Novel intermediates based on the Corey skeleton for preparation of the ω-chain of non-halogenated unnatural prostaglandin analogues containing a triple bond at position 13–14 (PG numbering) were synthesized. The utilization of a novel synthetic approach towards a new tin intermediate, and subsequent Stille coupling opens up new possibilities for preparing these important pharmaceutical intermediates.  相似文献

Research focused on the transformation and utilization of industrial wastes into products of commercial interest plays an increasingly important role. Residual pulp can become useful in the manufacture of different materials, providing high value to this waste and reducing its environmental impact when disposed of improperly in the environment. The main constituents of this waste are kaolin and calcium carbonate (CaCO3). Starting from kaolin, metakaolin can be produced by calcination of the residue at 630?°C for 2?h in a rotary reactor with air flow, followed by solubilization with hydrochloric acid to remove the CaCO3. The development of technological alternatives aimed at the reuse of certain wastes can result in applications of real economic interest to the chemical industry and ceramics and glass, which is the case in this study. The raw material and metakaolin obtained were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis and derivative thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy with promising results. This is because metakaolin was obtained free of contamination by other materials.  相似文献

 The stability number α(G) for a given graph G is the size of a maximum stable set in G. The Lovász theta number provides an upper bound on α(G) and can be computed in polynomial time as the optimal value of the Lovász semidefinite program. In this paper, we show that restricting the matrix variable in the Lovász semidefinite program to be rank-one and rank-two, respectively, yields a pair of continuous, nonlinear optimization problems each having the global optimal value α(G). We propose heuristics for obtaining large stable sets in G based on these new formulations and present computational results indicating the effectiveness of the heuristics. A short synthesis of the hydantoin-containing marine sponge metabolites axinohydantoins is described. A key feature of the synthesis is a putative biomimetic, intramolecular cyclization of alpha-functionalized imidazolone 5, which affords the tricyclic pyrroloazepinone framework comprising 6. In addition, the conversion of imidazolones to alpha,beta-unsaturated hydantoins is outlined and represents a new approach to these heterocyclic systems.  相似文献

Xylanases (EC3.2.1.8) catalyze the hydrolysis of xylan, the major constituent of hemicellulose. The use of these enzymes could greatly improve the overall economics of processing lignocellulosic materials for the generation of liquid fuels and chemicals. The hyperthermophilic archaeon Pyrodictium abyssi, which was originally isolated from marine hot abyssal sites, grows optimally at 97°C and is a prospective source of highly thermostable xylanase. Its endoxylanase was shown to be highly thermostable (over 100 m in at 105°C) and active even at 110°C. The growth of the deep-sea archaeon P. abyssi was investigated using different culture techniques. Among the carbohydrates used, beech wood xylan, birch wood glucuronoxylan and the arabinoxylan from oats pelt appeared to be good inducers for endoxylanase and β-xylosidase production. The highest production of arabinofuranosidase, however, was detected in the cell extracts after growth on xylose and pyruvate, indicating that the intermediate of the tricarboxylic acid cycle acted as a nonrepressing carbon source for the production of thi enzyme. Electron microscopic studies did not show a significant difference in the cell surface (e.g., xylanosomes) when P. abyssi cells were grown on different carbohydrates. The main kinetic parameters of the organism have been determined. The cell yield was shown to be very low owing to incomplete substrate utilization, but a very high maximal specific growth rate was determined (μmax=0.0195) at 90°C and pH 6.0. We also give information on the problems that arise during the fermentation of this hyperthermophilic archaeon at elevated temperatures.  相似文献

The effect of the calcination procedure on the decomposition of the [Pt(NH3)4]2+ complex in a cesium-containing NaX zeolite was studied by thermal decomposition accompanied by mass spectrometry and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, as well as electron paramagnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy. The decomposition of the complex took place in two steps. Under oxygen, the [Pt(NH3)4]2+ complex was first converted into the [Pt(NH3)2]2+ complex in the first step, with predominant nitrogen release. In the second step, corresponding to the decomposition of the remaining two amine ligands, NO was also formed and adsorbed. Oxygen paramagnetic species were also observed. Under He, the decomposition also occurred in two steps with H2 release.  相似文献
