Summary: A multistep synthetic procedure for preparing novel C60‐anchored two‐armed poly(tert‐butyl acrylate) was developed. First, two‐armed poly(tert‐butyl acrylate) bearing a malonate ester core with well‐controlled molecular weight was synthesized through atom transfer radical polymerization. The effective Bingel reaction between C60 and the well‐defined polymer was then carried out to yield C60‐anchored polymer. GPC, 1H NMR, and UV‐vis spectroscopy indicated that the C60‐anchored polymer was a monosubstituted and ‘closed’ 6,6‐ring‐bridged methanofullerene derivative.

A method was developed to couple an accelerated solvent extraction system (ASE) with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the analysis of PAH in soil samples. The resolution of HPLC is well maintained while the advantages of ASE, fast extraction, less solvent consumption and ease of operation, are well expressed. The precision and accuracy of this method are verified by a series of analyses of reference material, and the precision of retention from multiple injection indicates minimum loss of chromatographic resolution by the interface of this technique. Detection limits for the studied PAH range from 0.07 ng/Kg to 0.21 ng/Kg with a fluorescence detector. 相似文献
In this study, enantioseparations of five phenothiazines, including promethazine, ethopropazine, trimeprazine, methotrimeprazine, and thioridazine, in cyclodextrin (CD)-modified capillary zone electrophoresis were investigated using a phosphate buffer (40 mM) at pH 3.0. We focussed on the separation of phenothiazines with the use of CDs at low concentrations. Three different CDs, including β-CD, hydroxypropyl-β-CD (HP-β-CD) and γ-CD, were chosen as chiral selectors. The results indicate that effective enantioseparation of phenothiazines, except for methotrimeprazine, is simultaneously achievable with addition of γ-CD at a concentration of 2.5–6.0 mM. The enantiomers of ethopropazine and trimeprazine are effectively separated with addition of HP-β-CD at low concentrations, in the range 0.4–6.0 mM, whereas those of promethazine and trimeprazine are baseline resolved with β-CD at much lower concentrations (0.02–3.0 mM) than with HP-β-CD. The results also confirm that the separation window is greatly enlarged at low CD concentrations. Moreover, the drastic variations of the electrophoretic mobility of phenothiazines as a function of CD concentration reveal that phenothiazines interact very strongly with CDs in the order γ-CD相似文献
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the physical properties (diameter size, powder particle size, composition of bark- and wood-tissue, and turnover rate) and processing methods on the content of active ingredients in Astragali radix (AR), a popular Chinese herbal medicine. The astragaloside IV and flavonoid contents increased with decreasing diameter size. Bark-tissue had significantly higher astragaloside IV and formononetin content than that in the wood-tissue. As a higher proportion of bark-tissue is associated with decreasing diameter, a strong correlation was also shown between bark- to wood-tissue ratio and active ingredients’ content. Furthermore, an increase in astragaloside IV content was observed in thin powder as compared to coarse powder ground from the whole root. However, this association between active ingredients’ content and powder particle size was abolished when isolating bark- and wood-tissue individually. Moreover, AR stir-frying with refined honey, a typical processing method of AR, increased formononetin content. The turnover rate of active constituents upon decoction ranged from 61.9–81.4%. Assessing the active constituent contents using its physical properties and processing methods allows for a more comprehensive understanding of optimizing and strengthening the therapeutic potentials of AR used in food and herbal supplements. 相似文献
13C- and 31P-NMR spin lattice relaxation in the rotating frame have been measured on a series of networks prepared from monodisperse and deliberately bimodal poly(propylene glycols) (PPG) crosslinked with tris(4-isocyanatophenyl) thiophosphate. The T1pC minima correspond to loss maxima in the DMTA (Dynamic Mechanical Testing) measured at 10Hz. The T1pP minima fall at higher temperatures than those of T1pC for the same network indicating that these crosslinks lag the segments in frequency of motion at a given temperature. The carbon relaxation is biphasic below Tg of the segments indicating two relaxation domains which we assign to bulklike PPG segments and PPG segments proximal to he crosslink. Lineshape analysis by a diffusional model indicates crosslink reorientation is not isotropic until well above Tg. Relaxation and lineshapes for the bimodal networks indicate that junctions are not uniformly plasticized by the segments. 相似文献
In this paper, the compatible dynamic finite elements with diagonalized consistent mass matrix are studied. In previous papers[1,2], the author studied the dynamic finite elements with diagonalized consistent mass matrix, but all of them are incompatible elements. In this paper, the compatible form functions are obtained not only for the tetrahedron elements, but also for the triangular ring elements, with diagonalized consistent mass matrices. This kind of finite elements can be used for the treatment of impact problems, vibration problems, and problems involving time coordinates, including the linear and nonlinear problems. 相似文献
