyltetradecylphosphonium, P66614+) and tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)borate anion (TB) was employed within a water|P66614TB (w|P66614TB or w|IL) biphasic system to evaluate cesium ion extraction in comparison to that with a traditional water|organic solvent (w|o) combination. 137Cs is a major contributor to the radioactivity of spent nuclear fuel as it leaves the reactor, and its extraction efficiency is therefore of considerable importance. The extraction was facilitated by the ligand octyl(phenyl)-N,N′-diisobutylcarbamoylphosphine oxide (CMPO) used in TRans-Uranium EXtraction processes and investigated through well established liquid|liquid electrochemistry. This study gave access to the metal ion to ligand (1:n) stoichiometry and overall complexation constant, β, of the interfacial complexation reaction which were determined to be 1:3 and 1.6 × 1011 at the w|P66614TB interface while the study at w|o elicited an n equal to 1 with β equal to 86.5. Through a straightforward relationship, these complexation constant values were converted to distribution coefficients, δα, with the ligand concentrations studied for comparison to other studies present in the literature; the w|o and w|IL systems gave δα of 2 and 8.2 × 107, respectively, indicating a higher overall extraction efficiency for the latter. For the w|o system, the metal ion-ligand stoichiometries were confirmed through isotopic distribution analysis of mass spectra obtained by the direct injection of an emulsified water–organic solvent mixture into an electron spray ionization mass spectrometer.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensing strategy was developed for ultrasensitive and rapid detection of Salmonella by combining the rolling circle amplification with DNA–AuNPs probe. The target DNA could be specifically captured by probe 1 on the sensing interface. Then the circularization mixture was added to form a typical sandwich structure. In the presence of dNTPs and phi29 DNA polymerase, the RCA was initiated to produce micrometer-long single-strand DNA. Finally, the detection probe (DNA–AuNPs) could recognize RCA product to produce enzymatic electrochemical signal. Under optimal conditions, the calibration curve of synthetic target DNA had good linearity from 10 aM to 10 pM with a detection limit of 6.76 aM (S/N = 3). The developed method had been successfully applied to detect Salmonella as low as 6 CFU mL−1 in real milk sample. This proposed strategy showed great potential for clinical diagnosis, food safety and environmental monitoring.  相似文献

Dynamic, continuous, and simultaneous multi-analysis of transmitters is important for the delineation of the complex interactions between the neuronal and intercellular communications. But the analysis of the whole repertoire of classical transmitters of diverse structure is challenging due to their different physico-chemical properties and to their high polarity feature which leads to poor retention in traditional reversed-phase columns during LC–MS analysis. Here, an online microdialysis coupled with hydrophilic interaction chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (online MD-HILIC–MS/MS) detection method was developed for the simultaneous measurement of the repertoire of classical transmitters (acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, glutamate, GABA, and glycine). Stable isotope labeled internal standards and authentic matrix have been applied to guarantee reliable results. The method was successfully employed to reveal the characteristics of transmitter release from embryonal carcinoma stem cells. The method features simple procedure (no sample preparation), high recovery (≥73%), high accuracy (89.36% ≤ RE ≤ 116.89%), good reproducibility (2.18% ≤ RSD ≤ 14.56%), and sensitive limits of detection (2 pg for acetylcholine, serotonin, and glutamate, 10 pg for dopamine, norepinephrine, GABA, and glycine). It can be flexibly applied to determine the contents of the classical transmitters in other biological matrix samples with minor changes.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode modified with poly(alizarin red)/electrodeposited graphene (PAR/EGR) composite film was prepared and applied to detect ciprofloxacin (CPFX) in the presence of ascorbic, uric acid and dopamine. The morphology and interface property of PAR/EGR films were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The electrocatalytic oxidation of CPFX on AR/EGR was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The linearity ranged from 4 × 10−8 to 1.2 × 10−4 M with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.01 μM. The modified electrode could be applied to the individual determination of CPFX as well as the simultaneous determination of CPFX, ascorbic acid, uric acid and dopamine. This method proved to be a simple, selective and rapid way to determine CPFX in pharmaceutical preparation and biological media.  相似文献

A newly-developed method of complete separation and sensitive determination of o-, m-, and p-aminobenzoic acid isomers was achieved by combining open-tubular columns for capillary electrochromatography (OT-CEC) and online sample stacking. In this study, spherical gold nanoparticles were modified by a covalent attachment of mono-6-thio-β-cyclodextrin, and OT-CEC was formed by immobilizing cyclodextrin-modified gold nanoparticles (CD-AuNP) on prederivatized 3-mercaptopropyl-trimethoxysilane fused-silica capillaries. Based on the theory of moving chemical reaction boundary, effects of several important factors such as the pH and concentration of running buffer and the conditions of stacking analytes were optimized. The optimized separations were carried out in 58 mmol/L HAc buffer at pH 3.0 using a capillary coated with CD-AuNP, while the optimized concentration was carried out in 50 mmol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate (pH 9.5). The linear ranges for m-, p-, and o-aminobenzoic acid were from 5.0 × 10−4–0.1, 5.0 × 10−4–0.1 and 1.0 × 10−4–0.1 mmol/L, respectively. And the detection limits (S/N = 3) were as low as 8.22 × 10−5, 8.21 × 10−5, and 3.76 × 10−5 mmol/L for m-, p-, and o-aminobenzoic acid, respectively. The run-to-run, day-to-day, and column-to-column reproducibilities of migration time were satisfactory with relative standard deviation values of less than 4.5 % in all cases. This method was successfully used in determining procaine hydrochloride injection sample with recoveries in the range of 96.1–106.6 % and relative standard deviations less than 5.0 %.

Supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) is a powerful separation technique particularly in the area of enantioseparations. With rapid analysis speed, wide polarity compatibility, higher column efficiency and lower cost of the mobile phase, SFC is regarded as a better choice than high-performance liquid chromatography for drug discovery. In the development of separation method, the choice of modifier and/or additive is the key point of optimum separation. However, such screening of SFC is typically time-consuming. In this study, an autoblending protocol was introduced to speed up the modifier and/or additive screening process, which was performed on a separate programmable gradient proportioning system. The protocol prepares mobile phases on the fly to speed up the screening of modifiers and/or additives and reduces the waste of solutions. Furthermore, by switching mobile phase in the same run, separation of different types of compounds could also be achieved. This system was successfully applied to screen modifier–additive combinations of three alkaloids and three polyphenols by switching to two mobile phase conditions, as well as by a ternary additive mobile phase on an SFC system. The proposed protocol allows fast separation method development of SFC, which was proved to be rapid, simple, and reproducible.  相似文献
