Depending on the nature of the substituents on the stereogenic carbon atom, the ene reaction of singlet oxygen with several chiral alkenes by confinement within thionin-supported zeolite NaY, may exhibit significant changes on facial selectivity by comparison to their photooxygenation reaction in solution. It is proposed that, apart from the conformational consequences as a result of the alkene confinement within the zeolite cavities, a synergism between Na+-π interactions and singlet oxygen-Na+ interactions plays a significant role in the transition states of ene hydroperoxidation. Within NaY, the diastereoselectivity may significantly depend on the site selectivity, as probed through specific deuterium labelling of trisubstituted alkenes bearing a gem-dimethyl group. In certain cases, a remote stereogenic centre relative to the reacting double bond may induce enhanced diastereoselection and regioselectivity.  相似文献

In the present work we studied, for the first time, the kinetics of adsorption of the Co(H(2)O)(6)(2+) species on the "electrolytic solution/gamma-Al(2)O(3)" interface at pH = 7 and 25 degrees C for a very broad range of Co(II) surface concentrations ranged from 0.03 to 6 theoretical Co(H(2)O)(6)(2+) surface layers. Moreover, we studied the surface dissolution of gamma-alumina in the presence of the Co(H(2)O)(6)(2+) ions in the impregnating solution, the contribution of the Co(II) desorption on the whole deposition process and the deposition isotherm. It was found that under the conditions where the deposition has taken place, the dissolution of the gamma-alumina surface is negligible even in the presence of the Co(H(2)O)(6)(2+) species in the impregnating solution. It was, moreover, inferred that the Co(II) desorption does not participate significantly to the whole deposition process. It was found that the deposition kinetics may be described by the following kinetic expression r(Co,bulk) = k'C(Co,bulk)(2), which relates the rate of disappearance of the Co(H(2)O)(6)(2+) ions from the impregnating solution, r(Co,bulk,) with their concentration C(Co,bulk). This kinetic expression may be derived assuming the following deposition scheme: nS + 2[Co(H(2)O)(6)(2+)] --> S(n) - [Co(H(2)O)(x,x)(<)(6)(2+)](2), where S represents the surface reception sites. The above expressions indicated that two Co(H(2)O)(6)(2+) ions are involved, from the side of the interface, in the reaction with the reception sites. It seems probable that the deposition step involves the simultaneous adsorption and dimerization of the two interfacial Co(H(2)O)(6)(2+) ions through (hydr)oxobridges. On the other hand, the sigmoidal form of the deposition isotherm and the dependence of the apparent rate constant, k', on the interfacial Co(II) concentration suggested that the already deposited Co(II) species may be involved in the reception sites, S, promoting the adsorption and resulting to the formation of multinuclear complexes and Co(II) surface precipitates. Finally, reasonable interface potential values for oxides were determined for the first time using kinetic results.  相似文献

This work describes a novel type of bismuth electrode for stripping voltammetry based on coating a silicon substrate with a thin bismuth film by means of sputtering. The bismuth-based sensors were characterized by optical methods (scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD)) and as well as by linear sweep voltammetry. Subsequently, the electrodes were tested for the detection of low concentrations of trace metals (Cd(II), Pb(II) and Ni(II)) by stripping voltammetry. Well-formed stripping peaks were observed for trace concentrations of the target analytes demonstrating “proof-of-principle” for these sensors. This type of electrochemical device, utilizing thin-film technology for the formation of the bismuth film, holds promise for future applications in trace metal analysis.  相似文献

Summary A simple, rapid and non-destructive method for the detection and determination of phosphines and phosphine oxides in solution by 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy is proposed. Diphenylphosphine (DPP) and diphenylphosphine oxide (DPPO) mixtures in C6D6 chosen as model system were studied in wide ranges of concentration (10–2 to 4 mol/l). The detection of DPP and DPPO in solution by 1H NMR was based on the presence of two doublets (hydrogen directly bonded to phosphorus, HP) originating from P-H and P(O)H groups with one bond coupling constant 1JPH of 216.08 and 476.12 Hz. 31P NMR signals at –40.07 and +18.26 ppm additionally proved the presence of DPP and DPPO in solution. A linear dependence of the measured HP and ortho-proton integral intensity on the concentration of DPP and DPPO was found. The content of DPP and DPPO evaluated by 31P without adding Cr(acac)3 and by 1H NMR agreed with the quoted amounts within 1 to 3%.Under Indo-Polish cultural exchange programme, temporarily at Silesian University  相似文献

1-(2′-Deoxy-5′-O-dimethoxytrityl-′-D -ribofuranosyl)-1 H-benzimidazole 3′-[(p-chlorophenyl)(2-cyanoethyl) phosphate] ( 6 ) has been synthesized from 1-(β-D -ribofuranosyl)-1H-benzimidazole ( 3b ) using regiospecific 2′-deoxygenation. The chemical ionization and electron impact mass spectra of some thiosulfinates, thiosulfonates and sulfinyl sulfones have been studied. The electron impact mass spectra of four of the six thiosulfonates show molecular ions of less than 1%. Inconclusive evidence was obtained for sulfenyl sulfinate type intermediates in the electron impact spectra of thiosulfonates. The electron impact spectra of thiosulfonates were similar to those of thiosulfonates. The chemical ionization (isobutane) mass spectra of thiosulfinates and thiosulfonates generally show protonated molecular ions [MH]+ as base peaks and [MH+1]+ and [MH+2]+ peaks.  相似文献

The anodic oxidation of methyl 3-phenyl-2-dimethylsilylpropionate occurs at a potential almost 1 V positive of that required to oxidize other alpha-silyl esters. Semiempirical and ab initio calculations on the model compound 1-phenyl-2-trimethylsilylethane indicate that electron removal from these two compounds is highly stereoelectronically dependent. Both molecules exist almost exclusively in a conformation in which the phenyl group and silicon atom are anti and the side chain is perpendicular to the aromatic ring. This conformation has a higher energy HOMO orbital and lower computed ionization potential than the only other significantly populated conformation of 1-phenyl-2-trimethylsilylethane. Finally, the ab initio calculations show that in the cation radical of this model compound the ipso carbon of the aromatic ring and the side chain carbon bound to silicon draw significantly closer together than in the neutral species; an electrostatic potential map of the cation radical shows that the ipso carbon bears the highest degree of positive charge of any of the benzenoid carbons. We interpret these data, taken together, as an indication that this cation radical is stabilized by overlap of the rear lobe of the carbon-silicon bond with the p-orbital of the ipso carbon.  相似文献

The two new diarylheptanoids, cymodienol (1), and cymodiene (2), obtained from specimens of the sea grass Cymodocea nodosa, collected from the coastal areas of central Greece, are the first members of this class isolated from marine organisms. The chemical structures of the two metabolites were assigned on the basis of their NMR and MS spectroscopic data, including information obtained by 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments. Metabolite 2 possesses an unprecedented skeleton that might be biosynthetically related to metabolite 1. Cymodienol (1) was found to exhibit significant cytotoxic activity against two lung cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Unsymmetrical 1,1′-disubstituted ferrocenes bearing an amino acid moiety and a conjugated electron density controlling substituent were synthesized conveniently starting from 1,1′-ferrocenedicarbaldehyde. The novel ferrocene amino acid derivatives were completely characterized from their MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra. Their electrochemical behavior was studied by cyclic voltammetry. Their formal redox potentials Ef were slightly influenced by the nature of the amino acid and mainly by the kind of the ethenyl substituent. Furthermore all the (Z)-isomers exhibited a slight anodic shift compared with the corresponding (E)-isomers.  相似文献
