Mechanism of THz emission from asymmetric double quantum wells 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Impulsive interband optical excitation of the lowest two conduction subbands of a suitably engineered GaAs/AlGaAs double quantum well can lead to coherent THz emission. We demonstrate that, contrary to previous expectations, the dominant emission mechanism can involve the beating of either continuum or exciton states, depending on excitation conditions. The coherence of the continuum beats persists for several picoseconds even for excitation an optical phonon energy above the band edge. We attribute this to the small energy difference between the component eigenstates, which substantially reduces the number of relevant scattering events. 相似文献

Lifetimes of high spin states up to {
}=22+ in the yrast positive parity bands have been measured to investigate the shape evolution with increasing spin in 72, 74Se. The Q
t values derived from these measurements indicate that prolate shape stabilizes for 72Se, while a triaxial shape develops for 74Se at higher spins. Comparison of the observed trend in Q
t with spin for 72, 74Se with that of the corresponding kryptones isotones emphasizes the stability provided by N=38 prolate shell gap even at high rotational frequency. 相似文献

The tridentate chelate nickel complexes [(CO)Ni{(PPh2CH2)3CMe}] ( 2 ), [(CO)Ni{(PPh2CH2CH2)3SiMe}] ( 6 ), and [Ph3PNi{(PPh2CH2CH2)3SiMe}] ( 7 ), as well as the bidentate complex [(CO)2Ni{(PPh2CH2)2CMeCH2PPh2}] ( 3 ) and the heterobimetallic complex [(CO)2Ni{(PPh2CH2)2CMeCH2Ph2PAuCl}] ( 4 ), have been synthesized and fully characterized in solution. All 1H and 13C NMR signal assignments are based on 2D‐NMR methods. Single crystal X‐ray structures have been obtained for all complexes. Their 31P CP/MAS (cross polarization with magic angle spinning) NMR spectra have been recorded and the isotropic lines identified. The signals were assigned with the help of their chemical shift anisotropy (CSA) data. All complexes have been tested regarding their catalytic activity for the cyclotrimerization of phenylacetylene. Whereas complexes 2 – 4 display low catalytic activity, complex 7 leads to quantitative conversion of the substrate within four hours and is highly selective throughout the catalytic reaction. 相似文献

钛酸钡纳米粉体样品用盐酸溶解,在所得样品溶液中用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了以氧化物存在于样品中的7种杂质元素(包括镁、锶、钾、钠、铝、硅及铁),对测定的光谱条件进行了试验并优化达到上述各元素的测定上限为0.1%(质量分数).测得方法的检出限(3S/b)为(单位μg·L-1):2.0(铝),1.0(铁),20.0(钾),0.2(镁),4.0(钠),3.0(硅)及0.5(锶).应用此方法分析了两件实样,所得结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于等于2.0%,对其中4种杂质元素(镁、钾、钠和锶)同时用HG/T 3587-1999标准中的方法作分析校核,所得结果与此方法结果一致. 相似文献

Solid‐state NMR spectroscopy of selected phosphine oxides adsorbed on silica surfaces establishes the surface mobilities, even of phosphine oxides with high melting points. Crystal structures of the adducts Ph3PO ? HOSiPh3 and Cy3PO ? H2O indicate that the interactions with silica involve hydrogen bonding of the P?O group to adsorbed water and surface silanol groups. 相似文献

This paper obtains solitons as well as other solutions to a few nonlinear evolution equations that appear in various areas of mathematical physics. The two analytical integrators that are applied to extract solutions are tan–cot method and functional variable approaches.
