The statistical behavior of arbitrary paraxial light beams propagating in free space is investigated by using the Hermite-Gaussian expansion method and Fock’s representation. A series of equivalent Gaussian parameters for paraxial beam and the statistical equations for these parameters are presented. The optical transmission problem in quasi-far field region is studied. The so-called general Hermite-Gaussian beam is defined. 本文利用罗丹宁整合纤维作柱材料,研究在线富集电感耦合等离子体发射光谱联用测定痕量铂的分析方法。含Pt的2mol/L HCl溶液流经罗丹宁螯合纤维柱后,所螯合的铂先由含5%硫脲的4mol/L HAc活化,继而被10%HCl(V/V)洗脱。上柱、淋洗及洗脱均由自动在线预富集装置所控制。试验了罗丹宁纤维吸附铂的条件及各种困素包括上柱酸度和流速、洗脱液组成和流速、共存物等的影响。与常规方法比较,8mL上柱体积的富集倍数为6.8倍,检测限降低5倍。  相似文献

Thermo/pH dual responsive mixed‐shell polymeric micelles based on multiple hydrogen bonding were prepared by self‐assembly of diaminotriazine‐terminated poly(?‐caprolactone) (DAT‐PCL), uracil‐terminated methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (MPEG‐U), and uracil‐terminated poly(N‐vinylcaprolactam) (PNVCL‐U) at room temperature. PCL acted as the core and MPEG/PNVCL as the mixed shell. Increasing the temperature, PNVCL collapsed and enclosed the PCL core, while MPEG penetrated through the PNVCL shell, thereby leading to the formation of MPEG channels on the micelles surface. The low cytotoxicity of the mixed micelles was confirmed by an MTT assay against BGC‐823 cells. Studies on the in vitro drug release showed that a much faster release rate was observed at pH 5.0 compared to physiological pH, owing to the dissociation of hydrogen bonds. Therefore, the mixed‐shell polymeric micelles would be very promising candidates in drug delivery systems.  相似文献

A method for the fabrication of an improved class of controllable fluorescence intensity, highly sensitive and photostable porphyrin doped silica nanoparticles (PDSNPs) was demonstrated. The fluorescence intensity of PDSNPs could be controlled by finely tuning self‐dissociated time of the precursor of porphyrin‐bridged silsesquioxane. Porphyrin was well dispersed into the silica matrix due to the covalent attachment in the system, thus entirely avoiding the porphyrin leakage and fluorescence quenching effects. The resultant PDSNPs with a narrow size‐distributed region and a regular spherical structure can be attained.  相似文献

Speaker variability and noise are two common sources of acoustic variability. The goal of this study was to examine whether these two sources of acoustic variability affected native and non-native perception of Mandarin fricatives to different degrees. Multispeaker Mandarin fricative stimuli were presented to 40 native and 52 non-native listeners in two presentation formats (blocked by speaker and mixed across speakers). The stimuli were also mixed with speech-shaped noise to create five levels of signal-to- noise ratios. The results showed that noise affected non-native identification disproportionately. By contrast, the effect of speaker variability was comparable between the native and non-native listeners. Confusion patterns were interpreted with reference to the results of acoustic analysis, suggesting native and non-native listeners used distinct acoustic cues for fricative identification. It was concluded that not all sources of acoustic variability are treated equally by native and non-native listeners. Whereas noise compromised non-native fricative perception disproportionately, speaker variability did not pose a special challenge to the non-native listeners.  相似文献
