Extraction of nucleic acids in microsystems is of significance for biomedical applications, but the current extraction methods generally require sophisticated microchannels and external equipment, hindering their practical applications. In this work, we have demonstrated a simple, versatile and efficient approach to extract nucleic acids in microsystems by developing cationic branched polyethyleneimine (PEI)‐functionalized tubular micromotors. The as‐developed tubular micromotors are fabricated by a two‐step process combining the template‐assisted electrodeposition and carbodiimide chemistry, and contain an inner catalytic Pt layer, a middle magnetic Ni layer and an outer cationic PEI layer. They exhibit autonomous bubble‐propelled motion in aqueous hydrogen peroxide solutions, which can be guided by an external magnetic field, and the surface charges can be reversibly modulated by changing the pH value of the solution. Consequently, the as‐developed tubular micromotors can selectively absorb nucleic acids from acidic solutions and desorb them into alkaline solutions, leading to the extraction of nucleic acids with high efficiency without external stirring. Furthermore, they can be operated in a microchannel chip without the aid of a pumping system. Our results indicate that this PEI‐functionalized tubular micromotor platform provides a novel, simple and versatile microsystem nucleic acid extraction technology, holding considerable promise for important practical applications.  相似文献

An modified laminar crystal sodium silicate(Al-SKS-6)was synthesized by spray drying and high temperature crystallization using sodium silicate as silicon source,Al atom as inorganic source and hexadecyltrimethy ammomum bromide(CTMAB)as the structure template.The hydrothermal stability of product was at least 1 h.The synthesized material was characterized by XRD and SEM.The results indicated that shape and intensity of XRD diffraction peak at 20 took changes.but raw material δ phase crystal form kept unchanged.and assured high Ca2+ and Mg2+ binding capacity of the products.The Ca2+ and Mg2+ binding capacity of product is up to 380 mg Ca/g and 410mg Mg/g respectively.It was found that the hole of product became smaller and appeared rod structure based on SEM. The hydrothermal stability was increased due to the pillaring of A1 atom.  相似文献

Stable aqueous dispersions of silver (Ag) nanoparticles were prepared by reducing silver nitrate solutions with sodium borohydride (NaBH4) in the presence of waterborne polyurethane as a stabilizing agent. WPU/Ag nanocomposites were obtained after evaporating water. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) shows nanoscale Ag particles are well dispersed in WPU matrix at a lower concentration, while particles exhibit a little aggregation at a higher concentration. UV‐visible spectra, X‐ray powder diffraction, and energy dispersive X‐ray spectrometer (EDS) confirm the existence of Ag particle in WPU matrix. The WPU/Ag composite films show good antibiotic ability.  相似文献

一维铁磁金属纳米材料不但具有普通纳米粒子的各种特殊效应,而且具有独特的形状各向异性和磁各向异性,是构筑新型电磁功能材料的重要组元,在高密度磁记录、敏感元器件、电磁波吸收、催化剂、医学和生物功能材料等领域具有重要的应用。本文以一维铁磁金属纳米材料的制备技术为评述线索,重点论述了一维铁磁金属纳米材料的形貌参数(包括直径、长度、长径比),晶面取向等微观结构的调控方法以及结构对磁性能的影响规律,指出发展新型的一维铁磁纳米材料的结构控制方法,研究一维材料的定向排布及组装技术,并从更深层次揭示一维结构与性能的关系以及开发一维铁磁纳米材料在各领域的实际应用是未来研究的主要发展方向。  相似文献

Speciation analysis of selenomethylcysteine (SeMeCys), selenomethionine (SeMet) and selenocystine (SeCys) has been performed using a direct amino acid analysis method with high-performance anion-exchange chromatography (HPAEC) coupled with integrated pulsed amperometric detection (IPAD). Three selenoamino acids could be baseline-separated from 19 amino acids using gradient elution conditions for amino acids and determined under new six-potential waveform. Detection limits for SeMeCys, SeMet and SeCys were 0.25, 1 and 20 microg/L (25 microL injection, 10 times of the baseline noise), respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 200 microg/L SeMeCys, SeMet and SeCys were 3.1, 4.1 and 2.8%, respectively (n=9, 25 microL injection). The proposed method has been applied for determination of selenoamino acids in extracts of garlic and selenious yeast granule samples. No selenoamino acids were found in garlic. Both SeMet and SeCys were detected in selenious yeast tablet with the content of 45 and 129 microg Se/g, respectively. Selenoamino acids standards were spiked in garlic and yeast granule samples and the recovery ranged from 90 to 106%.  相似文献

The thermodynamics and kinetics of ABAB pseudoknot formation owing to reversible intrachain reactions are investigated for a flexible polymer based on the off-lattice Monte Carlo simulations. The polymer is made of N hard spheres tethered by inextensible bonds and consists of two reactive pairs AA and BB with binding energies -epsilon1 and -epsilon2, respectively, and three loop lengths (l1, l2, and l3). Although two intermediate states, loops A and B, may be formed, the folding path goes mainly through the intermediate loop whose free energy reduction associated with coil-to-loop crossover is greater. The conformational entropy loss is found to follow DeltaS=alpha ln N+G, where alpha approximately 2.48 for coil-loop crossover and alpha approximately 2.43 for loop-pseudoknot crossover. The constant G depends on the three loop lengths and the two end-to-reactive site lengths (L1 and L2). For a given total loop length, G is maximum when the three loop lengths are equal (l1=l2=l3). When l1=l3, the entropy loss is minimum if l2=0. However, the condition l1 not equal l3 makes G even smaller. This consequence indicates that asymmetry in loop lengths is thermodynamically favorable and this fact is consistent with observations of pseudoknotted RNA structures.  相似文献

A method of modified integrated pulsed amperometric detection with multicycle step waveform (Multi-IPAD) following high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied for the determination of tetracyclines (TCs) including dimethyltetracycline (DMTC), oxytetracycline (OTC) and tetracycline (TC). The key advantages of the Multi-IPAD are the abilities to enhance sensitivity and reproducibility and the ability to keep working electrode clean through the use of a high-frequent waveform alteration in integration step and the use of a cleaning potential, which is quite different from conventional three-step potential waveform. The analyses were carried out using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water mixture solution (10:90, v/v) containing 1% perchloric acid on a C(18) column at a flow rate of 0.21 mL/min. The IPAD waveform parameters were optimized to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) and successfully applied for the sensitive detection of TCs. The detection limits (S/N=3, 20 microL injected) were 0.07 mg/L for DMTC, 0.08 mg/L for OTC and 0.05 mg/L for TC. The peak height relative standard deviations (RSDs) of every compound for replicate injection (n=15) determined were below 4.6%.  相似文献
