The Calibration Method of TOFr in the STAR Experiment

a tray of time of flight detector based on mrPc technology took part in the physics run of star both in p+p and d+au collisions in 2003. together with the information from the time Projection chamber(tPc) and the pseudo–vertex Position detector (pvPd) of the star experiment,corrections are done to calibrate the new prototype tof. the intrinsic time resolution of tofr reaches 85ps and it extends the π/K and K/p separation up to 1.6gev/c and 3.0gev/c respectively.     

Higher-Twist Effects on the Nucleon Spin Structure Functions in the Small Q2 Range

Based on the quark model, the Q² evolution of the nucleon spin structure functions in the small Q² region is calculated. The higher-twist effects a₂(Q²) and d₂(Q²) are investigated. Comparison with other model calculations is also proceeded.     

Exceptional groups of Lie type and flag-transitive triplanes

A triplane is a ( v, k, 3)-symmetric design. Let G be a subgroup of the full automorphism group of a triplane D. In this paper we prove that if G is flag-transitive and point-primitive, then the socle of G cannot be a simple exceptional group of Lie type.     

Si／SiNx／SiO2多层膜的光致发光

采用射频磁控溅射法,制备了具有强光致可见发光的纳米Si/SiNx/SiO2多层膜,利用傅立叶红外吸收(FTIR)谱,光致发光(PL)谱对其进行了研究。用260nm光激发得到的PL谱中观察到高强度的392nm(3.2eV)和670nm(1.9eV)光致发光峰,分析认为它们分别来自于缺陷态≡Si-到价带顶和从导带底到缺陷态≡Si-的辐射跃迁而产生的光致激发辐射复合发光。PL谱中只有370nm(3.4eV)处发光峰的峰位会受退火温度的影响,结合FTIR谱认为370nm发光与低价氧化物—SiOx(x<2.0)结合体有密不可分的关系。当SiO2层的厚度增大时,发光强度有所增强,800℃退火后出现最强发光,认为具有较大SiO2层厚度的Si/SiNx/SiO2结构多层膜更有利于退火后形成Si—N网络,能够得到更高效的光致发光。用量子限制-发光中心(QCLC)模型解释了可能的发光机制,并建立了发光的能隙态(EGS)模型。     

Long—Range Effects on the Pyroelectric Coefficient of Ferroelectric Superlattice

Long-range effects on the pyroelectric coefficient of a ferroelectric superlattice consisting of two different ferroelectric materials are investigated based on the transverse Ising model.The effects of the interfacial coupling and the thickness of one period on the pyroelectric coefficient of the ferroelectric superlattics are studied by taking into account the long-range interaction.It is found that with the increase of the strength of the long-range interaction,the pyroelectric coefficient decreases when the temperature is lower than the phase transition temperature;the mumber of the pyroelectric peaks decreases gradually and the phase transition temperature increases,It is also found that with the decrease of the interfacial coupling and the thickness of one period.the phase transition temperature and the number of the pyroelectric peaks decrease.     

Unified fission model for proton emission

The unified fission model (UFM) combining with the phenomenological assault frequency has been carried out to investigate the proton-radioactivity half-lives of spherical proton emitters. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data and other theoretical values, and newly observed spherical proton emitters have been analyzed. Finally, the effect of angular momentum transfer on half-life of proton emission has been discussed in detail and a formula can be used to describe this relationship.     

基于Bragg光纤光栅传感器的监测系统设计

设计了基于Bragg光纤光栅传感技术的监测系统,当光纤光栅所处环境的温度、应力、应变或其他物理量发生变化时,光栅的周期或纤芯折射率将发生变化,从而使反射光的波长发生变化,通过测量反射光中心波长的变化,就可以获得待测物理量的变化情况.该系统利用薄膜滤波器完成对外界的分布式测量,采用光强度检测,能够实现无缝监测.     

Synthesis and Mesomorphic Behavior of 3‐Alkyl‐2,5‐ bis[p‐(hexa‐2,4‐dienoyloxy)phenyl]‐Thiophene Derivatives

3‐Alkyl‐2,5‐bis[p‐(hexa‐2,4‐dienoyloxy)phenyl]‐thiophene derivatives were synthesized by using Kumada coupling and Suzuki coupling reactions as key steps. The thermotropic liquid crystalline behavior of these compounds was investigated by optical polarized microscopy, monotropic nematic mesophases were observed in such compounds.     

Photoinduced Oxidation Reaction of Benzotrifluoride with OH Radical by the Laser Flash Method

The optical transient and kinetics characterizations of the transients formed in the reaction of OH with benzotrifluoride (BTF) were performed by a laser flash photolysis technique. The results indicated that the formation of π‐type adduct of C₆H₅(OH)CF₃ was the major reaction channel, and the δ‐type adduct of C₆H₅CF₃OH formation was an additional minor process in the oxidation reaction of BTF attacked by OH radicals yielded from the photolysis of H₂O₂. Addition of OH to the CF₃ group led to the fluoride ion elimination to yield α,α‐difluorophenylcarbinol (C₆H₅CF₂OH). Trifluoromethylphenol (HOC₆H₄CF₃) of meta‐, para‐ and ortho‐substituted isomers resulted from the addition of OH to the BTF aromatic ring.
