Abstract

Hydrogen abstraction may be postulated as the first step in reactions of aryl sulfenamides with the stable diphenylpicrylhydrazyl free radical. Differences in the reactivity of the sulfenamides are controlled by steric and electronic effects of the substituents, with attention drawn to the capacity of the divalent sulfur atom to relay these effects. A new chalcone-based probe containing coumarin and naphthol at both ends has been synthesized via aldol condensation. The uniqueness of the newly derived probe can be ascribed to the presence of naphthol and coumarin units acting as binding site and signaling element, respectively. The fluorogenic behaviors toward various anions were investigated. The probe was characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and the in-depth study led to show excellent selectivity and sensitivity for fluoride ions. The hydrogen bonding thus formed with fluoride anion provides remarkable fluorometric responses. The interactions of the probe with fluoride ions were determined by fluorescence, FT-IR and NMR spectroscopic techniques. The exploratory studies by fluorescent spectral changes augur well for the naked-eye sensing applications.  相似文献

We observed a novel voltage peak in the proximity-induced superconducting gold (Au) nanowire while cooling the sample through the superconducting transition temperature. The voltage peak turned dip during warming. The voltage peak or dip was found to originate respectively from the emergence or vanishing of the proximity-induced superconductivity in the Au nanowire. The amplitude of the voltage signal depends on the temperature scanning rate, and it cannot be detected when the temperature is changed slower than 0.03 K/min. This transient feature suggests the non-equilibrium property of the effect. Ginzburg-Landau model clarified the voltage peak by considering the emergence of Cooper pairs of relatively lower free energy in superconducting W contact and the non-equilibrium diffusion of Cooper pairs and quasiparticles.  相似文献

It is proved that a normed space, whose dimension is at least three, admitting a nonzero linear operator reversing Birkhoff orthogonality is an inner product space, which releases the smoothness condition in one of J. Chmieliński’s results. The neutron irradiated reactor pressure vessel (RPV) steels at various dose of 0–1018 n/cm2 have been studied with Mössbauer, x-ray diffraction, and VSM. The Mössbauer data shows that the value of magnetic hyperfine field of Fe atom that exist at martensite is 330 kOe at site 1 and 305 kOe at site 2. At room temperature, the total absorption area of Mössbauer spectra with respect to irradiation of neutron is constant for the dose of 0–1016 n/cm2, while over the dose of 0–1017 n/cm2 the absorption area decreases rapidly. But the doublet area for the dose of 0–1016 n/cm2 is constant, while over the dose of 1017 n/cm2 it increases with increasing the fluence level of neutron. The coercivity and remanence of the neutron irradiated samples do not change significantly. But the maximum induction decreases by 5% at 1018 n/cm2, compared with that of the as-received sample.  相似文献
