The effect of the aperture angle of a V-wing representing a waverider undersurface on the hypersonic waverider lift-drag ratio is investigated for two isoperimetric conditions. The calculation model for the aerodynamic loads on angular configurations makes allowance for viscous interaction on a certain range of flight and geometry parameters on which there is no separation of the boundary layer flow within the shock layer. It is shown that for given values of the lift coefficient and specific volume, the waverider with a V-wing-shaped undersurface can have a lift-drag ratio which considerably exceeds that of a waverider of delta planform with a plane undersurface.  相似文献

The effect of high dynamic pressures on the electrical conductivity of the amorphous conducting carbon phase (glassy carbon) has been studied. The electrical conductivity of glassy carbon samples has been measured under the condition of shock compression and subsequent release wave. The history of the shock loading of glassy carbon has been calculated with the developed semiempirical equations of state. It has been shown the electrical conductivity of glassy carbon samples in the compression phase at a pressure of 45(5) GPa decreases abruptly by two orders of magnitude. In the relief phase, partially reversible change in the electrical conductivity of an amorphous carbon sample occurs. The recorded effect has been treated as a result of a partially reversible physicochemical transformation of shock-compressed amorphous carbon.  相似文献

The ab initio investigation of the magnetic ordering in digital alloys consisting of monolayers of 3d-transition metals Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, and Ni introduced into the Si, Ge, and Si0.5Ge0.5 semiconductor hosts is reported. The calculations of the parameters of the exchange interactions and total-energy calculations indicate that the ferromagnetic order appears only in the manganese monolayers, whereas the antiferromagnetic order is more probable in V, Cr, and Fe monolayers, and Ti, Co, and Ni monolayers are nonmagnetic. The stability of the ferromagnetic phase in digital alloys containing manganese monolayers has been analyzed using the calculations of magnon spectra.  相似文献

The electron-phonon coupling (EPC) strength for each phonon mode in superconducting Pb films is measured by inelastic helium atom scattering (IHAS). This surprising ability of IHAS relies on two facts: (a) In ultrathin metal films, the EPC range exceeds the film thickness, thus enabling IHAS to detect most film phonons, even 1 nm below the surface; (b) IHAS scattering amplitudes from single phonons are shown, by first-principle arguments, to be proportional to the respective EPC strengths. Thus IHAS is the first experiment providing mode-selected EPC strengths (mode-lambda spectroscopy).  相似文献

Image-potential states have been studied by two-photon photoemission for the surface of Al(100) where the whole series is energetically degenerate with free-electron-like bulk states. In contrast with expectations, the series of resonances is not smeared out to one broad structure as a result of a strong coupling to the bulk continuum. Instead, the first resonance (n=1) is found to be suppressed, and the resonances with quantum numbers n=2,3,4,5 are resolved as individual peaks in the time-resolved spectra. Both effects are suggested to be a consequence of resonance trapping.  相似文献

The radiation-thermal transformations of rape oil under conditions of postradiation distillation, radiation heating, and electron-beam distillation with auxiliary heating were studied. Diesel hydrocarbons were predominant in the condensate distilled off upon combined heating. The concentration of oxygen atoms decreased as a result of radiation-induced decarboxylation and dehydration processes. The irradiation of oil as a constituent of disperse systems facilitated purposeful deoxygenation, a decrease in the viscosity, and an increase in the yield of the gasoline fraction.  相似文献

The binding energy, equilibrium geometry, and vibration frequencies of free clusters Cu n (2 ≤ n ≤ 20) are calculated using the potentials of interatomic interactions found using the tight-binding approximation. The nonmonotonic dependence of the clusters’ minimum vibration frequency on their sizes and the extreme values for the number of atoms in a cluster n = 4, 6, 13, and 19 is demonstrated. It is noted that this result agrees with the theoretical and experimental data on stable structures of small and medium metallic clusters.  相似文献

The specific features of the electronic and spin structures of a triple topological insulator Bi2Te2.4Se0.6, which is characterized by high-efficiency thermoelectric properties, have been studied with the use of angular- and spin-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy and compared with theoretical calculations in the framework of the density functional theory. It has been shown that the Fermi level for Bi2Te2.4Se0.6 falls outside the band gap and traverses the topological surface state (the Dirac cone). Theoretical calculations of the electronic structure of the surface have demonstrated that the character of distribution of Se atoms on the Te–Se sublattice practically does not influence the dispersion of the surface topological electronic state. The spin structure of this state is characterized by helical spin polarization. Analysis of the Bi2Te2.4Se0.6 surface by scanning tunnel microscopy has revealed atomic smoothness of the surface of a sample cleaved in an ultrahigh vacuum, with a lattice constant of ~4.23 Å. Stability of the Dirac cone of the Bi2Te2.4Se0.6 compound to deposition of a Pt monolayer on the surface is shown.  相似文献
