茶叶样品(1.00g)用水5 mL湿润后加入50mL乙腈高速匀浆提取3min。混合物滤入已盛有固体氯化钠2 g的具塞量筒中,取上清液20.0mL于45℃蒸发至近干,加入乙酸乙酯环己烷(1+1)混合溶剂10.0mL溶解残渣后进行凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化。流动相为上述混合溶剂,流量为4.7mL·min~(-1)。收集9~20min时间段的流出液,在45℃蒸至近干,加正己烷定容为5.0mL,供气相色谱分析。采用Rxi-5MS石英毛细管柱进行分离和电子捕获检测器进行检测,所测农药的线性范围为0.02~0.50mg·L~(-1)。检出限(3S/N)在1×10~(-4)~2×10~(-3)mg·kg~(-1)之间。试验测得方法的回收率在83.2%~114.6%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.9%~4.8%之间。 相似文献

Fe-doped cesium titanate was obtained by a solid state reaction with a mixture of Cs(2)CO(3), TiO(2), and Fe(2)O(3). ZnO-pillared doped titanate nanocomposite was successfully fabricated by exfoliating doped titanate and restacking its nanosheets with ZnO nanoparticles. The resulting nanocomposite was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, N(2) adsorption-desorption measurement, thermogravimetric analysis and UV-vis spectroscopy. It was revealed that the present nanocomposite exhibits greatly increased specific surface area with mesoporous texture and that there exists an electronic coupling between the host sheets and the guest nanoparticles in the pillared system. The results of degradation of methylene blue under visible light radiation suggest that doping iron ions improves the material spectral response region and that hybridizing with ZnO nanopillars can suppress the recombination of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. 相似文献

A new micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) method using beta-cyclodextrins (β-CDs) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphates (ionic liquids) as additives was successfully developed for determination of para-, meta-, and ortho-phenylenediamines isomers (p-P, m-P, and o-P) in hair dyes. To improve the sensitivity of the MEKC-UV, a simple and cheap flow injection (FI) technique using a micro-column packed with coal cinders (the by-products from combustion in a boiler) as solid-phase extractant was also investigated. In the presence of 20 mmol L(-1) phosphates at pH 5.5, addition of 12 mmol L(-1) ionic liquids and 8 mmol L(-1) β-CDs greatly improved the separation efficiency. The three analytes could be quantitatively adsorbed by coal cinders, and desorbed readily with 0.15 mL of 0.01 mol L(-1) NaOH. Under the optimum conditions, an enrichment factor (EF) of 33.3 was obtained, and determination limits of p-P, m-P, and o-P were 1.97?×?10(-7), 0.99?×?10(-7), and 0.61?×?10(-7) mol L(-1), respectively. The adsorption capacities of the coal cinders micro-column for p-P, m-P, and o-P were all 1.20 mg g(-1). The presented procedure was successfully applied to the determination of p-P, m-P, and o-P in hair dyes with satisfactory results. 相似文献

Novel low-cost and effective adsorbents of phenol and basic dyes were made by coating amorphous silica with hydrotalcite (HT) gel followed by soaking in alkaline solution, and the surface basic-acidic properties of resulting composites were evaluated by CO(2)-TPD, Hammett indicator method and NH(3)-TPD, respectively. Both BET surface area and microporous surface area of the composites were increased after they were soaked with alkaline solution; meanwhile the center of pore size distribution was changed from 9 to 3-4 nm. These composites efficiently captured phenol in gaseous and liquid phases, superior to mesoporous silica such as MCM-48 or SBA-15 and zeolite NaY, and the equilibrium data of gaseous adsorption could be well fitted to Freundlich model. These modified silicas also exhibited high adsorption capacity forward basic dyes such as crystal violet (CV) and leuco-crystal violet (LCV), reaching the adsorption equilibrium within 1 h and offering a new material for environment protection. 相似文献

Experiments and computer simulations demonstrate that water spontaneously fills the hydrophobic cavity of a carbon nanotube. To gain a quantitative thermodynamic understanding of this phenomenon, we use the recently developed two phase thermodynamics method to compute translational and rotational entropies of confined water molecules inside single-walled carbon nanotubes and show that the increase in energy of a water molecule inside the nanotube is compensated by the gain in its rotational entropy. The confined water is in equilibrium with the bulk water and the Helmholtz free energy per water molecule of confined water is the same as that in the bulk within the accuracy of the simulation results. A comparison of translational and rotational spectra of water molecules confined in carbon nanotubes with that of bulk water shows significant shifts in the positions of the spectral peaks that are directly related to the tube radius. 相似文献

This study presents a new microfluidic system capable of precise measurements of two important biomarkers, urea and creatinine, automatically. In clinical applications, high levels of these two biomarkers are early indicators of nephropathy or renal failure and should be monitored on a regular basis. The microfluidic system is composed of a microfluidic chip, a control circuit system, a compressed air source and several electromagnetic valves to form a handheld system. The microfluidic chip is fabricated by using micro-electromechanical systems and microfluidic techniques comprising electrochemical sensor arrays and polydimethylsiloxane-based microfluidic structures such as micropumps/micromixers, normally closed valves and microchannels. The microfluidic system performs a variety of critical processes including sample pretreatment, mixing, transportation and detection on a single chip. The experimental results show that the entire procedure takes approximately 40 min, which is much faster than the traditional method (more than 6 h). Furthermore, the total sample volume consumed in each operation is only 0.1 mL, which is significantly less than that required in a large system (5 mL). The developed automatic microfluidic system may provide a powerful platform for further clinical applications. 相似文献

The N-2-aryl-1,2,3-triazole derivatives (NATs) were developed as a new class of UV/blue-light-emitting fluorophores. Though both N-1-aryl-1,2,3-triazoles and N-2-aryl-1,2,3-triazoles gave strong photo absorption under excitation at 330 nm, only the N-2-analogous showed strong fluorescence emission in the UV/blue range with high efficiency in various solvents (quantum yield Φ around 0.3-0.5). Significant substituted group effects were observed, allowing tunable optical properties with emission (λ(max)) from 350-400 nm and Stokes shift from 38-93 nm. The computational studies along with X-ray crystal structures indicated the significance of the effective conjugation between triazole ring and aryl groups on the N-2 position. The planar intramolecular charge transfer (PICT) mechanism was proposed, which was supported by solvent effect studies. Simple derivatizations gave NAT-modified lysine and strong UV/blue emitting bis-NAT (Φ=0.76, λ(max)=390), which suggested the great potential of this new class of fluorophores in biological and material science research. 相似文献

The coordination chemistry of group 4 complexes supported by the tridentate, dianionic biphenolate phosphine ligand that carries a phosphorus-bound tert-butyl group, 2,2'-tert-butylphosphino-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenolate) ([(t)Bu-OPO](2-)), is described. Metathetical reactions of {[(t)Bu-OPO]Li(2)(DME)}(2) with 2 or 1 equiv of TiCl(4)(THF)(2) selectively produce [(t)Bu-OPO]TiCl(2)(THF) (1a) and Ti[(t)Bu-OPO](2) (2a), respectively. Protonolysis of Ti(O(i)Pr)(4) with 2 or 1 equiv of H(2)[(t)Bu-OPO] cleanly generates 2a and [(t)Bu-OPO]Ti(O(i)Pr)(2) (3a), respectively. Complex 1a can alternatively be prepared from comproportionation of 2a with 1 equiv of TiCl(4)(THF)(2). Treatment of 1a with 2 equiv of NaO(t)Bu affords [(t)Bu-OPO]Ti(O(t)Bu)(2) (4a). In contrast, reactions of {[(t)Bu-OPO]Li(2)(DME)}(2) with ZrCl(4)(THF)(2) or HfCl(4)(THF)(2), regardless of stoichiometry of the starting materials employed, selectively give bis-ligated M[(t)Bu-OPO](2) [M = Zr (2b), Hf (2c)]. Comproportionation of 2b,c with MCl(4)(THF)(2) (M = Zr, Hf) leads to the formation of [(t)Bu-OPO]MCl(2)(THF) [M = Zr (1b), Hf (1c)], which, upon being treated with 2 equiv of NaO(t)Bu, generates [(t)Bu-OPO]M(O(t)Bu)(2)(THF) (4b,c). These synthetic results are markedly different from those obtained from analogous reactions employing a biphenolate phosphine ligand bearing a phosphorus-bound phenyl group ([Ph-OPO](2-)), highlighting a profound phosphorus substituent effect on complex conformation. The alkoxide complexes 3a and 4a-c are all active initiators for catalytic ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone. To assess the potential phosphorus substituent effect on catalysis, [Ph-OPO]Ti(O(i)Pr)(2) (5a) was prepared, and its reactivity was examined. Interestingly, polymers prepared from 3a are characterized by low polydispersities with molecular weights that are linearly dependent on the monomer-to-initiator ratio, thus featuring a living system. The polydispersitiy indexes of polymers prepared from 5a, however, are relatively larger, indicative of the significance of the phosphorus-bound tert-butyl group in 3a in view of discouraging the undesirable transesterification. 相似文献
