This paper deals with prey-predator system where the prey population is infected with a microparasite. Predator functional response is assumed to be Holling type I. All the feasible equilibrium points of the system are obtained and the condition for the existence of positive (interior) equilibrium point is also determined. The criteria for both local stability and instability involving system parameters are derived. The criterion for existence of Hopf-type small periodic oscillation is shown. The condition for survival of all the population is investigated. We have developed a necessary and sufficient criteria for uniform persistence. Finally, the numerical verifications of analytic results are done.  相似文献

2-((Naphthalen-6-yl)methylthio)ethanol (HL) was prepared by one pot synthesis using 2-mercaptoethanol and 2-bromomethylnaphthalene. It was found to be a highly selective fluorescent sensor for Al(3+) in the physiological pH (pH 7.0-8.0). It could sense Al(3+) bound to cells through fluorescence microscopy. Metal ions like Mn(2+), Fe(3+), Co(2+), Ni(2+), Cu(2+), Zn(2+), Ag(+), Cd(2+), Hg(2+), Cr(3+) and Pb(2+) did not interfere. No interference was also observed with anions like Cl(-), Br(-), F(-), SO(4)(2-), NO(3)(-), CO(3)(2-), HPO(4)(2-) and SCN(-). Experimentally observed structural and spectroscopic features of HL and its Al(3+) complex have been substantiated by computational calculations using density functional theory (DFT) and time dependent density functional theory (TDDFT).  相似文献

Abstract  

2-Cyano-3-(2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)acrylic acid and its novel mononuclear square-planar copper(II) complex dipiperidinium tetrakis[2-cyano-3-(2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)acrylic acid]copper(II) ((Pip-H+)2[CuL4]2−) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, FT–IR, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. Moreover, the ligand was characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The structures of the ligand and its copper(II) complex were confirmed by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Whereas the ligand crystallizes in the triclinic space group Pī with unit cell parameters a = 4.6911(2) ?, b = 9.0181(4) ?, c = 13.7084(6) ?, α = 74.946(4)°, β = 87.152(4)°, γ = 89.220(4)°, V = 559.34(4) ?3, and Z = 2, the complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pccn with unit cell parameters a = 27.5486(5) ?, b = 12.9484(2) ?, c = 15.8822(3) ?, V = 5,665.34(17) ?3, and Z = 4.  相似文献

Bromide and chloride derivatives of Baylis-Hillman adducts have been demonstrated to react efficiently with triarylbismuths affording allylic arylated products in high yields under palladium-catalyzed conditions. Triarylbismuths have been employed in sub-stoichiometric amounts as multi-coupling and atom-efficient nucleophiles in these reactions. The reactivity of both allylic bromides and chlorides was found to be facile and equally efficient in couplings with triarylbismuths.  相似文献

Nanostructured nickel ferrites (NiFe2O4) were prepared by doping with Ti4+ ions using solid-state reaction route. Lowest grain size of 55 nm was achieved in the specimens with 20 mole% TiO2 doping. Magnetization in the specimens decreases with decreasing grain sizes. Lower volume fractions of ferrite phase due to dissociation of the magnetic phase into smaller particles by the disruption of super exchange interaction by the titanium substitution results a decrease in magnetizations. Coercivity showed an increasing trend. This was explained as arising due to multidomain/monodomain magnetic behavior of magnetic nanoparticles. Small polaron hopping conduction between Fe2+ and Fe3+ sites controls the dc electrical properties of the specimens. The presence of an interfacial amorphous phase between the sites is evident from Mott's analysis. Specimens containing 10 mole or more TiO2 and sintered at 1350 °C contain NiTiO3 as a secondary phase and show unusual dc conductivity.  相似文献

Lycopene is bequeathed with multiple bio-protective roles, primarily attributed to its unique molecular structure. The concomitant exploitation of two of the green chemistry tools viz., sonication and biocatalysis is reported here for the laboratory scale extraction of lycopene from tomato peel. The coupled system improved the extraction by 662%, 225% and 150% times over the unaided, only cellulase ‘Onozuka R-10’ treated and only sonication treated samples respectively. The sonication parameters (duration, cycle and amplitude) during the coupled operation were optimized using response surface methodology (RSM). Derivative UV-visible spectra (i.e., dA/dλ and d2A/dλ2 against λ), FTIR analysis, and DPPH scavenging test suggested that the reported extraction protocol did not affect the molecular structure and bioactivity of the extracted lycopene. The influence of sonication on the probable structural modulation (through UV-visible spectral analysis) and activity of the enzyme were also analyzed. A plausible mechanism is proposed for the enhanced extraction achieved via the coupled system.  相似文献

Transition‐metal‐catalyzed hydroamination reactions are sustainable and atom‐economical C N bond‐forming processes. Although remarkable progress has been made in the inter‐ and intramolecular amination of olefins and 1,3‐dienes, related intermolecular reactions of amides are still much less known. Control of the regioselectivity without analogous telomerization is the particular challenge in the catalytic hydroamidation of alkenes and 1,3‐dienes. Herein, we report a general protocol for the hydroamidation of electron‐deficient N‐heterocyclic amides and sulfonamides with 1,3‐dienes and vinyl pyridines in the presence of a catalyst derived from [{Pd(π‐cinnamyl)Cl}2] and ligand L7 or L10 . The reactions proceeded in good to excellent yield with high regioselectivity. The practical utility of our method is demonstrated by the hydroamidation of functionalized biologically active substrates. The high regioselectivity for linear amide products makes the procedure useful for the synthesis of a variety of allylic amides.  相似文献

A search for configuration space with well-defined topological (Berry) phases corresponding to Jahn-Teller (JT) conical intersection (CI) and Renner-Teller (RT) parabolic intersection (PI) in the linear tetra-atomic molecular system on introduction of bending demonstrates the interesting aspect that these potential intersections may appear in the molecular plane as well as out of the molecular plane. While understanding this aspect is important for following the class of phenomena led by potential intersections, till date, studies on molecular systems, including pairs such as (C2H2+, HCNH) and (N2H2+, HBNH+), have not been able to clarify the issue. The present article includes calculation of nonadiabatic coupling terms involving four low-lying states of slightly bent HCNO+, a motivated choice of tetra-atomic with all four different atoms, to study this aspect associated with JT-CI and RT-PI in a slightly bent linear system. The plane of appearance of these effects has been advocated to be related to the electronic configuration of the concerned states of the molecular system.  相似文献
