·OH在众多领域中具有非常重要的作用,在国际上引起了广泛关注,而大气压等离子体射流由于不需要真空、装置简单易于携带,且具有高浓度活性粒子、高电子温度、低射流温度等优点,具有极强的应用前景,成为气体放电领域的重要研究课题。特别是如何诱导等离子体射流中·OH的产生已成为等离子体射流领域一个新的研究热点。国外率先报道了将水蒸汽以一定的比例混入等离子体射流工作气体中以诱导产生大量·OH的研究,然而当含水量较高时,射流会剧烈摆动,放电变得十分不均匀、不稳定。为此,本文设计了一种大气压双环电极氩气等离子体射流诱导水产生·OH的装置,通过引入超声雾化装置增加等离子体羽周围的湿度以提高·OH含量,重点研究了不同电压、流量下诱导水生成OH(A2Σ+)的生成规律;利用发射光谱法测试了装置产生·OH的含量;并利用810.41和811.48 nm这两条Ar原子光谱线,计算了等离子体羽中的电子温度。结果表明等离子体羽可以诱导周围的水产生·OH,且随电压从20 kV增大到28 kV时,OH(A2Σ+)的产量逐渐增大;而当氩气流量从100 L·h-1增大到200 L·h-1时,·OH产量随着流量的增大而增大,但是当氩气流量从200 L·h-1增大到600 L·h-1时,·OH产量随着流量的增大而不断减小。OH(A2Σ+)的产量和电子温度变化趋势完全一致,证明了·OH的产量主要受电子温度的影响。  相似文献

A series of novel 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues was synthesized via the CuAAC reaction of N1-alkynyl uracil, 6-methyluracil, 3,6-dimethyl uracil, thymine and quinazolin-2,4-dione with protected azido β-d-ribofuranose. The obtained compounds differ in both the nature of the pyrimidine-2,4-dione fragment and the length of the polymethylene linker connecting it with the β-d-ribofuranosyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl moiety. The 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues were evaluated for their cytotoxicity in vitro.  相似文献

The effect of B dopants on the properties of InAs quantum dots is studied experimentally. It is shown that the incorporation of B atoms decreases the integral amount of InAs that is needed to form islands according to the Stransky-Krastanov mechanism and leads to an increase in the density of dots. At the same time, it is discovered that the sensitivity of InAs quantum dots to annealing increases, which leads to the degradation of the optical properties of these quantum dots during growth of covering layers.  相似文献

The intramolecular version of nucleophilic additon of phosphites to imines was carried out for the first time taking as an example β‐aldiminoalkylphosphites, formed from chlorophosphites and β‐aldiminoalcohols [N‐(benzylidene)‐2‐aminoethanol and R‐(+)‐N‐(benzylidene)‐2‐aminobutanol‐1]. In these reactions, stereoisomeric 1,4,2‐oxazaphosphorines were obtained in good yields. R‐(+)‐N‐(benzylidene)‐2‐aminobutanol‐1 being used as a precursor, nucleophilic attack by P(III) atom on electrophilic C atom of the CN group proceeds stereospecifically with participation of only re‐face of the two possible diastereotopic faces of the imine double bond to give the epimeric at phosphorus (3R,5R)‐2‐(β‐chloroethyl)‐2‐oxo‐3‐phenyl‐5‐ethyl‐1,4,2‐oxazaphosphorines as precursors of nonracemic α‐aminophosphonic acids. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a disease which is causing a high degree of mortality around the world. The present study reports the antiproliferative impact of the thioacetamide calix[4]arene, CAII receptor on a highly differentiated Caco-2 cell line. This statement is corroborated by the MTT assay results which revealed a reduction in the cell viability with an IC50 value of 19.02 ± 0.04 µM. Microscopic results indicated that at the starting amount of 10 µM of CAII, a decrease in cells confluency can already be observed in addition to changes in cells morphology. Cell metabolic pathway changes were also investigated. 1H NMR findings showed downregulation in lactate, pyruvate, phosphocholine, lipids, and hydroxybutyrate with the upregulation of succinate, indicating a decline in the cells proliferation. Some biochemical alterations in the cells as a result of the CAII treatment were found by Raman spectroscopy.  相似文献

Zeolite imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) is a promising platform for drug delivery, and information regarding the stability of ZIF-8 nanoparticles in cell culture media is essential for proper interpretation of in vitro experimental results. In this work, we report a quantitative investigation of the ZIF-8 nanoparticle’s stability in most common cell culture media. To this purpose, ZIF-8 nanoparticles containing sterically shielded nitroxide probes with high resistance to reduction were synthesized and studied using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). The degradation of ZIF-8 in cell media was monitored by tracking the cargo leakage. It was shown that nanoparticles degrade at least partially in all studied media, although the degree of cargo leakage varies widely. We found a strong correlation between the amount of escaped cargo and total concentration of amino acids in the environment. We also established the role of individual amino acids in ZIF-8 degradation. Finally, 2-methylimidazole preliminary dissolved in cell culture media partially inhibits the degradation of ZIF-8 nanoparticles. The guidelines for choosing the proper cell culture medium for the in vitro study of ZIF-8 nanoparticles have been formulated.  相似文献
