Lateral resolution enhancement with standing evanescent waves

A high-resolution fluorescence microscopy technique has been developed that achieves a lateral resolution of better than one sixth of the emission wavelength (FWHM). By use of a total-internal-reflection geometry, standing evanescent waves are generated that spatially modulate the excitation of the sample. An enhanced two-dimensional image is formed from a weighted sum of images taken at different phases and directions of the standing wave. The performance of such a system is examined through theoretical calculations of both the point-spread function and the optical transfer function.     

Vitamin C induced decomposition of lipid hydroperoxides: direct evidence of genotoxin-DNA binding detected by QCRS

We report direct evidence for human DNA-binding to precursors of mutagenic lesion-inducing compounds, produced form the vitamin C induced decomposition of lipid hydroperoxides, using a quartz crystal resonant sensor assay.     

神光-Ⅲ 3ω光路自动准直系统设计

基于闭环反馈控制理论，对神光-Ⅲ 3ω光源自动准直系统进行设计，分析系统的工作原理、控制算法和软件控制流程。对准直过程中电动控制对于控制结果影响的变化规律建立了数学模型，旨在克服俯仰和方位相互联动对准直精度的影响。采用二维镜架自动准直方案，使准直偏差在预定调整范围内不断收敛。神光-Ⅲ调试现场的准直结果证明：该自动准直系统达到了设计要求，即自动准直系统在半小时内完成8路光束的光束准直，其角度误差≤5.0%/空间滤波器小孔直径,平移误差≤1.0%(光束近场直径精度)。     

Coherent decay of Bose-Einstein condensates

Atomic Bose-Einstein condensates are singular forms of matter with the coherence between constituent atoms as a defining characteristic. Although this viewpoint is increasingly validated through experimental findings, the mechanisms behind the observed losses are still understood with classical recombinant collision arguments between particles within the condensate itself. By incorporating a general interparticle interaction into the Hamiltonian, a coherent decay rate can be obtained, thus providing a direct link between the observed losses and the microscopic two-body parameters. Appearing in the lifetime, the interaction strength, lambda, is expressed as lambda=8 pia/(1-delta), where the small parameter delta is obtained from a fit to experimental loss data. Most importantly, the lowest order rate exhibits a novel density dependence (rho{3/2}) that can be identified in low temperature tests.     

基于彩色光栅投影的快速三维测量方法

 针对条纹投影术提取物体高度信息的问题,提出了一种新的基于彩色光栅投影的三维测量方法。对选取G分量为255,R,B分量各取0或255而组成的青、白、黄、绿四色遵循格雷码原理进行编码,然后将G分量作正弦调制形成投影光栅投向被测物体。提取采集到的光栅变形图中G分量,利用傅里叶变换方法得到其初始相位;同时对采集到图像中的R,B分量作阈值迭代分割而G分量自动赋值为255,综合三分量信息得到条纹颜色信息进而获取条纹的周期信息,从而展开相位。全过程仅需投影一幅彩色光栅图就能完成三维测量,实验结果表明该算法易于实现,在测量实时性和精确性上表现良好。     

诃子与川楝子配伍后挥发油化学成分分析

采用水蒸气蒸馏法将诃子与川楝子按1∶1的质量比配伍后提取挥发油,并用GC-M S联机技术对其化学成分进行研究,分离出249个组分,鉴定了其中的13个,主要成分有单[2-乙基己基]邻苯二甲酸、2,2′-亚甲基叔丁基对甲酚,乙基（2E）-3-[4-甲氧基苯基]-2-丙烯、7-甲基-Z-十四烯-1-醇酯。     

Hydrogen-bonding interactions in crown-(thio)urea complexes with anions,chemical warfare agents and simulants

ABSTRACT

Benzocrown ethers incorporating phenyl and nitrophenyl urea and thiourea moieties were synthesised. Both the nitrophenyl urea and thiourea derivative gave a fluoride-specific colorimetric response but only the urea derivative bound the organophosphonate nerve agent simulants dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP) and diisopropyl methylphosphonate (DIMP). This suggested an application as sensors for the nerve agents sarin, soman and cyclosarin which release fluoride upon hydrolysis. Although no fluoride-induced response was observed in the UV-visible spectrum, binding to soman was determined by ¹H NMR. DFT computational simulations suggested that the two crowns adopt different conformations in which both can bind fluoride but only the urea derivative can bind DMMP, DIMP and soman. The results show that, for this system, simulant- and soman-binding behaviours are in good agreement.     

利用一个通用的方法全合成Fuscinarin和Fuscins

通过一个共同的中间体6,首次全合成了fuscinarin (1)和全合成了fuscins,它们都是戊烯酮(pentaketide)的代谢物,在亲近闪烁检测(scintillation proximity assay)中显示具有抗CCR5的活性。这一合成主要是利用微波辅助的 ortho-Claisen/Cope 重排的串联反应更合成中间体10。     

VO2热致变色薄膜的结构和光电特性研究

用磁控溅射方法制备了VO₂热致变色薄膜.用X射线衍射、X射线光电子谱和原子力显微镜对薄膜的宏观及微观结构进行了分析，表明VO₂薄膜纯度高、相结构单一、结晶度好.薄膜的光透过率在2000nm处相变前后改变了42%，高/低温电阻率变化达到三个数量级以上.薄膜的光透过谱和相变过程中电学性质变化的研究与结构分析结果相一致. 关键词：
