The effect of polysilicic acid on mixed monolayers of hemoglobin and stearoyl erythroceramide used as cell membrane models has been studied. The presence of the sphingolipid at the interface stabilizes the hemoglobin monolayer, hindering expulsion of its residues from the surface when the collapse pressure (ca. 23 mN/m) is reached. The interaction between the components of the mixed film results in non-additivity of their molecular areas to a degree depending on film composition and substrate pH. The presence of polysilicic acid in the substrate increases the miscibility of the components in the mixed monolayer as a result of ionic interaction between the silicic acid and the protein.  相似文献

We investigate some necessary and sufficient conditions for submanifolds ofESX n to be also Einstein and derive the generalized fundamental equations on various submanifolds ofESX n , such as generalized Gauss formulas, generalized Weingarten equations, and generalized Gauss-Codazzi equations. A series of polyketones containing thiophene links was synthesized by the Friedel-Crafts polymerization of these dithienylalkanes with aromatic diacid chlorides or dicarbonyl chlorides comprising thiophene links with diphenyl compounds. The resulting polymers had inherent viscosities in the range of 0.11–0.27 dL/g and showed poor solubilities to common organic solvents except strong acids. These thiophene-based polyketones exhibited fairly good thermal stabilities. The TGA data revealed 5% weight losses at 375–450°C and residual weights at 500°C were 43–79% under nitorgen. It was found that the thermal stabilities of these polymers were superior to those of polymides or polysulfonamides containing thiophene links and almost comparable to common aromatic polyketones  相似文献

The synthesis and structural, photophysical, electrochemical, and electroluminescent properties of a class of platinum(II) complexes bearing sigma-alkynyl ancillary ligands, namely [(C/N/N)Pt(C[triple bond]C]nR] [H(C/N/N) = 6-aryl-2,2'-bipyridine; n = 1-4; R = aryl, alkyl, or trimethylsilyl], have been studied. Substituents with different steric and electronic properties were introduced into the tridentate cyclometalating and arylacetylide ligands, and the pi-conjugation length of the oligoynyl moiety was homologously extended from ethynyl to octatetraynyl. The X-ray crystal structures of several derivatives confirm the Pt-(CC) ligation and reveal various intermolecular interactions, such as pi-pi, Pt...Pt, and C-H...F-C. The complexes display good thermal stability and intense phosphorescence in fluid and glassy solutions with high quantum yields and microsecond lifetimes. Their emission energies are sensitive to solvent polarity, the electronic affinities of the substituents on both the cyclometalating and arylacetylide groups, and the length of the oligoynyl ligand. By choosing appropriate cyclometalating and sigma-alkynyl ligands, the emission color of this class of platinum(II) complexes can be tuned from green-yellow to saturated red. In addition to (3)MLCT [Pt(5d) --> pi*(C/N/N)] and (3)IL(C/N/N), intriguing (3)IL(alkynyl) excited states localized on -(C[triple bond]C)(4)- and -(C[triple bond]Cpyrenyl-1) moieties that afford narrow-bandwidth emissions have been observed. Selected Pt(II) complexes were doped into the emissive region of multilayer, vapor-deposited organic light-emitting diodes. The tunable electrophosphorescence energy resembles that recorded in fluid solutions for these emitters, and the devices exhibit high luminance and efficiencies (up to 4.2 cd A(-1)).  相似文献

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease and one of the fastest-growing health challenges of the last decades. Studies have shown that chronic low-grade inflammation and activation of the innate immune system are intimately involved in type 2 diabetes pathogenesis. Momordica charantia L. fruits are used in traditional medicine to manage diabetes. Herein, we report the purification of a new 23-O-β-d-allopyranosyl-5β,19-epoxycucurbitane-6,24-diene triterpene (charantoside XV, 6) along with 25ξ-isopropenylchole-5(6)-ene-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), karaviloside VI (2), karaviloside VIII (3), momordicoside L (4), momordicoside A (5) and kuguaglycoside C (7) from an Indian cultivar of Momordica charantia. At 50 µM compounds, 2–6 differentially affected the expression of pro-inflammatory markers IL-6, TNF-α, and iNOS, and mitochondrial marker COX-2. Compounds tested for the inhibition of α-amylase and α-glucosidase enzymes at 0.87 mM and 1.33 mM, respectively. Compounds showed similar α-amylase inhibitory activity than acarbose (0.13 mM) of control (68.0–76.6%). Karaviloside VIII (56.5%) was the most active compound in the α-glucosidase assay, followed by karaviloside VI (40.3%), while momordicoside L (23.7%), A (33.5%), and charantoside XV (23.9%) were the least active compounds. To better understand the mode of binding of cucurbitane-triterpenes to these enzymes, in silico docking of the isolated compounds was evaluated with α-amylase and α-glucosidase.  相似文献

Two nickel (imidazole) complexes, Ni(im)6Cl2·4H2O (1) and Ni(im)6(NO3)2 (2) (im=imidazole) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a=8.800(6) Å, b=9.081(6) Å, c=10.565(7) Å, =75.058(9)°, β=83.143(8)°, γ=61.722(8)°, V=718.3(8) Å3, Z=1 and R1 (wR2)=0.0469 (0.1497). 2 crystallizes in the trigonal space group R-3 with a=12.370(6) Å, b=12.370(6) Å, c=14.782(14) Å, =90.00°, β=90.00°, γ=120.00°, V=1959(2) Å3, Z=3 and R1 (wR2)=0.0358 (0.0955). 1 and 2 exhibit different supramolecular network due to their different counter anions and different hydrogen bonding connection. In compound 1, [Ni(im)6]2+ cation and counter anions Cl alternatively array in an ABAB fashion via N–HCl hydrogen bonding. In compound 2, the plane of each NO32− is almost parallel and each NO32− connect three different [Ni(im)6]2+ cations via N–HO hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The reaction of the Baylis-Hillman adducts 1b-f derived from o-nitrobenzaldehydes in trifluoroacetic acid in the presence of triflic acid (0.2 equiv.) afforded 3-substituted-4-hydroxyquinoline N-oxides 2b-e and 2a in good to moderate yields. The reaction mechanism was evidenced by the experiment with 1f, the Baylis-Hillman adduct of 2-nitrobenzaldehyde N-tosylimine, as the one involving N-hydroxyisoxazoline as the key intermediate.  相似文献

针对充液管路系统噪声有源控制问题,研究了次级源和误差传感器布放对带弹性障板的充液直管管路系统有源消声与有源消振复合控制效果的影响。基于声固耦合方法建立了带弹性障板的充液直管管路系统的有限元模型,在声激励下对比了次级声源布放对系统有源消声性能的影响,并在组合激励下分析了次级力源、次级声源和误差传感器布放对系统复合有源控制的影响。结果表明,非对称分布的次级声源容易激起管壁振动,进而带动障板振动,导致有源消声效果不佳;采用对称分布的次级声源可使低频段的降噪量提高10 dB以上。复合有源控制可进一步提升全频段的控制效果。通过增加振动误差传感器数量,可使绝大多数频点的降噪量提高1~20 dB不等。此外,在管壁上布放的两圈次级力源的间距小于管壁振动波长的1/4,且都不位于管壁振动节点附近时控制效果更好。  相似文献

In this study, thirty-eight isoflavone derivatives were comprehensively identified and quantified from the raw, steamed and fermented seeds of four selected soybean cultivars based on UPLC-DAD-QToF/MS results with reference to the previously reported LC-MS library and flavonoid database, and summarized by acylated group including glucosides (Glu), malonyl-glucosides (Mal-Glu), acetyl-glucosides (Ac-Glu), succinyl-glucosides (Suc-Glu) and phosphorylated conjugates (Phos) in addition to aglycones. Among them, Suc-Glu and Phos derivatives were newly generated due to fermentation by B. subtilis AFY-2 (cheonggukjang). In particular, Phos were characterized for the first time in fermented soy products using Bacillus species. From a proposed roadmap on isoflavone-based biotransformation, predominant Mal-Glu (77.5–84.2%, raw) decreased rapidly by decarboxylation and deesterification into Ac-Glu and Glu (3.5–8.1% and 50.0–72.2%) during steaming, respectively. As fermentation continued, the increased Glu were mainly succinylated and phosphorylated as well as gradually hydrolyzed into their corresponding aglycones. Thus, Suc-Glu and Phos (17.3–22.4% and 1.5–5.4%, 36 h) determined depending on cultivar type and incubation time, and can be considered as important biomarkers generated during cheonggukjang fermentation. Additionally, the changes of isoflavone profile can be used as a fundamental report in applied microbial science as well as bioavailability research from fermented soy foods.  相似文献

针对Contourlet变换存在频谱混叠的问题,立足于拉普拉斯(Laplace)塔型变换的分析研究,指出了Contourlet变换频谱混叠的根本原因在于Laplace塔型变换中两个低通滤波器不满足Nyquist抽样定律,致使阻带截全频率大于π/2,导致Contourlet变换的频谱混叠.基此.设计了满足Nyquist抽样定律的低通滤波器,提出了一种新型的Contourlet变换,即抗混叠Contourlet变换.抗混叠Contourlet变换有效地抑制了频谱混叠,基函数的空频局域件均明显优于Contourlet.通过对Barbara图像的硬阈值去噪实验研究结果表明,抗混叠Contourlet变换去噪在峰值信噪比(PSNR)上高出Contou[et变换2.3 dB(噪声均方差为30),去噪效果好,同时还有效抑制了Contoulet变换去噪后的"划痕"现象,图像的视觉效果更佳.  相似文献
