Abstract

The stability of a hydrogen-bonded complex built through inter-molecular hydrogen bonding between carboxylic acid and pyridine fragments has been examined using infrared spectroscopy. Infrared spectra as a function of temperature have been recorded for the 1:1 complex of 4-hexyloxybenzoic acid and trans-4-propoxy-4′-stilbazole from the crystalline state to the isotropic state. A dependence of the stability of the hydrogen bond on molecular orientation is observed clearly in the infrared spectra. The spectra also suggest that the hydrogen bond is an unionized type with a double minimum potential energy.  相似文献

Despite the rapid development of nanomaterials and nanotechnology, it is still desirable to develop novel nanoparticle-based techniques which are cost-effective, timesaving, and environment-friendly, and with ease of operation and procedural simplicity, for assay of target analytes. In the work discussed in this paper, the dye fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) was conjugated to 1,6-hexanediamine (HDA)-capped iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles (FITC–HDA Fe3O4 MNPs), and the product was characterized. HDA ligands on the surface of Fe3O4 MNPs can bind 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) to form TNT anions by acid–base pairing interaction. Formation of TNT anions, and captured TNT substantially affect the emission of FITC on the surface of the Fe3O4 MNPs, resulting in quenching of the fluorescence at 519 nm. A novel FITC–HDA Fe3O4 MNPs-based probe featuring chemosensing and magnetic separation has therefore been constructed. i.e. FITC–HDA Fe3O4 MNPs had a highly selective fluorescence response and enabled magnetic separation of TNT from other nitroaromatic compounds by quenching of the emission of FITC and capture of TNT in aqueous solution. Very good linearity was observed for TNT concentrations in the range 0.05–1.5 μmol?L?1, with a detection limit of 37.2 nmol?L?1 and RSD of 4.7 % (n?=?7). Approximately 12 % of the total amount of TNT was captured. The proposed methods are well-suited to trace detection and capture of TNT in aqueous solution.

Multiarm star block copolymers hyperbranched polyethylenimine-b-poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (HPEI-b-PHEMA) with average 28 PHEMA arms have been prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of HEMA in a mixed solvent of methanol and water using a core-first strategy. The hyperbranched macroinitiator employed was prepared on the basis of well-defined hyperbranched polyethylenimine with Mw/Mn of 1.04 by amidation with 2-bromo-isobutyryl bromide. The polymerization condition was optimized to prepare star copolymers with narrow dispersity, and the variables included the volume ratio of methanol to water, the molar ratio of initiating site to CuCl and the molar ratio of [CuCl]:[CuBr2]. Under the optimized polymerization condition, the lowest Mw/Mn value of the obtained star copolymers was around 1.3. Kinetic analysis showed that an induction period existed in the polymerization of HEMA. After this induction period, a linear dependence of ln([M]0/[M]t) on time was observed. The obtained HPEI-b-PHEMA could adsorb hydrophilic molecules. The comparison with the star copolymer with hydrophobic core and hydrophilic PHEMA shell verified that both the hydrophilic core and shell could host the hydrophilic guests, but the amidated HPEI core was more effective than the PHEMA shell.  相似文献

本文设计合成了含有香豆素光敏基团的单体4-(6-丙烯酰氧基己氧基)苯甲酸-7-羟基香豆素酯(M1)和一种只含液晶基元的单体4-(丙烯酰氧基)己基苯甲酸-4-甲氧基苯酚酯(M2),并将这两种单体进行自由基聚合得到了共聚物.当该聚合物薄膜置于线性偏振紫外光(LPUV)下,会发生轴选择性的光化学反应,利用动态紫外光谱(UV光谱),对所合成的共聚物的光化学性能进行了研究.结果表明:当曝光能量为1740 mJ/cm2时,光反应达到饱和,紫外吸光度将不随曝光能量的变化而变化;随着曝光能量的增加,聚合物在反应初期光反应速率比较大,当曝光能量达到500 mJ/cm2左右,光反应度已经超过50%;当曝光量达到324 mJ/cm2,各向异性ΔA达到最大,ΔAmax=0.039.  相似文献

A series of triazole and benzotriazole derivatives as novel p90 ribosomal S6 protein kinase 2 (RSK2) inhibitors were designed and synthesized. The in vitro activities against RSK2 were evaluated, and among 14 compounds, compounds 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 and 14 exhibited enzyme IC50 values of 8.91, 2.86, 3.19, 3.05, 4.49 and 2.09 μmol/L re- spectively. The proposed binding modes were simulated using molecular docking method, and the docking results coupled with the stmcture-activi1:y relationship (SAR) analysis indicated that all these active compounds bound to the RSK2 ATP binding site at NTKD, and the electron-donating groups on the 4-position of phenyl were the deter- minant point for the inhibitory activity.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and selective fluorescence aptamer biosensors for the determination of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) was developed. Binding of a target with splitting aptamers labeled with pyrene molecules form stable pyrene dimer in the γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD) cavity, yielding a strong excimer emission. We have found that inclusion of pyrene dimer in γ-cyclodextrin cavity not only exhibits additive increases in quantum yield and emission lifetime of the excimer, but also facilitates target-induced fusion of the splitting aptamers to form the aptamer/target complex. As proof-of-principle, the approach was applied to fluorescence detection of adenosine triphosphate. With an anti-ATP aptamer, the approach exhibits excimer fluorescence response toward ATP with a maximum signal-to-background ratio of 32.1 and remarkably low detection limit of 80 nM ATP in buffer solution. Moreover, due to the additive fluorescence lifetime of excimer induced by γ-cyclodextrin, time-resolved measurements could be conveniently used to detect as low as 0.5 μM ATP in blood serum quantitatively.  相似文献

Human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have emerged as attractive cellular vehicles to deliver therapeutic genes for ex-vivo therapy of diverse diseases; this is, in part, because they have the capability to migrate into tumor or lesion sites. Previously, we showed that MSCs could be utilized to deliver a bacterial cytosine deaminase (CD) suicide gene to brain tumors. Here we assessed whether transduction with a retroviral vector encoding CD gene altered the stem cell property of MSCs. MSCs were transduced at passage 1 and cultivated up to passage 11. We found that proliferation and differentiation potentials, chromosomal stability and surface antigenicity of MSCs were not altered by retroviral transduction. The results indicate that retroviral vectors can be safely utilized for delivery of suicide genes to MSCs for ex-vivo therapy. We also found that a single retroviral transduction was sufficient for sustainable expression up to passage 10. The persistent expression of the transduced gene indicates that transduced MSCs provide a tractable and manageable approach for potential use in allogeneic transplantation.  相似文献
