In this study, crystalline and chirally stable carboxyl-protected and novel unprotected N-ferrocenoyl amino acid derivatives of Ser, Cys, Ala, Phe, Trp, Asp and Asn have been prepared. These amino acids undergo substitution reaction with 1-(ferrocenylcarbonyl)-1H-benzotriazole, 1, in partially aqueous media under microwave irradiation.  相似文献

We report on the separation and preconcentration of lead(II) and copper(II) ions using silver-coated titanium dioxide nanoparticles modified with cysteamine, and their determination by slurry analysis via flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The ions were adsorbed via a conventional batch technique, and the ion-loaded slurry was separated and directly introduced into the spectrometer, thereby eliminating a number of drawbacks. The effects of pH, amount of sorbent, slurry volume, sample volume and other ions on the recovery were investigated. Under optimized experimental conditions, copper and lead can be recovered within the 95% confidence level in certificated waste water, but also in spiked sea water samples. The technique is fast, simple, and leads to complete elution. The limit of detection (3δ, at n?=?10) was 0.37 μg L?1 for Cu(II), and 0.38 μg L?1 for Pb(II).

A simple, rapid, sensitive and environmentally friendly separation and preconcentration procedure, based on the carrier element free coprecipitation (CEFC) of Cu(II) and Cd(II) ions by using an organic coprecipitant, 2-{[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-sulphanyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl]methyl}-4-{[(4-fluorophenyl) methylene]amino}-5-(4-methylphenyl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one (MEFMAT) was developed. The analyte ions were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometric (FAAS) determinations. The optimum conditions for the coprecipitation process were investigated on several commonly tested experimental parameters such as pH of the solution, amount of MEFMAT, sample volume, standing time, centrifugation rate and time. The influences of some anions, cations and transition metals on the recoveries of analyte ions were also investigated, and no considerable interference was observed. The preconcentration factor was found to be 50. The detection limits for Cu(II) and Cd(II) ions based on the three times the standard deviation of the blanks (N:10) were found to be 1.49 and 0.45 μg L− 1, respectively. The relative standard deviations were found to be lower than 3.5% for both analyte ions. The method was validated by analyzing two certified reference materials (CRM-TMDW-500 Drinking Water and CRM-SA-C Sandy Soil C) and spike tests. The procedure was successfully applied to sea water and stream water as liquid samples and tobacco, hazelnut and black tea as solid samples.  相似文献

Two decades have passed since the metathesis polymerisation of α,ω-dienes was successfully demonstrated by the group of Wagener and the term acyclic diene metathesis (ADMET) polymerisation was coined. Since then, the advances of metathesis chemistry have allowed to expand the scope of this versatile polymerisation reaction that nowadays finds applications in different fields, such as polymer, material, or medicinal chemistry. Alkylphosphate self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) were prepared on Nb-doped SrTiO(3) (Nb-STO) conducting metal oxide substrates. Unlike thiols on gold, the alkylphosphate SAMs on Nb-STO exhibited an electrochemical stability over a wide voltage range from -2 to 2 V. Cyclic voltammetry showed that the SAM modification inhibited the electrochemical activity of the underlying conducting substrate with an efficiency dependent on the chain length. Impedance spectroscopy showed that SAM-modified Nb-STO substrates have a significantly higher resistance than bare substrates.  相似文献

Metal-chelating affinity beads have attracted increasing interest in recent years for protein purification. In this study, iminodiacetic acid (IDA) was covalently attached to the poly(glycidyl methacrylate) [PGMA] beads (1.6 μm in diameter). Cu(2+) ions were chelated via IDA groups on PGMA beads for affinity binding of hemoglobin (Hb) from human blood hemolysate. The PGMA beads were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The PGMA-Cu(2+) beads (628 μmol/g) were used in the Hb binding-elution studies. The effects of Hb concentration, pH and temperature on the binding efficiency of PGMA-Cu(2+) beads were performed in a batch system. Non-specific binding of Hb to PGMA beads in the absence of Cu(2+) ions was very low (0.39 mg/g). The maximum Hb binding was 130.3 mg/g. The equilibrium Hb binding increased with increasing temperature. The negative change in Gibbs free energy (ΔG°<0) indicated that the binding of Hb on the PGMA-Cu(2+) beads was a thermodynamically favorable process. The ΔS and ΔH values were 102.2 J/mol K and -2.02 kJ/mol, respectively. Significant amount of the bound Hb (up to 95.8%) was eluted in the elution medium containing 1.0 M NaCl in 1 h. The binding followed Langmuir isotherm model with monolayer binding capacity of 80.3-135.7 mg/g. Consecutive binding-elution experiments showed that the PGMA-Cu(2+) beads can be reused almost without any loss in the Hb binding capacity. To test the efficiency of Hb depletion from blood hemolysate, eluted portion was analyzed by fast protein liquid chromatography. The depletion efficiency for Hb was above 97.5%. This study determined that the PGMA-Cu(2+) beads had a superior binding capacity for Hb compared to the other carriers within this study.  相似文献

JWKB solutions to the Initial Value Problems (IVPs) of the Time Independent Schrodinger’s Equation (TISE) for the Simple Linear Potentials (SLPs) with a turning point parameter have been studied according to the turning points by graphical analysis to test the results of the JWKB solutions and suggested modifications. The anomalies happening in the classically inaccessible region where the SLP function is smaller than zero and the results of the suggested modifications, which are in consistent with the quantum mechanical theories, to remove these anomalies in this region have been presented. The origins of the anomalies and verifications of the suggested modifications showing a great success in the results have also been studied in terms of a suggested matrix elements made up of the JWKB expansion terms, Si−1,j (where i = 1, 2, 3 and j = 1, 2). The results of the modifications for the IVPs and their application to the Bound State Problems (BSPs) with an example application of the Harmonic Oscillator (HO) have been presented and their generalization for any potential function have been discussed and classified accordingly.  相似文献

Appropriate second order Linear Differential Equations (LDEs) which can be solved exactly by the Modified Airy Function (MAF) method, which normally gives approximate solutions in terms of Airy functions for Schrodinger-like LDEs, have been studied in three possible cases according to the MAF theory. The results of the exactly solvable LDEs have been classified in terms of two different family of LDEs with turning point and/or singular point parameter, one of which being a new class other than the known Time Independent Schrodinger’s Equation (TISE) with a linear potential.  相似文献

Reactive Green 19 was covalently immobilized onto magnetic nanostructures for purification of alcohol dehydrogenase from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The Reactive Green 19 immobilized magnetic nanostructures were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, electron spin resonance, atomic force microscope, and energy dispersive X-ray analysis. Particle size of nanostructures was found to be roughly 70 nm. Alcohol dehydrogenase adsorption experiments were investigated under different conditions in batch system (i.e., medium pH, alcohol dehydrogenase concentration, temperature, and ionic strength). Maximum alcohol dehydrogenase adsorption capacity was found to be 176.09 mg/g polymer while nonspecific alcohol dehydrogenase adsorption onto plain magnetic nanostructures was negligible (19.4 mg/g polymer). Alcohol dehydrogenase molecules were desorbed by using 1.0 M NaCl with 98.4 % recovery. Alcohol dehydrogenase from S. cerevisiae was purified 45.63-fold in single step with dye-immobilized magnetic nanostructures, and purity of alcohol dehydrogenase was shown by silver-stained sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Radon (222Rn) and its parent radionuclide Radium (226Ra) are classified as carcinogen. Human exposes to radon in water via inhalation and ingestion, although ingestion is the only way for radium to enter the human body. In this research, tap water collected from Bornova distinct was studied to determine the concentration of radon (222Rn) and radium (226Ra) for evaluating their radiological impact. For this reason, the annual effective doses for ingestion and inhalation were estimated. The measurements were performed using a collector chamber method. The mean concentrations of 222Rn and 226Ra were determined as 0.85 and 0.76 Bq/L, respectively. It can be stated that the 222Rn and 226Ra concentrations of tap waters here are lower than the international reference levels. Obtained concentration levels were applied to estimate annual effective dose due to the inhalation and ingestion. The dose values are also found to be lower than the recommended maximum values. On the other hand, it should be considered that consumption of these waters (2 L) and average radon and radium concentrations of water are the significant factors for estimating doses.  相似文献
