For the determination of progesterone (P4) electroanalytical studies were performed using mercury electrode (HMDE) and screen-printed boron-doped diamond electrode (BDD-SPE). The effects of pH, supporting electrolyte, accumulation potential and time (Eacc, tacc) were studied in both systems. The optimum conditions were: i) HMDE: pH 7,0; Eacc: −0,1 V and tacc: 40 s, ii) BDD-SPE: 0,5 mol L−1 H2SO4; Eacc: 0,0 V and tacc: 120 s. Under these conditions, the detection limit was 3.1 μg L−1 for HMDE and 45.6 μg L−1 for BDD-SPE. Both methods were validated and applied in the P4 determination on pharmaceutical formulations and milk samples.  相似文献

In this paper the Lagrangian density of a purely kinetic k-essence model that describes the behavior of dark energy described by four parameterized equations of state proposed by Cooray and Huterer (Astrophys J 513:L95, 1999), Zhang and Wu (Mod Phys Lett A 27:1250030, 2012), Linder (Phys Rev Lett 90:091301, 2003), Efstathiou (Mon Not R Astron Soc 310:842, 2000), and Feng and Lu (J Cosmol Astropart Phys 1111:34, 2011) has been reconstructed. This reconstruction is performed using the method outlined by de Putter and Linder (Astropart Phys 28:263, 2007), which makes it possible to solve the equations that relate the Lagrangian density of the k-essence with the given equation of state (EoS) numerically. Finally, we discuss the observational constraints for the models based on 1049 SNIa data points from the Pantheon data set compiled by Scolnic et al. (Astrophys J 859(2):101, 2018)  相似文献

A general analysis of the effect of the molecular structure of a polar solvent on the effective interactions among suspended charged nanoparticles (macroions up to 30 nm in size) is performed using a simple molecular model for the solvent in the supporting electrolyte. The solvent molecules are modeled as small rods with end point charges of opposite sign and equal magnitude, whereas the small ions are assumed to be point-like. We compare the renormalized charges of the effective pair potentials (EPPs) among the spherical nanoparticles, obtained after contracting the supporting electrolyte, with those obtained from a similar model, which does not include the solvent molecules. The parameters of both models have been adjusted to give the same screening length. The comparison shows that the renormalized charges are overestimated when the molecular structure of the solvent is neglected. This is in agreement with the image charge effect induced by the different permittivities inside and outside the nanoparticles for the model with explicit solvent molecules; an effect that is missing in the model without solvent molecules. A new numerical method allows us to explore macroion diameters much larger than the solvent molecular size.  相似文献

The mushroom bodies are structures present in the insect brain described as centers for the neural basis of learning, memory, and other higher functions. Honeybees (Apis mellifera) are insects with a sophisticated system of spatial orientation and possess well-developed learning and memory capabilities, which are associated with neural and brain structures. Thus, the present study aimed to compare the mushroom bodies during post-embryonic development and in newly emerged males, workers, and queens using light and transmission electron microscopy to examine how differential morphological characteristics are established during development. Measurements of structures were also taken in several post-embryonic developmental phases in order to evaluate size differences during the process and in the adult organs. The results show that workers, queens, and males exhibit temporal and size differences during the post-embryonic development of mushroom bodies, probably as adaptations to differences in behavior complexity. The mushroom bodies of workers are precociously formed and are larger than those of queens and drones. Thus, workers have the largest mushroom bodies resulting from differential development during metamorphosis.  相似文献

Nernst and electrical resistivity measurements in superconducting YBa2Cu3O7-delta and Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta with and without columnar defects show a distinctive thermodynamics of the respective liquid vortex matter. At a field-dependent high temperature region in the H-T phase diagram, the Nernst signal is independent of structural defects in both materials. At lower temperatures, in YBa2Cu3O7-delta, defects contribute only to the vortex mobility, and the transport entropy is that of a system of vortex lines. The transition to lower temperatures in Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta has a different origin; the maximum in the Nernst signal when decreasing temperature is not associated with transport properties but with the entropy behavior of pancake vortices in the presence of structural defects.  相似文献

A family of one-dimensional (1D) elliptic boundary-value problems with periodic and rapidly-oscillating piecewise-smooth coefficients is considered. The coefficients depend on the local or fast variables corresponding to two different structural scales. A finite number of imperfect contact conditions are analyzed at each of the scales. The reiterated homogenization method (RHM) is used to construct a formal asymptotic solution. The homogenized problem, the local problems, and the corresponding effective coefficients are obtained. A variational formulation is derived to obtain an estimate to prove the proximity between the solutions of the original problem and the homogenized problem. Numerical computations are used to illustrate both the convergence of the solutions and the gain of the effective properties of a three-scale heterogeneous 1D laminate with respect to their two-scale counterparts. The theoretical and practical ideas exposed here could be used to mathematically model multidimensional problems involving multiscale composite materials with imperfect contact at the interfaces.  相似文献

The Small-World Network on a Sphere SWNS is a non-crossing network that has no hubs and presents the small-world property diam ~ log?N with diam being the maximal distance between any two vertices and N being the number of vertices. The SWNS is constructed using a partition of the sphere and the parallels are regular sections of the sphere with constant latitude. The number of cells on the parallels, however, increases exponentially from the pole to the equator of the sphere. We analytically compute the distribution of connectivity, the clustering coefficient and the SWNS distances. The resilience of the model against selective attacks is also discussed.  相似文献

Nowadays, organic chemists are interested in the field of heterocyclic chemistry due to its use in the synthesis of a great variety of biologically active compounds. Heterocyclic compounds are widely found in nature and are essential for life. Among these, some natural nitrogen containing heterocyclic compounds have been used as chemotherapeutic agents. Their attachment to sugar molecules either as thioglycosides or as nucleosides analogues plays an important role in vital biological processes as well as in synthetic organic chemistry. Molecules containing benzothiazole (BT) nuclei are of this interesting class of compounds because some of them have been found to have a wide variety of biological activities. In this sense, we selected this topic to review and to then summarize the procedures related to the condensation reactions of o-aminothiophenoles (ATPs) as well as their disulfides with carboxylic acids, esters, orthoesters, acyl chlorides, amides, and nitriles. The condensation reactions with carbon dioxide (CO2) are included. Conventional methods with the use of acid and metal catalysts as well as recent green techniques, such as microwave irradiation, the use of ionic liquids, and ultrasound (US) chemistry, which have proven to have many advantages, were found in the review.  相似文献

This work aimed to prepare a nanoemulsion containing the essential oil of the Protium heptaphyllum resin and evaluate its biocidal activities against the different stages of development of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Ovicide, pupicide, adulticide and repellency assays were performed. The main constituents were p-cymene (27.70%) and α-pinene (22.31%). The developed nanoemulsion showed kinetic stability and monomodal distribution at a hydrophilic–lipophilic balance of 14 with a droplet size of 115.56 ± 1.68 nn and a zeta potential of −29.63 ± 3.46 mV. The nanoemulsion showed insecticidal action with LC50 0.404 µg·mL−1 for the ovicidal effect. In the pupicidal test, at the concentration of 160 µg·mL−1, 100% mortality was reached after 24 h. For adulticidal activity, a diagnostic concentration of 200 µg·mL−1 (120 min) was determined. In the repellency test, a concentration of 200 µg·mL−1 during the 180 min of the test showed a protection index of 77.67%. In conclusion, the nanobiotechnological product derived from the essential oil of P. heptaphyllum resin can be considered as a promising colloid that can be used to control infectious disease vectors through a wide range of possible modes of applications, probably as this bioactive delivery system may allow the optimal effect of the P. heptaphyllum terpenes in aqueous media and may also induce satisfactory delivery to air interfaces.  相似文献

A numerical linear stability analysis on optimally controlled solutions in a thermoconvective problem is presented. The thermoconvective problem is a stationary Boussinesq Navier-Stokes with a gaussian heating at the bottom with a large horizontal temperature gradient. The numerical method is Chebyshev collocation. The optimal control permits to find a boundary condition such that the vorticity is minimized.
