The idea of anharmonic oscillations has been extended to explain the glass transition or melting point. All ideas of free volume, vacancy transport, etc., have been respected but are treated as minor phenomena relative to harmonic-anharmonic vibration transition. A simple model of coupled oscillators is studied. It is shown that coupled anharmonic oscillators can produce vibrations on entirely different levels of amplitudes, which explains the highly different coefficients of thermal expansion and cp values for solid and liquid states. At higher temperatures, for polymers in the rubber-like zone, the theory of anharmonic coupled oscillators brings certain justification for the theories of De Gennes, Doi and Edwards or Rouse. The solid-liquid transition seems to be connected on microlevel mainly with the enlargement of vibrational amplitudes of monomer or dimer units in polymer chain as the temperature increases.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Es werden die Ergebnisse der Messungen der Koerzitivkraft von Eisen, Nickel und einiger Fe-Ni-Legierungen in Abhängigkeit von der plastischen Verformung durch Kaltwalzen angegeben. Gemessen wurde in Richtung parallel und senkrecht zur Walzrichtung. Die Ergebnisse werden insbesondere vom Gesichtspunkt des Einflusses der Versetzungen und der einachsigen induzierten Anisotropie diskutiert.

The tool is built up on moving plates driven by step-motors for precise location of sensors chip on the wafer to perform post-processing of the chip. The tool can make chemical or electrochemical deposition and etching for the chip modification after wafer processing. Each chip on the wafer can be modified with different process. The deposition from solutions and wet etching is controlled by a flow-system and power source if it is necessary. Techniques for ordered nanostructures creation using the tool were also developed. The tool helps to improve properties of microsensors fabricated on the chip by thin-film and semiconductor technology.  相似文献

A method for the determination of absolute quantum detection efficiency is suggested based on the measurement of photocount statistics of twin beams. The measured histograms of joint signal-idler photocount statistics allow us to eliminate an additional noise superimposed on an ideal calibration field composed of only photon pairs. This makes the method superior above other approaches presently used. Twin beams are described using a paired variant of quantum superposition of signal and noise.  相似文献

This paper deals with a scheduling problem with alternative process plans that was motivated by a production of wire harnesses where certain parts can be processed manually or automatically by different types of machines. Only a subset of all the given activities will form the solution, so the decision whether the activity will appear in the final schedule has to be made during the scheduling process. The problem considered is an extension of the resource constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) with unary resources, positive and negative time-lags and sequence dependent setup times. We extend classic RCPSP problem by a definition of alternative branchings, represented by the Petri nets formalism allowing one to define alternatives and parallelism within one data structure. For this representation of the problem, an integer linear programming model is formulated and the reduction of the problem, using time symmetry mapping, is shown. Finally, a heuristic algorithm based on priority schedule construction with an unscheduling step is proposed for the nested version of the problem and it is used to solve the case study of the wire harnesses production.  相似文献

We describe the synthesis of new crosslinker N′-{3-[2-(4-{2-[3-(methacryloylamino)propanoyl]hydrazono}cyclohexyliden)hydrazino]-3-oxopropyl}-2-methylacrylamide, which is stable at physiological pH, but is hydrolytically cleaved in acidic pH. Study of acid hydrolysis showed that the crosslinker is hydrolyzed into two N′-(3-hydrazino-3-oxopropyl)-2-methylacrylamide molecules and one 1,4-cyclohexanedione molecule. Hydrogels based on poly[N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide] crosslinked with this crosslinker were prepared and their degradation rate was studied as a function of pH (in the range of pH 1.5-7.4). The hydrogel is cleaved within 8-27 days at pH between 1.5 and 6 and is stable at pH 7.4 making it promising for the construction of oesophageal stents.  相似文献
