The aim of this paper is to develop a new simple, fast and economical method for simultaneous quantitative determination of methylxanthine compounds based on TLC combined with image analysis. To obtain certain results, both extraction and chromatographic separation were optimized. The optimum extraction conditions were maceration in ethanol-water 8:2, v/v. The chromatographic separations were done on the silica gel F(254) TLC plates developed with chloroform-dichloromethane-isopropanol, 4:2:1 v/v/v. Detection was performed under UV lamp at 254?nm and the evaluation of the chromatographic plate was based on digital processing of chromatographic images. The developed TLC method was validated for parameters such as specificity, linearity and range, LOD and LOQ, precision, robustness and accuracy. This method was then applied for determination of caffeine, theobromine and theophylline in different types of tea, commercially available. Moreover, the content of methylxanthines detected and determined in commercial tea samples can be used as chemical marker in quality control. 相似文献

A terminal palladium (II) fluoride complex (FPNP)PdF (where FPNP is a an anionic fluoro-substituted diarylamido/bis(phosphine) pincer ligand) has been prepared and characterized spectroscopically and structurally. An X-ray diffraction study revealed an approximately square-planar environment about Pd and a short Pd-F bond distance. (FPNP)PdF reacted with silanes containing electron-withdrawing groups on Si by exchange of fluoride with one of the substituents on Si. An analysis of the 19F chemical shifts of both the Pd-bound fluoride and of the fluorines on the backbone of the FPNP ligand is provided. 相似文献

In this study, carbon black/polystyrene electrically conductive composites were obtained by suspension polymerization technique. The composite was characterized using transmission electron microscopy, which indicated two outstanding features concerning to the carbon black; first, that the carbon particles were adsorbed onto the surface of the polystyrene particles, similarly as in the Pickering emulsion phenomenon and second, that the primary aggregate structure of the carbon black was significantly affected by the dispersion process. On the other hand, the composite resistivity was in the order of 200 Ωcm, which was attributed to the direct contact of primary carbon black particles (percolation) and not to the tunneling effect. This work reports the structure and superconducting properties of the superconductor ZrRuP doped with Fe; the ZrRu1−xFexP solid solution was investigated by means of X-ray powder diffraction, SQUID magnetometry and Mößbauer spectroscopy. It is shown that the modification of the superconducting properties by doping with Fe is similar to the effect of chemical pressure and that the Fe doped compounds do not show any magnetic ordering. 相似文献

In this paper, we study the polynomial integrability of natural Hamiltonian systems with two degrees of freedom having a homogeneous potential of degree k given either by a polynomial, or by an inverse of a polynomial. For k=−2,−1,…,3,4, their polynomial integrability has been characterized. Here, we have two main results. First, we characterize the polynomial integrability of those Hamiltonian systems with homogeneous potential of degree −3. Second, we extend a relation between the nontrivial eigenvalues of the Hessian of the potential calculated at a Darboux point to a family of Hamiltonian systems with potentials given by an inverse of a homogeneous polynomial. This relation was known for such Hamiltonian systems with homogeneous polynomial potentials. Finally, we present three open problems related with the polynomial integrability of Hamiltonian systems with a rational potential. 相似文献

In this paper we study the economic lot sizing problem with cost discounts. In the economic lot sizing problem a facility faces known demands over a discrete finite horizon. At each period, the ordering cost function and the holding cost function are given and they can be different from period to period. There are no constraints on the quantity ordered in each period and backlogging is not allowed. The objective is to decide when and how much to order so as to minimize the total ordering and holding costs over the finite horizon without any shortages. We study two different cost discount functions. The modified all-unit discount cost function alternates increasing and flat sections, starting with a flat section that indicates a minimum charge for small quantities. While in general the economic lot sizing problem with modified all-unit discount cost function is known to be NP-hard, we assume that the cost functions do not vary from period to period and identify a polynomial case. Then we study the incremental discount cost function which is an increasing piecewise linear function with no flat sections. The efficiency of the solution algorithms follows from properties of the optimal solution. We computationally test the polynomial algorithms against the use of CPLEX. 相似文献

In this note we show how to include low order terms in the C∞ well-posedness results for weakly hyperbolic equations with analytic time-dependent coefficients. We study the spectral properties of stiffness matrices that arise in the context of isogeometric analysis for the numerical solution of classical second order elliptic problems. Motivated by the applicative interest in the fast solution of the related linear systems, we are looking for a spectral characterization of the involved matrices. In particular, we investigate non-singularity, conditioning (extremal behavior), spectral distribution in the Weyl sense, as well as clustering of the eigenvalues to a certain (compact) subset of \(\mathbb C\) .
