Three new copper (II) complex compounds with chlorhexidine (CHX) as ligand have been prepared and characterized by elemental and thermogravimetrical analyses, molar conductances, infrared, and UV–Vis spectra. Chlorhexidine acts as neutral tetradentate NNNN donor, coordinating through the four imine nitrogen atoms. Based on the experimental data the following formulas have been proposed for the complex compounds: [Cu(CHX)](NO3)2 (1), [Cu2(CHX)Br2Cl2]·4H2O (2), and [Cu(CHX)Cl]Cl (3). Thermal decomposition evidenced dehydration (complex 2), anionic moieties release and the ligand cleavage with chlorobenzene moieties removal for all complexes. The final residue is in all cases copper oxide. Antibacterial and antifungal activities of the complexes have been determined in vitro, by the cup-plate agar diffusion method, against Escherichia coli, Staphyloccocus aureus, and Candida albicans. The complexes present an activity comparable to that of chlorhexidine, the most active being [Cu2(CHX)Br2Cl2]·4H2O.  相似文献

Due to their unique features, most nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) in association with vegetable oils that exhibit UV filtering properties and bioactivity could be used in many cosmetic formulations. Therefore, in this work, a new application of pomegranate seed oil (PSO) in the cosmetic sector was developed, based on the synthesis of bioactive lipid nanocarriers loaded with various UV filters by the hot high pressure homogenization technique. To get broad spectrum photoprotection, different UVA and UVB filters have been used (Avobenzone — AVO, Octocrylen-OCT, Bemotrizinol — BEMT). The influence of the solid lipids combined with PSO on the particle size, physical stability and entrapment efficiency was investigated using 8 nanocarrier systems. An improved physical stability and an appropriate size were obtained for NLCs prepared with Emulgade, carnauba wax and PSO (e.g. ?30.9÷-36.9 mV and 160÷185 nm). NLCs showed an entrapment efficiency above 90% and assured slow release rates of UV filters, especially for BEMT (5%). The developed nanocarriers have been formulated into safe and effective sunscreens containing low amounts of synthetic UV filters coupled with a high percent of natural ingredients. This paper reports the investigation of the thermal stability of a series of new complexes with mixed ligands of the type M(dipy)(C3H3O2)2(H2O)y ((1) M: Mn, y=1; (2) M: Ni, y=2; (3) M: Cu, y=1; (4) M: Zn, y=2; dipy: 2,2’-dipyridine and C3H3O2 is acrylate anion). The thermal behaviour steps were investigated. The thermal transformations are complex processes according to TG and DTG curves including dehydration, oxidative condensation of acrylate and thermolysis processes. We propose a domain embedding method to solve second order elliptic problems in arbitrary two-dimensional domains. This method can be easily extended to three-dimensional problems. The method is based on formulating the problem as an optimal distributed control problem inside a rectangle in which the arbitrary domain is embedded. A periodic solution of the equation under consideration is constructed easily by making use of Fourier series. Numerical results obtained for Dirichlet problems are presented. The numerical tests show a high accuracy of the proposed algorithm and the computed solutions are in very good agreement with the exact solutions.  相似文献

A boron‐doped diamond electrode (BDDE) was used for the simultaneous anodic determination of L ‐ascorbic acid (AA) and acetaminophen (AC) in aqueous buffered media by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Linear calibration plots of anodic current peaks versus concentration were obtained for both analytes in the concentration range 0.01–0.1 mM with very high correlation coefficients. RSD of 2–3% and high sensitivities were obtained from DPV data in single and dicomponent systems. The potential applicability of the DPV technique associated with standard addition was illustrated by simultaneous determination of AA and AC in real sample solutions made up from pharmaceutical products.  相似文献

The reactions of ammonium perrhenate and pertechnetate in highly alkaline medium led to the isotypic mixed anionic nitridotrioxidorhenate and -technetate K 3[MO4][MO3N] (M= Tc, Re). Both compounds occur as colorless crystals, which were investigated by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Furthermore, K3[ReO4][ReO3N] has been studied by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to determine the oxidation state of rhenium. The obtained results have been complemented by magnetic measurements. IR and Raman spectroscopy indicated the presence of Re−O as well as Re−N bonds.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: Polymers have been considered as important materials in fabrication of microstructures for various medical purposes including drug delivery. This study evaluates polyurethane as material for hollow microstructures preparation. RESULTS: Polyurethane microstructures were obtained by interfacial polyaddition combined with spontaneous emulsification and present slightly acid pH values. Scanning electron microscopy revealed the existence of irregular shapes and agglomerated microstructures. The material is heat resistant up to 280 [DEGREE SIGN]C. Good results were recorded on murine skin tests in case of polyurethane microstructures based on isophorone diisocyanate. Mesenchymal stem cells viability presents good results for the same sample after 48 hours based on the Alamar Blue test. CONCLUSIONS: The research revealed the reduced noxiousness of this type of microstructures and consequently the possibility of their use for therapeutic purposes.  相似文献
