Determination of low level85Kr and133Xe concentrations in the environment

This study was performed under the joint TRMC/INER program for the determination of low level⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe concentrations in the environmental air samples. Based on cryogenic adsorption of krypton and xenon on charcoal followed by chromatographic separation from other gases, the⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe recovered from 200 liters of atmospheric air can be determined by either on-line gas flow proportional counter or liquid scintillation counting. The recovery yields of krypton and xenon examined by using⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe tracers were nearly 100%. The minimum detectable activity of⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe by gas flow proportional counting is about 7.40 Bq. The method is satisfactory for environmental monitoring applications under abnormal conditions of nuclear facilities. However, for lower level environmental⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe measurements, the liquid scintillation counting method can be applied due to their extremely low detection limits (i.e. 0.107 Bq and 0.093 Bq for⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe, respectively). Using this method, the measurable limits of concentrations are 0.535 Bq/m³ and 0.466 Bq/m³ for⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe, respectively.     

甲醇生产主精馏塔的模拟计算

对甲醇精馏主塔进行了模拟计算，并以一实际生产装置沿塔身的温度与浓度分布进行了验证。结果表明，水和甲醇的平均偏差为０．９％，微量杂质，不计丁基油，平均偏差为４９ｐｐｍ，温度平均偏差为２．９℃。说明本计算方法及采用的模型参数是可靠的，可用于工程计算。本文进一步指出，为降低废水中醇类含量，较理想的方法是选择合适的精甲醇与丁基油的采出量。     

低碳烃芳构化过程中HZSM－5催化剂结炭规律的研究

用ＧＣ、ＴＰＯ－ＧＣ、ＮＨ＿３－ＴＰＤ和ＴＥＭ等方法，测定了丙烷在ＨＺＳＭ－５沸石上芳构化过程中，催化剂的活性、结炭量、结炭Ｃ／Ｈ比、酸密度等，考察了催化剂的结炭量与其它参数之间的关系。结果表明，在反应温度为８７３Ｋ，进料空速ＷＨＳＶ＝５ｈ￣（－１）时，丙烷在ＨｚＳＭ－５上的结炭首先发生在沸石晶体的外表面的活性中心上（结炭量１．８％之前）；结炭量为１．８～３．４％时，主要在孔道交叉点结炭；结炭量在３．４～５．７％时，孔道已有受限或阻塞现象发生，导致一些富氢的结炭物在孔道内生成。     

甲醇／丙烷在ZSM－5分子筛上偶合转化过程的研究

考察了甲醇／低碳烷烃在ＺＳＭ－５分子筛上偶合转化为芳烃和低碳烯烃的反应过程。对特定的催化体系，存在一最佳原料配比，使反应的热效应近似为零。偶合转化时甲醇完全转化，低碳烷烃的转化率低；不同催化剂上偶合转化产物分布差别极大，与ＨＺＳＭ－５相比，Ｇａ改性后可获得较高的芳烃和低碳烯烃收率。     

高效毛细管电泳－电荷耦合器件检测器联用技术研究Ⅰ．多波长荧光检测装置

报道了用电荷耦合检测器等设备组成的高效毛细管电泳多波长荧光检测装置。以荧光素和罗丹明Ｂ对其性能进行了评价,得到了具有光谱和时间分辨的三维电泳图,与被测物标准荧光光谱对照,可以直接鉴定被分离的化合物。     

3,4′-二甲氧基莰菲醇的合成

以间苯三醛和茄香醛为原料,经Ｈｏｅｓｃｈ－Ｈｏｕｂｅｎ反应,羟基保护、缩合、Ａｌｇａｒ－Ｆｌｙｎｎ－Ｏｙａｍａｄｅ反应、甲基化、等６步反应合成了３,４′－二甲氧基莰菲醇。     

16-脱氢孕烯醇酮醋酸酯的环境友好合成法

Instead of environmentally toxic chromium oxidant, singlet oxygen generated photcchemically was used as environmentally friendly and benign oxidizing agent to accomplish the transformation of pseudodiosgenin diacetate to diosone efficiently in a low toxic and less expensive solvent acetone. Accordingly 16-dehydropregnenolone acetate(16-DPA), an important intermediate for preparation of steroidal drugs, was prepared in good yield (75%) when photoreaction was run in acetone/acetic anhydride/pyridine system. The mild reaction condition as well as simple and environmentally friendly process made the method commercially viable and important for production of 16-DPA in industrial scale.
