A variety of mono- and bis[Fe(CO)34-diene)] complex with alky, CH2OH, CHO, COCH3, COOR, and CN substituents on the 1,3-diene system have been synthesized. Dienes with a (Z)-configuration terminal Me group show steric inhibition of metal complexation resulting in lower yields and formation of tetracarbonyl(η2-diene) and tricarbonyl(η4-heterodiene) complexes as additional products. Regioselective attack by C-nucleophiles at the carbonyl C-atoms of the functional group with or without concomitant 1,3 mogration of the Fe(CO)3 group was used to synthesize polyenes and isoprenoid building blocks as mono- or dinucliar Fe(CO)3 complexes. Wittig-Horner-type reactions of Fe(co)3-complexed synthons result in sterospecific formation of (E)-configurated olefins. The 1H-, 13C- and 57Fe-NMR spectra of olefinic and allylic organoiron complexes are reported, H,H,C,H, and C,C coupling constants have been evaluated and are analyzed in terms of the geometry of the coordinated diene. The results are corroborated by the crystal structure of tricarbonyl[3–6-η-((E)-6-methyl-3,5-heptadiene-2-one)]iron( 34 ) which shows an unusual distortion of the (CH3)2C = group, The 57Fe-NMR chemical shifts extend over the ranges of 0–600 ppm for [Fe(CO)34-diene)] complexes, 780–1710 ppm for [Fe(CO)43-allyl)] [BF4] and [FeX(CO)34-allyl)] complexes, and 1270–1690 ppm for [Fe(CO)34-enone)] complexes, relative to Fe(CO)5.  相似文献

The structures of anilido cyano(fluoroalkoxycarbonyl)methanes ArNHCOCH(CN)CO(2)R, where R = CH(2)CF(3) or CH(CF(3))(2), Ar = p-XC(6)H(4), and X = MeO, Me, H, or Br, were investigated. In the solid state, all exist as the enols ArNHC(OH)=C(CN)CO(2)R 7 (R = CH(2)CF(3)) and 9 (R = CH(CF(3))(2)) with cis arrangement of the hydrogen-bonded ROC=O.HO moiety and a long C1=C2 bond. The product composition in solution is solvent dependent. In CDCl(3) solution, only a single enol is observed, whereas in THF-d(8) and CD(3)CN, two enols (E and Z) are the major products, and the amide is the minor product or not observed at all (K(Enol) 1.04-9 (CD(3)CN, 298 K) and 3 to >/=100 (THF, 300 K)). The percentage of the amide and the Z-enol increase upon an increase in temperature. In all solvents, the percent enol is higher for 9 than for 7. In CD(3)CN, more enol is observed when the aryl group is more electron-donating. The spectra in DMSO-d(6) and DMF-d(7) indicate the presence of mostly a single species, whose spectra do not change on addition of a base and is ascribed to the anion of the ionized carbon acid. Comparison with systems where the CN is replaced by a CO(2)R group (R = CH(2)CF(3), CH(CF(3))(2)) shows a higher percentage of enol for the CN-substituted system. Intramolecular (to CO(2)R) and intermolecular hydrogen bonds determine, to a significant extent, the stability of the enols, their Z/E ratios (e.g., Z/E (THF, 240 K) = 3.2-4.0 (7) and 0.9-1.3 (9)), and their delta(OH) in the (1)H spectra. The interconversion of Z- and E-enol by rotation around the C=C bond was studied by DNMR, and DeltaG() values of >/=15.3 and 14.1 +/- 0.4 kcal/mol for Z-7 and Z-9 were determined. Features of the NMR spectra of the enols and their anions are discussed.  相似文献

A planar nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) sensor has been developed. The sensor is resilient to environmental noise and is capable of simultaneous independent multi-frequency operation. The device was constructed as an open multimodal birdcage structure, in which the higher modes, generally not used in magnetic resonance, are utilized for NQR detection. These modes have smooth distributions of the amplitudes of the corresponding radiofrequency magnetic fields everywhere along the sensor’s surface. The phases of the fields, on the other hand, are cyclically shifted across the sensor’s surface. Noise signals coming from distant sources, therefore, induce equal-magnitude cyclically phase-shifted currents in different parts of the sensor. When such cyclically phase-shifted currents arrive at the mode connection point, they destructively interfere with each other and are cancelled out. NQR signals of polycrystalline or disordered substances, however, are efficiently detected by these modes because they are insensitive to the phases of the excitation/detection. No blind spots exist along the sensor’s surface. The sensor can be used for simultaneous detection of one or more substances in locations with environmental noise.  相似文献

In this paper, we describe a method for measuring the average flow velocity of a sample by means of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance. This method is based on the Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill (CPMG) sequence and does not require the application of any additional static or pulsed magnetic field gradients to the background magnetic field. The technique is based on analyzing the early-time behavior of the echo amplitudes of the CPMG sequence. Measurements of average flow velocity of water are presented. The experimental results show a linear relationship between the slope/y-intercept ratio of a linear fit of the first echoes in the CPMG sequence, and the average flow velocity of the flowing fluid. The proposed method can be implemented in low-cost Low-Field NMR spectrometers allowing a continuous monitoring of the average velocity of a fluid in almost real-time, even if the flow velocity changes rapidly.  相似文献
