Pinus koraiensis nut-coated film is a kind of by-product of nut processing, which has been shown to contain flavonoids, polyphenols, and other substances that can be used to produce natural antioxidant extracts. In this study, response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids of P. koraiensis nut-coated film (PNF), and macroporous resin HPD600 was used to purify PNF (P-PNF). Its antioxidant activity was examined by DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging capacity, oxygen free radical absorption capacity (ORAC), total oxygen radical capture (TRAP), and iron ion reduction capacity. Under the ideal extraction conditions comprising a cellulase dosage of 90 U/g, a material/liquid ratio of 1:20 (g/mL), and an extraction time of 2 h, the PNF yield was 3.37%. Purification conditions were sample concentration of 2.0 mg/mL, pH of 5, water washing volume of 3 bed volume (BV), eluent ethanol concentration of 50%, and volume of 2 BV. The P-PNF recovery was 84.32%, and purity increased from 33.80% to 61.70%. Additionally, P-PNF showed increased antioxidant activity compared to PNF. Cumulatively, this study obtained the optimal values for the process parameters in order to achieve the maximum rates of extraction of PNF for economically optimal production at an industrial scale.  相似文献

Frontal polymerization (FP) is a process in which the heat generated by the self-reaction transforms monomers to cured polymers. Here, in order to improve the flexibility of polydicyclopentadiene, comonomers (norbornene-terminated polyether, ND-230,400,2000) are designed and synthesized, which can copolymerize with dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) by FP. The polymers (ND) prepared by ND-2000 and DCPD have tunable mechanical properties, from thermosets to elastomers. Specifically, the breaking elongation of the polymers can be varied 69-fold, from 6.1% to 423.4% by controlling the proportion of ND-2000. Among them, ND polymer with 50 wt% ND-2000 has good elastic behavior without yield. And, the reaction mixture solutions of DCPD and ND-2000 have the characteristics of controllable gel time and shear thinning, which make it have the potential of application in additive manufacturing.  相似文献

An ion chromatography method was developed for the simultaneous detection of three soluble herbicides (glyphosate, bentazone and picloram), three chlorine disinfection byproducts (monochloroacetic acid, dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid) and 12 anions in water (Cl, Br, SO42–, CO32–, ClO3, ClO4, BrO3, PO43–, NO2, NO3, CH3COO and COO). High linearity (r2 > 0.996) was observed for all target analytes for each respective concentration range. The limit of detection and limit of quantitation were between 0.21–0.85 and 0.06–25.46 μg/L, respectively. However, the interference effect of Cl, NO3, SO42– and CO32– on some target analytes must be considered during the analysis. Sample pre‐treatment by a hydrogen column (H‐column) required to reduce the negative effect of CO32–. Additionally, sample pre‐treatment by a sliver–hydrogen column (Ag–H‐column) is required when Cl > 100 mg/L and SO42– < 50 mg/L, and pre‐treatment by both a barium column (Ba‐column) and an H‐column is required when Cl > 100 mg/L and SO42– > 50 mg/L. When Cl > 100 mg/L, SO42– > 50 mg/L and CO32– > 20 mg/L, the sample pre‐treatment by either an Ag–H–Ba‐column or an Ag–H‐column and Ba‐column is required to minimize interference.  相似文献

本文报道了痕量砷在玻璃态石墨电极为基体的金膜电极上的阳极溶出伏安法,在1M硫酸介质中,于+0.20V左右得到一个砷的溶出峰,峰高与砷的浓度在1.0×10-9M~6.0×10-6M范围内有良好的线性关系.定量下限达1.0×10-9M,相当于0.075ppb,比DDC银法灵敏度高出200多倍.本文并用三角波周期伏安法观察了电极反应过程,证明电极反应属不可逆反应.此外认为砷在电极上的浓集是由于形成了砷-金的金属间化合物.  相似文献

As a multi-particle entangled state, the Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) state plays an important role in quantum theory and applications. In this study, we propose a flexible multi-user measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution (MDI-QKD) scheme based on a GHZ entangled state. Our scheme can distribute quantum keys among multiple users while being resistant to detection attacks. Our simulation results show that the secure distance between each user and the measurement device can reach more than 280 km while reducing the complexity of the quantum network. Additionally, we propose a method to expand our scheme to a multi-node with multi-user network, which can further enhance the communication distance between the users at different nodes.  相似文献

We report the design and synthesis of new fully biodegradable thermoresponsive amphiphilic poly(γ‐benzyl L ‐glutamate)/poly(ethyl ethylene phosphate) (PBLG‐b‐PEEP) block copolymers by ring‐opening polymerization of N‐carboxy‐γ‐benzyl L ‐glutamate anhydride (BLG? NCA) with amine‐terminated poly(ethyl ethylene phosphate) (H2N? PEEP) as a macroinitiator. The fluorescence technique demonstrated that the block copolymers could form micelles composed of a hydrophobic core and a hydrophilic shell in aqueous solution. The morphology of the micelles as determined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was spherical. The size and critical micelle concentration (CMC) values of the micelles showed a decreasing trend as the PBLG segment increased. However, UV/Vis measurements showed that these block copolymers exhibited a reproducible temperature‐responsive behavior with a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) that could be tuned by the block composition and the concentration.  相似文献

Zn1−xCoxO nanocrystals with nominal Co doping concentrations of x = 0–0.1 were synthesized through a simple solution route followed by a calcining process. The doping effects on the structural, morphological and optical properties were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Raman, absorption and luminescence spectroscopy. The results indicated that a small amount of Co ions were incorporated into ZnO lattice structure, whereas the secondary phase of Co3O4 was segregated and precipitated at high Co doping concentrations, the solid solubility of Co ions in ZnO nanocrystals could be lower than 0.05. The spectra related to transitions within the tetrahedral Co2+ ions in the ZnO host crystal were observed in absorption and luminescence spectra.  相似文献
