The ohmyungsamycin and ecumicin natural product families are structurally related cyclic depsipeptides that display potent antimycobacterial activity. Herein the total syntheses of ohmyungsamycin A, deoxyecumicin, and ecumicin are reported, together with the direct biological comparison of members of these natural product families against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb), the etiological agent of tuberculosis (TB). The synthesis of each of the natural products employed a solid-phase strategy to assemble the linear peptide precursor, involving a key on-resin esterification and an optional on-resin dimethylation step, before a final solution-phase macrolactamization between the non-proteinogenic N-methyl-4-methoxy-l -tryptophan amino acid and a bulky N-methyl-l -valine residue. The synthetic natural products possessed potent antimycobacterial activity against Mtb with MIC90’s ranging from 110–360 nm and retained activity against Mtb in Mtb-infected macrophages. Deoxyecumicin also exhibited rapid bactericidal killing against Mtb, sterilizing cultures after 21 days.  相似文献

Hydrogenated deproteinized natural rubber (HDPNR) with nanomatrix structure was prepared through graft‐copolymerization of acrylonitrile and styrene onto HDPNR particle in latex stage. Structural characterization of the resulting materials through nuclear magnetic resonance and Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy confirmed that acrylonitrile and styrene were grafted onto HDPNR. The weather resistance, thermal properties, mechanical properties, storage modulus, and morphology of the resulting materials were investigated in comparison with those of HDPNR. The obtained result indicated that the graft‐copolymerization of HDPNR with hydrogenation conversion of 60 mol% attained the highest grafting efficiency. Thermal resistance and storage modulus of HDPNR‐graft‐poly (styrene‐co‐acrylonitrile) (HDPNR‐g‐SAN) were superior compared with those of HDPNR and deproteinized natural rubber. This was attributed to the nanomatrix formed in HDPNR‐g‐SAN, which was confirmed through a transmission electron microscope. Ribbed smoked sheet natural rubber exhibited the outstanding mechanical properties and weather resistance when it was mixed with HDPNR‐g‐SAN.  相似文献

We propose a method for solving bilevel split variational inequalities involving strongly monotone operators in the leader problems and nonexpansive mappings in the follower ones. The proposed method is a combination between the projection method for variational inequality and the Krasnoselskii–Mann scheme for fixed points of nonexpansive mappings. Abstract

The aim of the present paper is to introduce and study the dual concepts of weakly automorphism invariant modules and essential tightness. These notions are non-trivial generalizations of both weakly projectivity, dual automorphism invariant property and cotightness. We obtain certain relations between weakly projective modules, weakly dual automorphism invariant modules and superfluous cotight modules. It is proved that: (1) for right perfect rings, every module is a direct summand of a weakly dual automorphism invariant module and (2) weakly dual automorphism invariant modules are precisely superfluous cotight modules.  相似文献

We look at the effective Hamiltonian \({\overline{H}}\) associated with the Hamiltonian \({H(p,x)=H(p)+V(x)}\) in the periodic homogenization theory. Our central goal is to understand the relation between \({V}\) and \({\overline{H}}\). We formulate some inverse problems concerning this relation. Such types of inverse problems are, in general, very challenging. In this paper, we discuss several special cases in both convex and nonconvex settings.  相似文献

We study the flow structure of supersonic jets rotating perpendicular to the streamwise direction using RANS simulations, and we assess the performance of different turbulence model rotation corrections. The Coriolis and centrifugal terms were added to the equations of motion to perform calculations in this non-inertial (rotating) frame of reference. An explicit, cell-centred, finite-volume numerical method, coupled to a k?ε turbulence model, was used for the computations. The turbulence model rotation corrections of Howard et al. (1980), Park and Chung (1999), and Cazalbou et al. (2005) were attempted. In the absence of experimental data for jets rotating perpendicular to the streamwise direction, the rotation corrections were examined against the available measurements of a swirling jet; the comparison of the numerical and experimental data indicates that the Cazalbou et al. (2005 Cazalbou, J.B. 2005. Two-equation modeling of turbulent rotating flows. Physics of Fluids, 17(5): 114. [Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]) and Park and Chung (1999 Park, J.Y. and Chung, M.K. 1999. A model for the decay of rotating homogeneous turbulence. Simulations were then run of a supersonic jet rotating perpendicular to the stream direction at 0, 50, 100 and 150 rad/s, using no turbulence model rotation correction, and using the three rotation corrections. The results indicate that the Cazalbou et al. (2005 Cazalbou, J.B. 2005. Two-equation modeling of turbulent rotating flows. Physics of Fluids, 17(5): 114. [Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]) correction is more physical than the other two, as it yields results that are qualitatively consistent with the known effects of rotation: that turbulence is enhanced and suppressed on the concave and convex sides of a rotating jet centreline, respectively, and that the effect of rotation saturates as the rotation rate increases.
