The reaction of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates with arylidenemalononitriles in the presence of KSCN in MeCN led to a mixture of dialkyl (3E)‐4‐aryl‐3‐(arylideneamino)‐5,5‐dicyanocyclopenta‐1,3‐diene‐1,2‐dicarboxylates and dialkyl 4‐aryl‐5‐cyanothiophene‐2,3‐dicarboxylates. When these reactions were performed in the presence of KCN, only the functionalized 5,5‐dicyanocyclopenta‐1,3‐dienes were obtained.  相似文献

A synthesis of quinoline derivatives is described via reaction between ethyl bromopyruvate (=ethyl 3‐bromo‐2‐oxopropanoate), acetylenedicarboxylate, and isatin (=1H‐indole‐2,3‐dione) in the presence of NaH as a base. Also, these reactions were performed without ethyl bromopyruvate. The reaction in the presence of ethyl bromopyruvate provides regioselectively a quinoline with the ethyl ester group in 4‐position. In the absence of ethyl bromopyruvate, the reaction leads to functionalized quinolines with the same ester groups in 2‐, 3‐, and 4‐positions.  相似文献

The reaction of aryl isocyanates and alkyl propiolates (=alkyl prop‐2‐ynoates) in the presence of potassium thiocyanate (KSCN) led to geometric isomers of alkyl 2‐(1,3‐diaryl‐2,5‐dioxoimidazolidin‐4‐ylidene)acetates in moderate‐to‐good yields.  相似文献

The interior surface differentiates the guests through the recognition of their nitrogen atoms. Absorption and emission spectra of free and encapsulated stilbene in two different capsules were calculated using the DFT and the TDDFT methodology at the B3LYP, CAM-B3LYP, M06-2X, PBE0, and ωB97X-D/6-31G(d,p) levels of theory. The present work is directed toward the theoretical interpretation of recent experimental results on control of stilbene conformation and fluorescence in capsules [Ams, M. R.; et al. Beilstein J. Org. Chem. 2009, 5, 79]. The results of the calculations are in agreement with experiment and show that fluorescence of trans-stilbene persists in the large cage while it is quenched in the small one. It is found that the geometry of trans-stilbene in the ground as well as in the first excited singlet state is unaffected by encapsulation in the large cage, and consequently the absorption and emission spectra are similarly unaffected. In the small cage, the ground state of encapsulated trans-stilbene is distorted, with the two phenyl groups twisted, while the geometry of the excited state, after relaxation, lies at the conical intersection with the ground state. Consequently, there is no emission similar to that of free trans-stilbene, and the state decays nonradiatively to the ground state.  相似文献

A general procedure is presented for computing the gas phase heats of formation of a wide variety of organic compounds. ΔE for the formation of the molecule from its elements at 0 K is obtained from density functional calculations (Gaussian 92/DFT) for optimized geometries. This result is converted to ΔH at 298 K by assuming ideal behavior and adding the translational, rotational, and vibrational energies. Additive correction terms corresponding to the various coordination states of the carbons, nitrogens, and oxygens were developed using a database of 54 compounds. The experimental ΔH values of these compounds are then reproduced with an average absolute error of 3 kcal/mol and a standard deviation of 4 kcal/mol. For a group of 10 test cases that were not part of the database, the average absolute error is 3.5 kcal/mol and the standard deviation is 4.1 kcal/mol. © 1995 by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Simultaneous determination of several elements (U, Ta, Mn, Zr and W) with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) in the presence of spectral interference was performed using chemometrics methods. True comparison between artificial neural network (ANN) and partial least squares regression (PLS) for simultaneous determination in different degrees of overlap was investigated. The emission spectra were recorded at uranium analytical line (263.553 nm) with a 0.06 nm spectral window by ICP-AES. Principal component analysis was applied to data and scores on 5 dominant principal components were subjected to ANN. A 5-5-5 (input, hidden and output neurons) network was used with linear transfer function after both hidden and output layers. The PI,S model was trained with five latent variables and 20 samples in calibration set. The relative errors of predictions (REP) in test set were 3.75% and 3.56% for ANN and PLS respectively.  相似文献
