Potentiometric stripping analysis was applied to determination of germanium(IV) in 0.2M NH3-NH4Cl (pH 8.4) buffer solution at −1.8 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), with dissolved oxygen or Hg(II) as oxidant. The sensitivity was 8.5 × 10−9M in the presence of 2.0 × 10−5M Hg(II) with plating for 15 min after deaeration for 20 min. Cyclic voltammetry revealed that GE(IV) å Ge at the surface of the mercury-film electrode in a one-step irreversible reduction reaction, and the Ge at the electrode was oxidized by dissolved oxygen in the solution. The presence of complexing agents such as Alizarin Red (ARS), which forms a Ge(IV) complex adsorbed at the electrode, improved the sensitivity by one order of magnitude. The presence of adsorption was revealed by the temperature coefficient, the electrocapillary curve and cyclic voltammetry. Ge-containing samples were analysed by the proposed methods and agreement with the results obtained by other methods was excellent. 相似文献

Methyl methacrylate/1,2-divinylbenzene (MMA/DVB) in an opaque emulsion were successfully grafted onto the surface of polymeric substrate under the irradiation of UV light with benzophenone (BP) as a photoinitiator that was previously coated on the substrate surface. Monomer conversion, grafting efficiency, and grafting yields were determined by the gravimetric method. ATR-IR, AFM, and TEM were used to characterize the surface composition, to observe the topography of the grafted substrates, and to view inter-film colloid particles formed by cross-linking. The results reveal that, with the opaque MMA/DVB emulsion system and CPP film as substrate, the monomer conversion is in the range of 15-55%, the grafting efficiency is about 80%, the grafting yield reaches 5%, and the thickness of the graft layer can be controlled in the range 0.09-1.5 microm. Images of AFM show that the graft layer is piled up by nanoparticles (about 30-50 nm in diameter), which are linked together and tied to the substrate surface with covalent bonds. A possible model of surface graft polymerization including surface initiating, nucleation, and shish kebab growing is put forward to interpreting the above results. 相似文献

Four novel sesquiterpenes, namely 7α,8β,13‐trihydroxy‐5,13‐marasmanolide ( 2 ), isoplorantinone ( 5 ), 4,8,14‐trihydroxyilludala‐2,6,8‐triene ( 6 ), and 8‐hydroxy‐8,9‐secolactara‐1,6‐dien‐5,13‐olide ( 10 ), together with six known ones, 7α,8β‐dihydroxy‐5,13‐marasmanolide ( 1) , 7α,8α‐dihydroxy‐5,13‐marasmanolide ( 3 ), isolactarorufin ( 4 ), blennin A ( 7 ), blennin D ( 8 ), and lactarorufin ( 9 ), were isolated from the ethanolic extract of Lactarius piperatus. The structures of these sesquiterpenes, representing diversified structural types, were determined mainly by spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR techniques. Phosphonomethylphenylalanine (Pmp, 2) has shown wide utility as a hydrolytically stable phosphtyrosyl (pTyr, 1) mimetic, particularly in Src homology 2 (SH2) domain-binding peptides. (2S,3R)-3-(4-(phosphonomethyl)phenyl)pipecolic acid (3) represents a variant of Pmp having φ and χ1 torsion angles constrained through incorporation into the piperidinyl ring structure contained within pipecolic acid. Reported herein is the enantioselective preparation of 3, in an orthogonally protected form (4) suitable for use in peptide synthesis. Stereochemistries at both the 2- and 3-positions are derived inductively from a single chiral center provided by the commercially available Evans chiral auxiliary, (4S)-4-benzyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one. Incorporation of 4 into a Grb2 SH2 domain-directed tripeptide (18) showed that Grb2 SH2 domain-binding affinity was reduced relative to the parent Pmp-containing tripeptide (19). Although conformational constraint did not enhance affinity in this case, novel amino acid analogue 4 may serve as a useful tool for the induction of defined phosphotyrosyl geometry in peptides directed at other signal transduction targets. 相似文献

Lewis acid and substituent dependency on the regioselectivity of hydrosilylation of propiolate esters 1a-c with tris(trimethylsilyl)silane (2a) was found. The reaction of methyl and ethyl propiolate esters and 2a without Lewis acid and in the presence of EtAlCl2 and Et2AlCl gave beta-silicon-substituted Z-alkenes 3 selectively. On the other hand, reaction in the presence of AlCl3 in dichloromethane gave alpha-silicon-substituted alkenes 4. In the case of trifluoroethyl propiolate ester 1c, reaction with aluminum chloride-based Lewis acids gave alpha-silicon-substituted alkenes 4 exclusively. Two competitive mechanisms, free-radical and ionic, are proposed as the source of the complementary regioselectivity displayed in these reactions. A transition state of the radical-forming step was obtained computationally. The reaction of various reactive acetylene substrates and 2a without Lewis acid and without solvent at room temperature gave beta-silicon-substituted Z-alkenes 3 selectively. 相似文献

A new dicarboxylic acid, 2,4-bis(N-trimellitoyl)triphenylamine, bearing two preformed imide rings was synthesized from the condensation of 2,4-diaminotriphenylamine and trimellitic anhydride at 1:2 molar ratio. A series of poly(amide-imide)s (PAIs) with inherent viscosities of 0.38-0.66 dl/g were prepared by triphenyl phosphite-activated polycondensation from the diimide-dicarboxylic acid with various aromatic diamines. All the resulting PAIs were readily soluble in a variety of organic solvents and formed strong and tough films via solution casting. These PAIs have useful levels of thermal stability associated with moderately high glass-transition temperatures (259-314 °C) and 10% weight loss temperatures in excess of 530 °C in nitrogen or in air. 相似文献

In this study, a 38 mL monolith with homogeneous porous structure was produced by a single polymerization from glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) in the presence of porogens and an initiator. The uniform temperature distribution within the reaction system was achieved by adding reactant mixture continuously and enhancing the heat transfer ability of the polymerization system. Homogeneous porous structure in the monolith was proved by SEM and the pore size distribution profiles measured by mercury intrusion porosimetry. Experimental results from proteins separation indicated that the dynamic capacity and resolution of radial flow monolithic column were independent of flow rates. Furthermore, the pressure drop on the column was linearly dependent on the flow rate and did not exceed 1.7 MPa even at a flow rate of 50 mL/min, which proved that the prepared monolith could be used in the quick separation and preparation of biopolymers. 相似文献

Iron tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine (FeTSPc), a peroxidase mimic, was used as a labeling reagent and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIP) as the separation support of the immune complex for the mimetic-enzymatic immunoassay of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg). PNIP was precipitated from aqueous solution when the ambient temperature was higher than its lower critical solution temperature of 31 degrees C. In a sandwich immunoassay, the antigen (HBsAg) first reacted with mouse anti-human HBsAg antibody immobilized on PNIP (PNIP-antibody) and then further reacted with FeTSPc-labeled mouse anti-HBsAg antibody (antibody-FeTSPc) at room temperature in a homogeneous format. After changing the temperature to separate the PNIP-antibody-HBsAg-antibody-FeTSPc conjugate moiety, it was re-dissolved and determined by coupling with the fluorogenic reaction of hydrogen peroxide and p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid. The sensitivity of this method (3 ng mL-1) was close to that of the traditional ELISA using the same reactants. However, the assay was much faster (the assay time decreased from 100-120 to 45 min). Recognition of sheared and normal DNA by a novel metal complex [Co(phen)2hpip]3+ (phen=1,10-phenanthroline, HPIP=2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)imidazole[4,5-f][1,10]phenanethroline) is studied by molecular modeling. Calculating results indicate that, this complex can specifically recognize DNA segment of sequence –MMNNMM– (M means mismatch base pairs and N means normal base pairs). Intercalating from minor groove between the middle normal duplex into the sheared DNA with the depth of 1.2 nm is of preference and enantioselectivity is observed. Comparison on the two DNA structures of optimal conformation and analysis on the interaction between DNA and the two tail ligands of the complex show that, the effect of the two neighboring mismatch duplexes on the structure of the middle normal base pairs and the steric interaction between the mismatch duplexes and the two tail ligands of the complex are the essential reason to the segment specificity. Investigation on the detailed energy terms indicate that, in effecting enantioselectivity, the electrostatic distribution of the complex is in the majority and steric interaction is at the next place. But, steric interaction is surely the only factor determining the intercalating from minor groove. 相似文献
