Novel Convenient Synthesis of Mitiglinide

A novel convenient synthesis of the hypoglycemic agent mitiglinide was developed. (2S)‐4‐[(3aR,7aS)‐Octahydro‐2H‐isoindol‐2‐yl]‐4‐oxo‐2‐benzyl‐butanoic acid (6) was prepared by selective hydrolysis of ethyl 4‐[(3aR,7aS)‐octahydro‐2H‐isoindol‐2‐yl]‐4‐oxo‐2‐benzyl‐butanoate (5) using α‐chymotrypsin; the latter was prepared by a novel facile route from (3aR,7aS)‐octahydro‐2H‐isoindole. The overall yield was 25.6%.     

A Facile Method to 1,4-Diacyl Semicarbazides: Syntheses of 1-Aryloxyacetyl-4-(4-Chlorobenzoyl)-Thiosemicarbazides and Semicarbazides

A facile method to diacyl semicarbazides is described. Reactions of 4-chlorobenzoyl chloride with ammonium thiocyanate first, then with aryloxyacetic acid hydrazides under phase transfer catalysis give 1-aryloxyacetyl-4-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-thiosemicarbazides (Ia-h). Compounds Ia-h on treatment with potassium iodate under reflux result in the formation of 1-aryloxyacetyl-4-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-semicarbazides (IIa-h) in excellent yields.     

General and Green Synthesis of C-6 Sulfonylmethyl 4-Aryl-3,4-dihydropyrimidinones in Water

A simple, inexpensive, and green reaction permitting the synthesis of new C-6 arylsulfonylmethyl 4-aryl-3,4-dihydropyrimidinones in water by S-alkylation of 6-bromomethyl 3,4-dihydropyrimidinones 2 with benzenesulfinic acid anions 3 is reported. The required 6-bromomethyldihydropyrimidone precursors 2 were readily prepared using an organic solid brominating reagent.     

Microwave Assisted Synthesis of 2-(4-Methoxylbenzoylamido)-5-Aryloxymethyl-1,3,4-Thiadiazoles

4-Methoxylbenzoyl chloride reacting with ammonium thiocyanate and aryloxyacetic acid hydrazides under phase transfer catalysis at room temperature gives 1-aryloxyacetyl-4-(4-methoxylbenzoyl)-thiosemicarbazides (Ia-m). Compounds Ia-m together with glacial acetic acid on exposure to microwave irradiation lead to the formation of 2-(4-methoxylbenzoylamido)-5-aryloxymethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles (IIa-m) in excellent yields.     

Non autonomous evolution operators of hyperbolic type

In this paper we consider a Cauchy problem in a Banach spaceE:u′(t)=A(t)u(t)+f(t), t∈[t ₀, T], u(t₀)=u₀, whereA(·) is a family of linear operators inE which satisfy all the requirements of Kato's semigroup approach to the non autonomous hyperbolic equations except for the density of the common domains ofA(t). An application is given to a hyperbolic partial differential equation with discontinuous coefficients.     

N,N′‐Bis(2‐methoxy­phenyl)­naphthalene‐1,4‐dicarboxamide

The title compound, C₂₆H₂₂N₂O₄, crystallizes in an anti‐C=O orientation, with the two N‐substituted benzene rings in different conformations relative to the naphthalene ring. These conformations allow two strong N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and one C—H⋯π inter­action to generate mol­ecular chains in the cell.

通过实验获得了碳族原子铅的偶宇称J＝0和2的束缚Rydberg态能级，利用六通道摸型分析了铅原子J＝2的束缚Rydberg系列之间强烈的组态相互作用对电离光谱的影响。     

矩阵光学与单双光栅成象研究

本文首次用矩阵光学理论结合光栅衍射相干条件,推出双光栅成象的几何光学表示式,用象位移叠加的观点解释了双光栅成象系统Talbot自成象以及双光栅成象现象,首次将双光栅成象现象分为1)基于光栅和透镜组成系统对第一块光栅进行成象的双光栅成象和2)基于编码光源成象原理的双光栅成象,指出这是两种截然不同的双光栅成象,扩展了双光栅成象的物理意义。最后给出了实验结果。
