Finafloxacin hydrochloride, an important clinical compound was synthesized by a novel synthetic approach. An active intermediate ethyl 7-chloro-8-cyano-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylate 19 was prepared by a new route. The chiral (S,S′)-N-Boc 10 was derived from protected pyrrolidine and the absolute stereochemistry was established by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Univariate Birnbaum–Saunders distribution has been used quite effectively to model positively skewed data, especially lifetime data and crack growth data. In this paper, we introduce bivariate Birnbaum–Saunders distribution which is an absolutely continuous distribution whose marginals are univariate Birnbaum–Saunders distributions. Different properties of this bivariate Birnbaum–Saunders distribution are then discussed. This new family has five unknown parameters and it is shown that the maximum likelihood estimators can be obtained by solving two non-linear equations. We also propose simple modified moment estimators for the unknown parameters which are explicit and can therefore be used effectively as an initial guess for the computation of the maximum likelihood estimators. We then present the asymptotic distributions of the maximum likelihood estimators and use them to construct confidence intervals for the parameters. We also discuss likelihood ratio tests for some hypotheses of interest. Monte Carlo simulations are then carried out to examine the performance of the proposed estimators. Finally, a numerical data analysis is performed in order to illustrate all the methods of inference discussed here.  相似文献

The synthesis of a SIPr [1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-imidazolin-2-ylidene] derived Kekulé diradicaloid with a tetrafluorophenylene spacer ( 3 ) has been described. Two synthetic routes have been reported to access 3 . The cleavage of C−F bond of C6F6 by SIPr in the presence of BF3 led to double C−F activated compound with two tetrafluoro borate counter anions ( 2 ), which upon reduction by lithium metal afforded 3 . Alternatively, 3 can be directly accessed in one step by reacting SIPr with C6F6 in presence of Mg metal. Compounds 2 and 3 were well characterized spectroscopically and by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Experimental and computational studies support the cumulenic closed-shell singlet state of 3 with a singlet-triplet energy gap (ΔES–T) of 23.7 kcal mol−1.  相似文献

The reaction of one equivalent of LAlH2 ( 1 ; L=HC(CMeNAr)2, Ar=2,6‐iPr2C6H3, β‐diketiminate ligand) with two equivalents of 2‐mercapto‐4,6‐dimethylpyrimidine hydrate resulted in LAl[(μ‐S)(m‐C4N2H)(CH2)2]2 ( 2 ) in good yield. Similarly, when N‐2‐pyridylsalicylideneamine, N‐(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)salicylaldimine, and ethyl 3‐amino‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene‐2‐carboxylate were used as starting materials, the corresponding products LAl[(μ‐O)(o‐C6H4)CN(C5NH4)]2 ( 3 ), LAlH[(μ‐O)(o‐C4H4)CN(2,6‐iPr2C6H3)] ( 4 ), and LAl[(μ‐NH)(o‐C8SH8)(COOC2H5)]2 ( 5 ) were isolated. Compounds 2 – 5 were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy as well as by single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis. Surprisingly, compounds 2 – 5 exhibit good catalytic activity in addition reactions of aldehydes with trimethylsilyl cyanide (TMSCN).  相似文献

Twenty-four pyrazolo derivatives (1–4)(a-f) were synthesized and characterized by FTIR, 1H, and 13C NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds were also investigated for their antioxidant and anticholinesterase activities. The compounds (3–4)(a-f) carrying morpholine ring were more active than the piperidinyl containing compounds (1–2)(a-f) in both activities. The compound 4f showed higher activity in both assays as compared with the others. Additionally, the anticholinesterase activity test provided higher values than the galantamine in the BChE assay. Therefore, compound 4f can be used as anticholinesterase agent and/or anticholinesterase assay standard.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A new multielement sensitive fluorescent probe, 1-(2-(phenylthio)ethyl)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole (L), has been synthesized by the reaction between 2-(pyridyl) benzimidazole and 2-chloroethyl phenyl sulfide. Excitation and emission wavelength of L are at 330 and 371 nm, respectively. Among various transition and nontransition metal ions, it can selectively read Zn2+ ion as the emission wavelength of L undergoes a red shift by 31 nm upon binding with Zn2+ in methanol. In the presence of Cd2+, Hg2+, and other common cations, the emission wavelength of L remains unchanged, and thus allows us to discriminate Zn2+ from its congeners. Both L and its Zn2+ complex are well characterized by different spectroscopic techniques like 1H-NMR, ESI-TOF (+) mass, FT-IR, and elemental analysis data. The binding constant value of the complexation reaction between L and Zn2+ is found as 724.6 M?1 in methanol. Density functional theoretical (DFT) studies nicely demonstrate the red shift in the emission wavelength of L upon binding with Zn2+.  相似文献

Chirp signals are quite common in different areas of science and engineering. In this paper we consider the asymptotic properties of the least squares estimators of the parameters of the chirp signals. We obtain the consistency property of the least squares estimators and also obtain the asymptotic distribution under the assumptions that the errors are independent and identically distributed. We also consider the generalized chirp signals and obtain the asymptotic properties of the least squares estimators of the unknown parameters. Finally we perform some simulations experiments to see how the asymptotic results behave for small sample and the performances are quite satisfactory.  相似文献
