A sensitive and rapid on-line immunoassay for the determination of ciguatoxin CTX3C was developed based on a capillary mixing system, which was integrated with capillary electrophoresis (CE) separation and electrochemical (EC) detection. In the sandwich immunoassay system, anti-CTX3C-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles were used as immunosensing probes, and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and anti-CTX3C antibody were bound onto the surface of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and used as recognition elements. Online formation of immunocomplex was realized in capillary inlet end with an external rotating magnetic field. Compared with classical HPLC-MS and ELISA, the assay adopting AuNPs as multienzyme carriers and online sandwich immunoassay format with rotating magnetic field exhibited higher sensitivity and shorter assay time. The linear range of the assay for CTX3C was from 0.6 to 150 ng/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9948 (n = 2), and the detection limit (S/N = 3) was 0.09 ng/L. The developed assay showed satisfying reproducibility and stability, and it was successfully applied for the quantification of CTX3C in fish samples.  相似文献

通过回流冷凝法和低温固相法制备了8种稀土、钼酸、糠醛缩水杨酰肼三元配合物, 并通过元素分析, 摩尔电导, IR, UV-vis, TG-DTA, TC-ICP, XRD, XPS对其结构和化学组成进行表征, 确定其化学组成为Re(HL)MoO4Cl•6H2O (HL: 糠醛缩水杨酰肼), 通过抑菌实验表明所制备的三元化合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有中等抑制作用, 属于广谱抗菌剂; 通过MTT比色法对配合物使癌细胞凋亡能力做了初步研究, 结果表明, 三元配合物的IC50在10~100 ng/mL之间, 对癌细胞具有较强的抑制杀伤作用, 具有潜在的药物应用价值.  相似文献

采用[CCSD(T)]-F12方法和aug-cc-pVTZ基组,同时引入中心键函数(3s3p2d1f1g)构建了Kr-C2H2体系的高精度四维势能面.在构建势能面时考虑了分子间的振动方式及C2H2单体内的ν1对称伸缩和ν3反对称伸缩振动.将计算得到的四维势能面在Q1方向和Q3方向分别做积分得到C2H2单体分别处于振动基态和(ν1,ν3)=(1,1)激发态的平均势能面.计算结果表明,这2个平均势能面均存在2个等价的T型全局极小值和2个等价线性极小值.全局极小值的几何构型位于R=0.41 nm,θ=65.6°/114.4°,势阱深度为151.88 cm-1.对径向部分采用离散变量表象法(DVR),角度部分采用有限基组表象法(FBR),并结合Lanczos循环算法计算了Kr-C2H2的振转能级和束缚态.计算结果表明,复合物在(ν1,ν3)=(1,1)区域的带心位移为-1.48 cm-1,表现为红移,与实验值-1.38 cm-1很接近;计算得到的红外跃迁频率也与实验值相吻合,说明得到的从头算势能面具有高精度.  相似文献

Abstract

Displacement reactions are very popular in nature, ranging from texbook knowledge of the Zn-CuSO4 system to modern functional nucleic acid–involved metal ion displacement. Though synthetic chemistry harvests a lot from displacement reactions, analytical chemistry benefits greatly from various displacement reaction strategies, such as sensitivity improvement. In particular, the use of indicator displacement assay for new sensor development is of great interest worldwide. In this review, we summarize the advances in utilization of displacement reactions for improved spectrometric analysis. The main contents include displacement-based preconcentration schemes for trace metal analysis by analytical atomic spectrometry, indicator displacement assays focusing on the use of advanced nanomaterials, and displacement immunoassays using spectrometric measurements, with 117 references.  相似文献

By controlling the interaction between cationic surfactant micelles and ammonium metatungstate during the formation of mesoporous silica structure, highly dispersed tungsten carbide (WC) nanoparticles of 2.0 nm in diameter on mesoporous silica nanospheres were synthesized at lower concentration of ammonium metatungstate. With additional ammonium metatungstate, a novel mesoporous silica nanobamboo structure was formed with bimodal size-distributed WC nanoparticles, in which 2.0 nm WC was homogeneously distributed in nanobamboo's mesoporous silica wall and those with larger diameter (10.0-20.0 nm) were only formed on the nanobamboo's inner surface and at its internodes. The mesoporous silica nanobamboo also had a very high tensile strength due to its bamboo-like structure.  相似文献

A novel giant surfactant possessing a well-defined hydrophilic head and a hydrophobic polymeric tail, polystyrene-(carboxylic acid-functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane) conjugate (PS-APOSS), has been designed and synthesized via living anionic polymerization, hydrosilylation, and thiol-ene "click" chemistry. PS-APOSS forms micelles in selective solvents, and the micellar morphology can be tuned from vesicles to wormlike cylinders and further to spheres by increasing the degree of ionization of the carboxylic acid. The effect of APOSS-APOSS interactions was proven to be essential in the morphological transformation of the micelles. The PS tails in these micellar cores were found to be highly stretched in comparison with those in traditional amphiphilic block copolymers, and this can be explained in terms of minimization of free energy. This novel class of giant surfactants expands the scope of macromolecular amphiphiles and provides a platform for the study of the basic physical principles of their self-assembly behavior.  相似文献
