Thirteen thiomorpholine-bearing compounds were designed and synthesized as dipeptidyl peptidase IV(DPP-IV) inhibitors, with natural and non-natural L-amino acids as the starting materials.Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HR-MS.The target compounds were screened for the DPP-IV inhibition,and the preliminary SAR result was obtained.Particularly, compounds 4c,4d and 4f with good DPP-IV inhibition in vitro were further evaluated through a mouse oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT).The preliminary result showed the potential value for further studies on those thiomorpholine-bearing compounds as DPP-IV inhibitors. 相似文献

For detection of hypoxic tumor tissue, all radiotracers synthesized until now, are based on the concept that cellular uptake
is being controlled by diffusion. As a new approach, we chose the concept to have the tracer hypothetically transported into
the cells by well known carrier systems like the amino acid transporters. For this purpose, radiosynthesis of O-[2-[18F]fluoro-3-(2-nitro-1H-imidazole-1yl)propyl]tyrosine ([18F]FNT]) was carried out from methyl 2-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-3-(4-3-(2-nitro-1H-imidazol-1-yl)-2-(tosyloxy)propoxy) phenyl)propanoate via no-carrier-added nucleophilic aliphatic substitution. After labelling,
81 ± 0.9% of labelled intermediate i.e. methyl 2-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-3-(4-(2-[18F]fluoro-3-(2-nitro-1H-imidazole-1-yl)propoxy) phenyl)propanoate was obtained at 140 °C. At the end of radiosynthesis, [18F]FNT was obtained in an overall radiochemical yield of 40 ± 0.9% (not decay corrected) within 90 min in a radiochemical purity

The experimental results of thermal process on the microstructural and physical properties of ambient pressure dried hydrophobic
silica aerogel monoliths are reported and discussed. With sodium silicate as precursor, ethanol/hexamethyldisiloxane/hydrochloric
acid as surface modification agent, the crack-free and high hydrophobic silica aerogel monoliths was obtained possessing the
properties as low density (0.096 g/cm3), high surface area (651 m2/g), high hydrophobicity (~147°) and low thermal conductivity (0.0217 Wm/K). Silica aerogels maintained hydrophobic behavior
up to 430 °C. After a thermal process changing from room temperature to 300 °C, the hydrophobicity remained unchanged (~128°),
of which the porosity was 95.69% and specific density about 0.094 g/cm3. After high temperature treatment (300–500 °C), the density of final product decreased from 0.094 to 0.089 g/cm3 and porosity increased to 96.33%. With surface area of 466 m2/g, porosity of 91.21% and density about 0.113 g/cm3, silica aerogels were at a good state at 800 °C. Thermal conductivities at desired temperatures were analyzed by the transient
plane heat source method. Thermal conductivity coefficients of silica aerogel monoliths changed from 0.0217 to 0.0981 Wm/K

Chemical examination of a Chinese gorgonian Anthogorgia sp. resulted in the isolation of seven terpenoids, including two new compounds, an rearranged serrulatane‐type diterpenoid anthogorgiene P ( 1 ) and a guaiazuene‐based terpenoid anthogorgiene Q ( 2 ). Anthogorgiene P ( 1 ) contains an unprecedented cubebane nucleus which is rarely found from nature. The structures of new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods (IR, UV, MS, CD and NMR). Carbide‐based electrocatalysts are superior to traditional carbon‐based electrocatalysts, such as the commercial Pt/C electrocatalysts, in terms of their mass activity and stability. Herein, we report a general approach for the preparation of a nanocomposite electrocatalyst of platinum and vanadium carbide nanoparticles that are loaded onto graphitized carbon. The nanocomposite, which was prepared in a localized and controlled fashion by using an ion‐exchange process, was an effective electrocatalyst for the oxygen‐reduction reaction (ORR). Both the stability and the durability of the Pt‐VC/GC nanocomposite catalyst could be enhanced compared with the state‐of‐the‐art Pt/C. This approach can be extended to the synthesis of other metal‐carbide‐based nanocatalysts. Moreover, this straightforward synthesis of high‐performance composite nanocatalysts can be scaled up to meet the requirements for mass production. 相似文献

A new kind of polymeric chemosensor containing chiral naphthaldimine moiety in the side chain was synthesized by the reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer polymerization of N‐{[2‐(4‐vinylbenzyloxy)‐1‐naphthyl]‐methylene}‐(S)‐2‐phenylglycinol (VNP). The resulting polymers (PVNP) showed high selectivity for hydrogen sulfate relative to other anions including F?, Cl?, Br?, H2PO, CH3CO, and NO in tetrahydrofuran (THF) solution as judged from UV?vis, fluorescence, and circular dichroism spectrophotometric titrations. Compared with its monomer, the polymer has proven to be more attractive for detection of HSO in terms of sensitivity and reproducibility. Upon addition of the anion it gives remarkable spectral responses concomitant with detectable color change from colorless to pale yellow. Furthermore, the HSO‐induced CD or fluorescence signal can be totally reversed with addition of base and eventually recovered the initial state, leading to a reproducible molecular switch with two distinguished “on” and “off” states. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We measured the S- and P-order parameters of flow-induced ordered graphene oxide (GO) particles and the flow velocity profiles for a flowing aqueous GO dispersion in a tube, by using an optical method. The order parameters clearly exhibit increasing concentric biaxial ordering as the flow velocity increases, with the exception of a disordered centre. Newtonian to non-Newtonian transition in the flow velocity profile is found, changing from a parabolic shape to a fuller shape at very low Reynolds numbers less than 10. This is attributed to the shear thinning effect (i.e., an ordering-induced reduction in viscosity). In the Newtonian flow, a uniaxial ordering was dominant; whereas a biaxial ordering sharply increased in the non-Newtonian flow, indicating that both the ordering of GO particles and the interparticle interactions influence the flow profile transition. 相似文献
